7. Chapter 7 Betrayal

"Do you know, I borrowed the script from Chediac, one of the director's assistants, and I'm not sure about the rest, but Sean Hartsey - yes, I'm sure the role of the same name as you, but not here - is right." Koeman rambled in Sean's ear while resting.

Sean shook his head indifferently. After several weeks of contact with Koeman, his views were slowly changing. He was so enthusiastic about becoming famous that he wanted to get a role every day, but he became a hit.

Sean really can't understand. Well, having a goal worth fighting for is a good thing. Koeman also has some acting talent, but if he can't see the direction clearly, he will become too ambitious.

For example, survival is always the first priority. Can you imagine a person who can’t even eat bread and still have the intention to pull the director to beg for a role? Or to put it another way, why can’t others believe that they can play a good role?

Of course, these words cannot be said now. Sean is not the kind of person who likes to show off these things. And he just got a role in front of him, so it would be better not to be thrilled.

Two lives, Sean's level of treating people is much higher than that of ordinary young people, so he just smiled and reminded: "You have said several times, Koeman, it's a pity that the shots they took were not as good as the Hartsey's shots, but maybe director Rod Grizzy will add them, and you can try to be his stand-in at that time."

"That's not bad. Maybe you can take this opportunity to enter the eyes of the director or producer." Koeman sighed, looking straight at the trailer that can only be used by formal actors.

Although there are no explicit regulations, the levels in the studio are still very clear. The leading actors have their own trailers for rest, and the dining is also in different areas. The extras and the leading actors can hardly make any comments on the set.

Sean knew who he was watching. Although Koeman said in his mouth that he could be a supporting actor, he thought the most about the male lead. The male lead in this movie is a boy about the same age as him, with brown and black curly hair, baby face, and blue eyes. He always feels that he has such an impression.

However, most of Sean's attention was on the heroine. Her dark long straight hair made her look straightforward. Her wheat-colored skin was quite healthy, her face was slightly square, her facial features were tough, and she was a bit masculine. Her eyebrows were particularly special, thick and black, but also gave people a different attraction. In addition to attending, she also had a pretty good figure. She probably had Latin ancestry, very well-proportioned, and was very hot when wearing jeans.

"You don't want to fuck her, Sean?" Koeman asked teasingly after noticing this.

"When has it become illegal to appreciate beautiful women?" Sean shrugged.

"Come on, man, he is a formal actor and has played some roles. He is two kinds of people with us. Not to mention playing with her, it is not easy to chat with her." Koman shook his head and said, for some reason, with a hint of sarcasm in his tone.

"That's not necessarily." Sean didn't hear it. He touched his chin and smiled sly, took another bottle of water and walked towards the male protagonist who was leaning against the prop box in a daze.

Koeman opened his mouth, as if he wanted to say something, but in the end he didn't say anything.

"Oh, I'm so sorry." After pretending to accidentally hit the male protagonist and hit the water in his hand to the ground, Sean picked it up and handed it back to the other party.

"It's okay." The other party smiled, very humble.

Sean felt half of his heart, so he immediately said, "I hope you haven't dirtyed your water."

"Don't care, I don't like this brand of pure water anyway." The other party has a fair temper.

"This is, the taste is not very good. I prefer the pure water of the brand of Snow Mountain." Following this topic, Sean quickly spoke to the male protagonist who made him look familiar.

"Actually, this is not difficult. I was often asked for trouble in high school. In fact, as long as you are strong enough..." After a few minutes, the two became familiar with each other, "By the way, my name is Elia, Elia Wood."

"Shaun, Sean? Don." Sean immediately introduced himself and glanced at the side.

Then, a passionate voice rang out: "Ilia, have you seen my hairpin? I put it on a chair when I was shooting before."

Then, the lively young girl walked up to the two of them and looked at them with a charming smile.

Elijah Wood rolled his eyes subconsciously: "No, Jordanna, I didn't see anything. You really should pay attention to yourself. It's not a good habit to put things casually."

"Don't speak in this tone. Ilia. If your observation ability can be improved, maybe we can end the reshoot today." The girl named Jodana immediately retorted, but a cramped smile on her face was obviously teasing him. From this point of view, they are not a couple.

"Hi," she noticed Sean at this time and immediately greeted her, "I'm Jodana, Jodana Brewster."

The young girl with obvious Latin ancestry looked at him with a smile, without any repulsion. After all, she is a young man, and it is said that this is her first film work - in fact, the starring actors of the whole movie are newcomers, so naturally they have no airs.

It was also because Sean saw this that he would have the courage to come over to chat with him. If a famous actor is a different method.

"Shawn, Sean Tang, extras, you are one of the alien-controlled players who are chasing Wood." Sean introduced himself in this way, and finally added a serious sentence, "Actually, as long as you say a word, I can catch him immediately."

Jordanna couldn't help but laugh: "You're so funny, Don."

"You can call me Sean-I'm serious." Sean smiled and spread his hands.

"Even if you might be kicked out by the director?" Wood jokingly curled his lips.

"Of course." Sean was righteous and Jordanna couldn't help laughing even harder.

"How long have you been an extra, Sean." She asked curiously.

"It's just two weeks. I need time to plan how to drive around North America first, so I found a relatively relaxed and free job." Sean explained.

"Driving around North America?" Both the two in front of them showed a look of surprise.

"Yes, this is what I always want to do, so I came from San Francisco to Los Angeles not long after graduation. I took advantage of my youth, energy and curiosity to do something I want to do. Isn't it great?" Sean smiled and raised his hands, looking very sunny.

"Wow, this is not an easy task." Jordanna said in admiration, and Wood nodded.

"It's not easy, but I don't want to regret it in the future." Sean's expression was serious and he easily grasped the rhythm of the topic. Then he chatted with Jordanna and Wood for a long time happily.

"How is it?" Sean, who finally came back, asked Coman with some smugness.

"You really have it, man." Although Koeman tried to hide it, the jealousy in his tone was still obvious. "Maybe you can invite her to have a drink together tonight."

"There will be a chance." Sean patted his shoulder and laughed, "I'm going to get her phone number."

"Really?" Koeman couldn't help but open his eyes.

"I don't have to lie to you, right?" Sean spread his hands.

"You really have it, man." Koeman said this again. He had been much calmer than before, and seemed to have made up some decisions.

Unfortunately, Sean, who was immersed in the fact that he was about to reach Jordanna's phone number, did not notice, so he paid the price.

"Sorry, Sean, this is impossible. We've started construction long ago." The director waved his hand and strode towards the set that was being built in the studio. "We don't need late actors."

"Please listen to my explanation, sir, please listen to my explanation." Sean, who had already sweated slightly on his forehead, rushed to catch up.

"There's nothing to explain, Sean, you're late, we've found someone to replace you, that's that simple," the director didn't listen at all. "The crew won't postpone the filming to wait for someone, our plans are all full."

"But..." Xing Shan didn't know what to say for a moment.

"Also," the director continued, "you don't have to come again, the finances settled with you."

"For... why?" Sean opened his eyes wide in shock.

"There were policemen going to your residence this morning, right?" the director turned his head, "They were here too."

"But... but they only asked some questions about... a club two streets away..... There was someone taking drugs. They thought I was, but I didn't." Sean said hurriedly.

"Maybe," the director still had a look of indifference, "but you have to know, Sean, we were filming a family comedy, or broadcasting on ABC, with few family comedy with good ratings. So, we don't allow any scandal, even if it's possible, when you come, the assistant will explain it to you clearly."

Sean made a few meaningless gestures, and seemed to want to explain, but he couldn't speak.

"Okay, that's it, go and settle the financial situation yourself, Sean, don't let me call the security guard." The director said as he entered the set, leaving Sean standing outside alone.

He covered his forehead and moaned, never expecting that things would turn out like this in just one night. He was actually drunk, hell, he actually got drunk! How could this happen?

A feeling of depression spread from his chest. Sean clenched his fist but didn't know where to wave it, and just wanted to scream on the spot. Then, as the assistant not far away greeted him and prepared, he saw a familiar figure following the crowd, wearing the service of the restaurant waiter, which was... Koman! Koman Vincent!

A look of shock appeared on his face, and scenes of last night passed by his mind like lightning. He suddenly understood what was going on. Koeman also noticed Sean at this time, and almost turned his head away at the first time, as if he didn't see it, but his neck was slightly shrank, as if he was very guilty.
