Chapter 1817 A day on the train

Outside Yanbei City, the train slowly drove out of the station at 8:45.

This train is a passenger train leading to Jiangzhou area. It has to pass more than 20 stations in the middle and the speed is relatively slow.

The Academic Affairs Office of the Army of the Eighth District has long communicated with the units managing the railway, and has reserved three trains for the students returning to the place to ride, namely carriages 1, 6 and 9.

Li Zhan, Qi Lin, Ruan Ming, and some officers from the Qi family and Xu family were all sitting in the No. 1 sleeper car, while Xiaobai, Wang Tianhui and others were sitting in the No. 9 car, and the distance between the two sides was quite far. However, there were no other passengers in the car, and they were all officers.

After the train started slowly, Qi Lin was drunk too much at the graduation dinner. Before sobering up, he lay directly on the sleeper, took off his coat and said, "I'm sleeping, don't call me."

"Brother Lin, stop sleeping, come and get up and play cards together." The person who spoke was Qi Wei, who was a child of the Qi family in Nanmu Life Town, Sichuan Prefecture. He used to be a platoon leader in the 117th Regiment. He was very young and motivated, so he was admitted to District 8 for further study.

"If you don't fight, if you don't fight, your head hurts." Qi Lin waved his hand and replied, "You guys have to have a sleep."

"Chief of Staff, are you playing?" Qi Wei turned his head and asked Li Zhan.

Li Zhan studied a novel with a little color and shook his head and said, "If you don't play, you can play."

Ruan Ming sat on a small chair at the window, waved his hand and greeted, "Come on, I'll play with you."

"Hulala!"

A group of officers immediately surrounded him.

"The one who makes cash, no account keeping." Ruan Ming looked at everyone with a smile: "Come on, take poker, all the goods are bright, I'll harvest you."

"How big is it?"

"One hundred yuan."

"Ruan Tuan, this is a big fight."

"...What's the matter? I'll ask you to give me some confession. Do you have any objections?" Ruan Ming asked teasingly.

"Okay, come on."

After saying that, a group of excited officers gathered together and started playing poker with Ruan Ming.

In another carriage, Xiaobai was sitting on the sleeper, holding his cell phone and calling his wife Xu Jiao.

"When will you get home?"

"It will take some time to get to Jiangzhou the day after tomorrow. I guess I can get home at night." Xiaobai said tenderly, "Oh, I miss you all..."

"You're so terrible. I heard from Xiaoliang that you were idle and went out to drink a lot of wine with the officers from District 8 and went to the club." Xu Jiao said with grinding her teeth: "When you come back, I'll check you carefully..."

"Then it's okay. I'll go home when I go to Sichuan Mansion and let you check it." Xiaobai lowered his voice and said, "Hey, if you're fine tomorrow, go out for a shopping trip and buy some tough socks."

"Get out, shameless!"

"I love you."

"You are really disgusting." Xu Jiao felt dizzy.

"Hey, let's have a video?"

"I'm not available to coax the child, let's talk about it later."

"Then send me a picture."

"I'll send you a message." Xu Jiao cursed crisply: "Okay, that's it. I'll go to Jiangzhou to pick you up the day after tomorrow."

"Love you!"

"Oh, okay, I love you, I love you." Xu Jiao replied, then hung up her phone.

After Xiaobai finished the phone call, he felt uneasy and turned his head to look at his brother-in-law and said, "Come on, go to my bed and sleep, let me hug you for a while."

My brother-in-law is Xu Liang, and he is Xu Yan's youngest son. He looks very fair and looks very similar to Xu Jiao. So when he was in school in the past few years, Xiaobai put all his energy into him and would harass him if he had nothing to do.

"Brother-in-law, stop harassing me. I have hemorrhoids and feel very uncomfortable." Xu Liang lies on the upper bunk and said in a listless manner.

"...Hey, it's not convenient for you." Xiaobai sighed and lay on the bed and said, "That's meaningless, I'll go to bed too."

In the carriage, the officers would return to their units in a few days, and the unruly days were about to pass, so everyone was very excited, either drinking or playing cards or chatting, and communicating with colleagues from other places.

The train moved forward slowly, and in a blink of an eye, the day passed.

It was around nine o'clock the next night.

Li Zhan finally finished reading the novel with some color. He was a little hungry and looked up and shouted at Qi Lin: "Go to the dining car to eat something?"

"I won't go, I just finished eating." Qi Lin fiddled with his cell phone and said, "You go find Xiaobai and let him accompany you."

"Are you still chatting with the young female tutor on campus?" Li Zhan asked with a smile.

"Well, she encountered some difficulties in her life, and I'm enlightening her." Qi Lin nodded.

"Okay, then you can enlighten me." Li Zhan stood up, took out his wallet with cash from his coat, and walked towards the No. 9 carriage.

Along the way, although the carriages were crowded, tourists were polite when they saw the soldiers. Li Zhan quickly arrived at Carriage No. 9, called Xiaobai, and went to the dining car together.

"Drink some?" Xiaobai asked.

"I won't drink it today." Li Zhan ordered two hot dishes and replied: "It will be here early tomorrow morning, and I didn't drink it well."

"Okay, then I'll take two bottles of drinks!" Xiaobai stood up.

"Sheep!"

Xiaobai just stood up, and a very harsh friction suddenly appeared under the train, and then the carriage swayed. He instinctively reached out to hold the table: "Damn, how did you drive? Do you practice drifting?"

"Bang!!"

As soon as he finished speaking, a dull gunfire suddenly came from outside the carriage.

Li Zhan was stunned: "25-mortar!!"

"Crack!"

While the two were confused, the sound of sour teeth below the carriage became even louder. The train began to brake urgently, and the speed dropped significantly slower.

"Is there any military friction in front of you?" The carriage was shaking violently, and Xiaobai couldn't walk, so he bent down and sat down again.

"What's going on?"

"It seems like there is a cannon sound!"

“…!”

The tourists in the dining car began to get noisy and looked out through the glass.

"Boom!"

"Boom!"

“…!”

Several more cannons sounded from outside, and the train slowly stopped.

"Don't move everyone!"

"Do not move!"

The four police officers in charge of train safety ran over in a hurry, shouting while walking through the carriage.

"What's going on?" Li Zhan asked.

"The railway in front was blown up!" One of the police officers waved his hand and shouted: "I guess I've encountered a war, don't move!"

After saying that, the four of them ran to the next carriage, and Xiaobai turned his head and glanced out the window. He saw that the lights were brightly lit not far away, and at least a dozen cars rushed over in a hurry.

"...Why are there so many cars?" Xiaobai was a little surprised.
