20 Anti-Japanese Candidates

To drag the Japanese back in China, an agent is essential. To be honest, the Soviet Union's influence on China was once quite large, especially in the 1920s. It can be said that without the support of the Soviet Union, there would be no national revolution, and it was impossible for the later Kuomintang to exist.

Unfortunately, the Soviet Union's influence on the Chinese revolution was short-lived. As the Kuomintang and the Communist Party parted ways, the Soviet Union's influence on the National Government disappeared instantly, and diplomatic relations were broken due to the Central and Eastern Road incident.

However, although the Soviet Union's revolutionary output in China failed, its influence did not completely disappear. A group of former military leaders who were not very proud in the 1930s were still related to the Soviet Union. In other words, there were still many choices of spokespersons who wanted to support the Japanese.

For example, Mazhanshan, who was once in exile in the Far East of the Soviet Union.

After the former Northeast Army anti-Japanese general surrendered to Japan in February 1932 to accept a false post, he soon developed a sense of justice in March and immediately fled from Qiqihar in April to organize the Northeast National Rescue Anti-Japanese Allied Forces in Heihe.

Although the resistance of Ma Zhanshan's troops lasted only a few months and was forced to flee to the Soviet Union in December of that year. However, although Ma Zhanshan failed, his influence in the Northeast cannot be underestimated. Moreover, his previous failure was more of an outnumbered person, and it was not easy to last for several months without any assistance.

If the Soviet Union could provide Ma Zhanshan with certain military aid, not to mention driving the Japanese out of the Northeast or the so-called North Manchuria at that time, it would at least have been able to stalemate with the Japanese for a while. Moreover, judging from Ma Zhanshan's various actions later, he was indeed fighting against Japan, rather than verballying and supporting him. It was better than supporting the "Architecture Party" in the South to let them wait for victory and then use these weapons to fight a civil war.

Ma Zhanshan is a good candidate. However, he is not the only candidate. In Inner Mongolia and North China, Feng Yuxiang was also a very high-quality agent. In fact, during the National Revolution, Feng Yuxiang was once very close to the Soviet Union and went to the Soviet Union for inspection. Moreover, he swore an oath to participate in the Northern Expedition in Wuyuan and had an inseparable relationship with the Soviet Union. Although the failure of the Central Plains War forced him to step down, his reputation in the Northwest military system was quite high. If he could stand up and take the lead in the fight against Japan, the entire Inner Mongolia and North China would inevitably cause an uproar.

Of course, the most important thing is that Feng Yuxiang also had the idea of fighting against Japan. Since the September 18th Incident in 1931, Feng Yuxiang has actively recruited old subordinates. In 1933, with the help of Ji Hongchang, he formed the Chahar People's Anti-Japanese Allied Army, and once recovered Kangbao, Baochang, Guyuan, and Duolun.

Li Xiaofeng liked these two candidates, but the decision was not entirely in his hands. Because both Lenin, Trotsky and the Communist International had different views on China's issues. At least Lenin and Trotsky prefer to use their own people, and who are their own people? Of course, it is the CCP.

In the eyes of the two mentors, their friends are more reliable. Whether it is Ma Zhanshan, Feng Yuxiang or other cats and dogs, they are just warlords. As a representative of the proletariat, how could the Soviet Union rely on a few unreliable warlords to resist the expansion of the Japanese?

In particular, Zinoviev and Kamenev strongly opposed Mazhanshan and Feng Yuxiang. They believed that only by relying on the organizational power of the Communist International and China could the expansion of the Japanese could be resisted.

Objectively speaking, the opinions of Shitou and Dapiao Face make sense, and both the artillery party and the warlord are indeed unreliable. In essence, these people are really just separating the warlords. However, Li Xiaofeng believes that relying on the organizational power of the Communist International is not more reliable than those warlords. The role of the Communist International organization in China has a greater negative effect on speaking the heart. It is self-righteous and blind commanding, and unrealistic assignment of some "youth" cadres to take important positions. It is really enough to make trouble.

With the inconsistency of the Communist International, the CCP was tortured in chaos throughout the 1920s and early 1930s. Although the fourth anti-encirclement and suppression was successfully carried out at this time, internal contradictions and problems were about to reach their peak. In the more than a year later, it was unrealistic to rely on the CCP in the south to complete the great cause of anti-Japanese war.

In Li Xiaofeng's view, from 1933 to 1934, he could not rely on the power of the organization. In the past two years, the Japanese ambitions were really the fastest expansion. From Northeast China to Inner Mongolia and then to North China, the Japanese ambitions were gradually raised. Let these jackals expand, the consequences were unimaginable.

During this period, decisive measures must be taken to curb the ambitions of the Japanese, and there is no condition to say. However, obviously Kamenev and Zinoviev did not intend to give in. They all spoke of the principles of the Communist International organization and kept saying that they wanted to believe in Chinese comrades.

This really annoyed Li Xiaofeng: "Of course I trust Chinese comrades. The problem is that Chinese comrades can't help with this issue for the time being? How can they go north to fight against Japan when the main force is still active in the south? Comrade Kamenev, tell me, how do you do this?"

Kamenev disagreed and even said for granted: "This is not a problem at all! The CCP, which broke the fourth anti-encirclement and suppression, has grown greatly and has the possibility of attacking big cities. In the next year, it can be expected to occupy the entire Jiangxi and even develop towards Nanjing, Jiangsu!"

This is simply a whim, which fully shows that Kamenev, the main leader of the Communist International, did not understand China's actual situation at all. He thought that the victory of the anti-encirclement and suppression was the beginning of the victory of the comprehensive revolution, and he thought that he could defeat Jiang Jiang in Nanjing again and again. He had no idea what would happen in the next year.

"I doubt this. As far as I know, the Nanjing National Government is preparing for the fifth anti-encirclement and suppression, and this time the troops used by Nanjing will be unprecedented. I think the CCP's main energy in the future will probably be focused on the fifth anti-encirclement and suppression, and there is no extra energy to control the problem in the north!"

"This is just your unilateral speculation!" Kamenev retorted unhappily.

To be honest, the work results of the Communist International in the 1920s were quite pitiful, and they had no achievements in Europe. The Americas could not open up. The only one that improved a little was China. But who would have thought that the only result in 1927 also disappeared.

For Kamenev and Zinoviev, this is really a shame. China finally achieved some results (it has nothing to do with the Communist International). The situation also looks pretty good, but Li Xiaofeng actually dared to pour cold water in front of them. How could he tolerate this?

Suddenly, these two people were a little reluctant. Fortunately, the mentor was still there, otherwise it would be no surprise that the fight between the two sides would be a surprise.

"Enough. Be calm!" Lenin snorted coldly, "Although Comrade Andre's words are unpleasant, they are in line with the actual situation. The problems in northern China are indeed not expected to be China's workers' and peasants' Red Army for the time being. Their main energy should be focused on strengthening themselves and striving for revolutionary victory!"

Trotsky also added a rare sentence: "And comrades, we must note that the Chinese government now recognizes and establishes diplomatic relations as the Nanjing National Government. If the CCP is given more support, it will inevitably arouse disgust from Nanjing. It is well known that the Nanjing National Government's position on Japan is always unstable, and it is difficult to ensure that they will not vote on the Japanese side, which is not in line with our country's interests!"

This left Kamenev and Zinoviev speechless. However, these two people still refused to give in completely: "Even so, we should develop our own organization in the north. Only our own people are reliable!"

Lenin glanced at the two of them and said, "Let's do this, walk on both legs. On the one hand, we must support those warlords who are willing to fight against Japan, and on the other hand, we actively help the CCP develop organizations in the north..."

Li Xiaofeng immediately continued: "So who should focus on?"

It’s not that Li Xiaofeng is ignorant, but that he must ask this, otherwise with the tossing spirit of Kamenev and Zinoviev, they will definitely ignore the previous one.

"For the time being, or the current one or two years, with the first point as the focus, we must use the warlords to gain time!"

After Lenin made the decision, it was much easier to do, and the mentor was much more than just making the decision. After the meeting, he kept Li Xiaofeng alone.

"Andre, you should be clear that supporting China's anti-Japanese forces is just a temporary solution. In the end, we are the only ones who can solve the problem. Who do you think is more appropriate to go to Far East to preside over the situation?"

Li Xiaofeng really didn't expect that the mentor would look down on him so much and would ask for his opinions on this. However, he did not take it seriously, nor did he think that he could really express any decisive opinions on this issue. Instead, he replied modestly: "I think it's better to send a comrade who understands the Far East and China to preside over the overall situation, so that he can avoid a lot of trouble and problems."

Lenin nodded slowly and was quite satisfied with Li Xiaofeng's answer. The reason why he left someone alone was naturally not that he wanted to hear any opinions, but mainly to see someone's attitude. On the issue of Japan, someone sang an opposite to the central government, which can be said to have directly overturned the central government's resolution. Although someone's opinion does make sense, Lenin still did not want someone to have any unrealistic ideas because of this. It is inevitable to leave someone to look at his attitude.

If someone just asked for a candidate carelessly, Lenin would be very unhappy and would naturally knock someone hard, so that someone would not continue to jump up and down like this. Obviously, someone is still tactful, and the advice given by someone is very consistent with Lenin's idea - he really has to send someone who understands the situation in China to preside over the situation.

In fact, when the Far East Red Flag Front was established, a strife between the Trotskyists and the Lenin factions broke out over the issue of the candidate for the front commander. Tukhachevsky hoped that his Tiegomohalepsky would take this position, while Stalin wanted Voroshilov, who was not very happy in the previous title, to take office.

Why did Tukhachevsky and Stalin become interested in a mere front commander at the same time? Objectively speaking, the Far East Red Flag Front is really not a fat man, but a very bad job. The conditions in the Far East are not ordinary, and working in the place where birds do not lay eggs is almost equivalent to exile. If it were before, no one would want to go there.

But this time it was different. Under the suggestion of a certain immortal, fighting against Japan was almost inevitable. For generals who were determined to do something, the Far East would be a good opportunity to make a gilded record. Tukhachevsky definitely wanted to use this to experiment with his mechanized combat ideas, while Stalin wanted to give Voroshilov a military achievement. Maybe he could be promoted to marshal in a few years.

At one point, Li Xiaofeng even wanted to arrange a few brothers to go to the Far East to have a job. For example, Rokosovsky was a good candidate. I think Zhukov could have used this to get to the top. There is no reason why Rokosovsky, who is not inferior to Zhukov, cannot gain experience.

However, after some thought, Li Xiaofeng gave up this very tempting idea. The first reason was that Rokosovsky was not qualified enough. Before 1933, the highest position Rokosovsky held was just a division commander. When he was awarded the title, he was only a major general. Not to mention the commander of the front army, he was not of the level of being a commander. It was really meaningless to go to the Far East and be a junior division commander. And if you want to promote it, there was a problem. During the domestic revolutionary war, you can boldly advance over the level, but it would be inappropriate to do this in peacetime.

The second reason is that Li Xiaofeng also felt that he had indeed shown his sharpness in recent times. Even the mentor felt that he was too hard to mess around. It would be better to be a little low-key recently.

After some thought, Li Xiaofeng chose not to compete for the position of the Far East Red Flag Front. Anyway, according to the plan, there will be no direct military conflict with the Japanese within more than a year, and there will be time to buffer. After this period, the wind has passed. It should not be too difficult for Rokosovsky to arrange a commander or something for the Far East Red Flag Front.

Of course, this is not the main reason. The main reason is that Sverdlov and Luzutak had previously informed him, saying that the tutor actually had a favorite candidate for the candidate for the commander of the Far East Red Flag Front Army. Whether it was Khalepsky or Voroshilov, they were all good at it. They suggested that Li Xiaofeng should not make things boring, and recommending his own people would make the tutor unhappy.

In view of this, Li Xiaofeng naturally acted as a good person and gave the teacher the answer he wanted to hear. So who did Lenin like?

In fact, the answer is very obvious. When Li Xiaofeng said his suggestion and Lenin nodded repeatedly, the lucky man's name was about to come out. At the level of the front commander, he understood the situation in the Far East and had practical work experience in the Far East, and there was no second person at all. Who else could he be except Buluheer?

During the domestic revolutionary war, Buluheer liberated the Far East and served as Sun Yat-sen's military adviser in the 1920s. He was very familiar with the Far East and China's situation. To be fair, Buluheer did a very good job. More importantly, Buluheer was relatively neutral in the military and did not openly choose to take sides. Lenin did not want the Far East to become the focus of the new round of struggle between the Leninists and the Trotskyists, so he would naturally prefer to choose Buluheer.

In history, Buluheer also did a good job in the Far East Red Flag Front Army. He suffered a lot in Zhanggufeng, but that was also Buluheer's last battle. He was cleansed as soon as the Zhanggufeng battle ended.

Buluhell went to the Far East to support the overall situation. This result was acceptable to both the Leninists and the Trotskyists, but with Buluhell's departure, the problem also came. Who filled the vacancy left by Buluhell?

The General Political Department of the Red Army said the most important thing among the four headquarters. It is to be honest and a job that is a meticulous position. Anyway, Buluhell did not have a happy job in this position before. People like him who are more upright are really not suitable to be involved in politics, but the General Political Department is mainly responsible for political issues. Buluhell is really happy to be able to escape from this fire pit.

Buluhel was happy, and for those who were qualified to compete for this position, they were also happy. For example, the war was not good, and Voroshilov, who was very good at politics, liked this position very much. He once again found Stalin and strongly asked his friends to help get this position.

Stalin naturally agreed with this, because once Voroshilov took control of the General Political Department, it would mean that Stalin controlled half of the four headquarters, which meant that his authority in the Military Commission was greatly enhanced.

For the same reason, Trotsky and Tukhachevsky also salivated the General Political Department. With the departure of Bulucher, the struggle between the Trotsky and Lenin factions in the army not only did not stop but became more and more intense.

This time, Li Xiaofeng chose to watch very restrainedly. Anyway, the mentor could not let him and Xiao Si's men take over the General Political Department, and it would be boring to fight for it. Li Xiaofeng even believed that this vacancy would never belong to any of Trotsky, Stalin and Sverdlov. For Lenin, who strives to maintain a balance of power within the party, giving any of these three families would break the balance of power. It is very likely that this position will be acquired by an inconspicuous person in the end.

Since this is the case, Li Xiaofeng naturally had no interest in joining in the fun. He focused more on Far East affairs, strengthened intelligence work with Japan, and strengthened contact with China's anti-Japanese forces. These are all things that he, the top kgb leader, should do.

For example, Ma Zhanshan, mentioned earlier, quickly responded to the olive branch thrown by kgb, and urgently asked the Soviet Union to quickly support his arms and ammunition so as to return to his hometown in Northeast China as soon as possible.

"This matter cannot be directly reported by kgb. After all, the central government means that it is necessary to maintain normal relations with Japan in name, and cannot give Japan's population a clear statement. I mean that EO company is responsible for this matter and support Ma Zhanshan through mercenaries."

After pausing, Li Xiaofeng ordered: "It is more convenient for Peter to take over this matter than for us to sit down. By the way, how about the reactions in other aspects except Ma Zhanshan?" (To be continued, please search for Astronomy, novels are better, updated and faster!
