Chapter 19 The Boss
"I hope 'they' are angered by me!"
Retreating to the edge of the bar, Martin looked at the "crowd" surrounding him, and his dark face instantly turned pale.
He stared wide, his fearful face exuded an uncontrollable look of despair. He gritted his teeth and made a giggle, trying his best to curb the fear from the bottom of his heart. He turned his eyes to look in the direction of the "crowd". The next second, the familiar figure he saw behind the "crowd" directly destroyed the last bit of courage in Martin's heart.
His legs were shaking so hard that he could not stand, and he collapsed on the ground, shouting in fear.
"Monsters, 'they' are all human-eating monsters, the whole bar is the nest of 'they'. After all, we are dead, we are all dead, we are all eaten by these monsters, just like the heads in the bathroom..."
Martin's panic appearance undoubtedly caused great panic to everyone.
Looking at the expressionless "crowd" around him, Bert pulled the corner of his mouth, showing an ugly expression, and said unbelievably.
"Stop kidding Martin, this joke is not funny at all."
Compared to the monster that Martin kept clamoring, he would rather believe that all this was just the other party's nonsense after getting drunk.
"joke?"
"Look behind you, Bert!"
Unlike Bert and others who still showed a half-believing and half-doubted look.
After seeing the bartender's "true face", Cassie had long believed in everything Martin said. She whitened her face and gritted her teeth in a trembling tone.
"ah!"
"Skeleton...skeleton!"
After swallowing, following Cassie's words, Burt and the other two turned their heads uneasily.
The next second, Susan pointed at the bartender with only a skeleton head left at the bar, let out a sharp and harsh scream, and then fainted with a flash of glare.
He lowered his head and looked at Susan's fainting position. His eyes rolled down from the bartender's eye socket and jumped back and forth on the bar counter for a few times.
Seeing this scene, the man Bert and GAY Ian hugged each other tightly, making giggling teeth trembling in their mouths, making a scream no less than Susan's.
...
"Why are there ordinary people coming in?"
"What the hell is going on?"
"So, what do we do, it's bad if ordinary people know the secrets of the bar."
"Or what if I can eat them?"
"Do you think the boss will agree?"
"Anyway, the boss is not in the bar now."
Surrounded Cassia and others, a rustling noise was heard in the "crowd".
Confronting the eyes in the "crowd", Martin's expression turned paler.
"I've seen them..."
"No, I've seen them!"
"No, no, we probably saw them."
Just as the "crowd" was arguing about how to deal with Cassie and others entering the bar, three sudden voices from behind the "crowd" suddenly sounded, and they all argued.
Following the direction of the sound, the team surrounded by the "crowd" separated, and a tall figure blocked by the windbreaker and hat brim came to the front of several people.
He leaned over and looked at the five people panicked in front of the bar, and sharp quarrels continued to be heard from inside his body.
"I remember, it was the guy with a glittering nose who moved my clothes just now."
"That thing is called a nasal nail, idiot!"
"Why is it called a nose nail, not an earring, or a mouth nail?"
“Because it hits the nose!”
"Why is it called a nasal nail when hitting the nose?"
"Because it was made from the beginning, it was called a nasal nail!"
"Why……"
"Shut up, it's not the time to argue with this. Obviously, they followed us into the bar!"
The last sound in the figure stopped the seemingly endless noise and continued.
"So, what should we do now?"
What the third voice said made Cassie and others look a little hopeful in their originally desperate eyes.
"Why help them?"
However, the next second, other sounds from the figure completely extinguished the hope that ignited in the hearts of the five people.
"Yes, that guy obviously started first!"
"If I do it, I want that man with a nose nail..."
The body covered by the wide windbreaker was twisted into an exaggerated amplitude, and the expectant sound came from the figure.
As the figure said, the "crowds" that had already spread a little around gathered together again. They looked at the faces of Cassia and others with impatient expressions.
"I just left the bar a little bit."
Accompanied by a slightly helpless sigh.
The "crowd" around him who had been in a circle suddenly seemed to burst into anger and exclaimed.
"It's the boss who is back!"
"Damn it, it's obviously a little bit."
"I don't want to stay and die..."
As Cassie and others looked at him, the windbreaker on his body opened, revealing the three panicked ugly dwarves inside. It turned out that the tall figure they thought was just a few dwarves pretended to be disguised by stepping on their heads.
They made sharp screams from each other, as if they were encountering some kind of beast, rushing to run away from the five people.
In just a few seconds, the "crowds" that were originally surrounded by densely packed around the bar disappeared.
Instead, there was a tall figure wearing a red suit.
"This is not the place you should come."
The dim lights of the bar hit the figure's face, making it impossible to see the true appearance of the figure.
Shaking the wine glass in his hand, the red liquid in the transparent goblet reflected a circle of dazzling ripples under the refraction of the light.
Cassie felt the figure's eyes sweeping over them.
"Now, it's time for you to return to reality."
Accompanied by the meaningful words in the other party's mouth, as Cassie looked at him, the figure raised his finger and snapped his fingers gently at everyone.
Bang-
...
The next second, the dim bar scene in front of everyone was replaced by a dark night.
"Is this the alley just now?"
Martin murmured at the familiar and unfamiliar scenes around him.
"So, are we saved?"
Hearing Martin's words, Ian quickly turned his head to look at everything around him, and at the same time, he realized that he would shake off the man Bert, the man holding the nose in his arms, and a disgust appeared on his face.
"Can anyone tell me what exactly happened to us just now?"
After a while, as the fear gradually recovered.
The man named Bert asked everyone in a trembling tone.
“…”
Facing Bert's inquiry, everyone in the alley couldn't help but remain silent.
Susan, who was fainting, was lying quietly on the cold and rough concrete floor in the alley, ignoring anyone.
But beside her, Kassie looked at the wall at the entrance of the alley with a daze.
There was originally the direction where the bar appeared.
