Chapter 51 Prologue

October 10, 1940.

On this day, Los Angeles was covered in clouds, and it started to drizzle from after breakfast.

This kind of weather is a bit wet and cold, and there are not many pedestrians on the road outside, and even Hollywood, which was originally bustling, is a little lonely.

But in the large courtyard of Legend Film Company, people are overwhelmed and busy at this moment.

"What a fucking fucking weather! We won't be able to get no one to come as soon as the cinema gate is opened, right?" Leo moved equipment into the car and cursed.

"Stop fucking crow's mouth! How is that possible?" Baggins next to him smiled.

"Yes, yes, I'm a crow's mouth." Leo grinned.

"Are the things ready?" Victor, in a suit, asked in a low voice.

"Okay, everything is all done, just wait for a good show." Leo smiled.

"Victor! Victor!" A small car shot in like lightning. Before the car stopped, Anthony, the fat bear, jumped down.

"Hahahaha! It's been sent, we're going to send it! Brothers, wait for the famous one!" Anthony got out of the car and was wet with the rain, but this guy was furious.

"What's wrong with Anthony, have you picked up gold?" Leo said.

"Look at it!" Anthony handed over a newspaper.

Victor took it, glanced at it, nodded, "Good job, Uncle Anthony."

Everyone came over and looked at the newspaper, and their eyes were stunned.

This is a copy of the Los Angeles Times of the day. On the front page, a message was published, titled: Clark Gable will premiere tonight, and the first movie of Legendary Film Company was released.

The general content of the news is mainly focused on Clark Gable, which means that Clark Gable has not appeared in the public eye for two months. It will appear in the Los Angeles Cinema tonight, and then introduces two gossip news about Gable. The last few sentences mention the name of the movie from Legend Film Company, the producer, etc.

"And here! Here!" Anthony turned to the second edition.

Below the second page of the Los Angeles Times, there is an advertisement, which accounts for a quarter of the page, but is designed with great eye-catching design. The picture above is the factory logo of Legend Film Company, and a line of thick and large characters below the title: The grand prize of 100,000 US dollars is waiting for you to get it!

The content mainly introduces the premiere of the Legendary Film Company tonight. Any viewer who buys tickets can participate in the lottery with the sub-coupons of the movie tickets. The first prize is 100,000 US dollars, the second prize is 20,000 US dollars, and the third prize is 100,000 US dollars. Then, the general content of "This Killer Is Not Cold" is introduced, and the movie pictorial is attached.

This movie poster was designed by Victor himself. The main color of the movie is black. The silhouette of Leon, played by Parker, with Mo Jiang raising his head upward, almost occupying the entire upper half. Below is a face with Menglu's tearful eyes, and below is a pot of green plants.

The entire movie poster is designed with a dynamic design and a strong visual impact.

"When I came out, newspapers were being read throughout the streets and alleys of Los Angeles, and there were many discussions. Our story had spread, and many people were asking where to watch movies." Anthony smoked a cigar: "Tonight, all the cinemas that show our movie will definitely be full!"

"The effect is really good, it's a good sign." Leo smiled.

Everyone was in a good mood.

Victor disagreed: "This is just a trick. The most important thing is to watch the movie book. It is necessary to be foolproof for the premiere tonight, and everyone should be careful."

"No problem." Everyone laughed.

"Let's go, it's time to go to Los Angeles. It's time tonight if Legendary Films can become legendary." Victor took a deep breath and got into the car.

...

MGM Film Company Red Building.

Louis Meyer, who owns the King of Hollywood, put down a newspaper in his hand, took off his own eyes, and closed it.

"How is it? This kid is quite interesting." Opposite, his old subordinate Irving smiled.

"I originally thought I was just a little reptile, but I didn't expect it to be awesome." Mayer opened his eyes, looked at the newspaper again, and nodded: "It's really not easy to come up with such a solution. This little bastard is really good. This made me see you, Irving, many years ago."

Owen shook his head: "To be honest, when I was so young, I couldn't come up with such a good idea. Louis, either don't kill this kid and find a way to pull us here, and there will be a bright future in the future."

"Some people in Hollywood are people!" Mayer gave Irving a blank look: "Some people can help, some people are shameless, and giving him a chance is a waste of resources."

"Do you really want to kill this kid?" Owen felt a little regretful.

"I want him to leave Hollywood forever." Mayer sneered.

"So tell me, what should I do tonight." Owen knocked on the Los Angeles Times on the table.

Meyer said in a deep voice: "I have greeted him in the theater, I called him just now."

"Oh." Owen raised his eyebrows and smiled: "What do you say about Gabb?"

"How to say it? What else can I say?! He is now from MGM, so how could he go to help that little bastard?" Mayer sneered.

"Gabo agreed?" Owen said.

"He completely disagreed at the beginning, saying that he had promised others that he had to do what he had to do. I told him directly that he was from MGM, and that I could make him the emperor of the movie or let him sweep him out." Meyer spread his hands: "So he had to agree."

"This, I'm afraid Gable will have a bad impression of you in the future." Owen said.

Mayer shook his head: "I have no idea what good and bad impressions are. I never care what others think, I only care about how I do it myself. Now, I see how that little bastard solves it."

"According to our previous settings, let's prepare for both hands. Let's see if this kid can hold on tonight. Haha." Owen and Mayer looked at each other and smiled.

...

Los Angeles Cinema. After a period of renovation, this originally ragged cinema has completely renovated.

The Roman-style cinema gate is painted pure snow-white, and the complex stigma of Corinth is coated with a layer of gold. Under the light, it is magnificent and magnificent. A new factory logo of a legendary film company more than three meters high has been added above the main entrance of the cinema. The towering long sword is sharp and straight down, with awesome momentum. Two statues stand on the two plates of the long sword.

On the left is Emperor Caesar, striding with his head held high and looking forward. A line of big words is engraved under the statue: I come, I see, I conquer!

On the right side of the factory logo is also a statue of a man. The statue is carved from white marble. The man is wearing a suit, with a thin face and sharp eyes. He holds a gun in his left hand and holds a rose in his right hand.

Under the man's feet, a line of words was engraved: The dead are not dead, life is endless, blood and fire come again!

This statue was made by Anthony and Sean after discussing and asked the most famous sculptor in Los Angeles. The man on it is Victor's grandfather, Vito Casio Ferro, who was later considered the founder of the mafia.

Standing at the entrance of the cinema and looking up at the brand new cinema gate, Victor narrowed his eyes slightly.
