Chapter 54: A Fascinating Story

May 17.

It's already interesting, and it's the third day of the new issue of Sunshine magazines.

The debate on the Internet still does not stop. As more and more people see these two works, the debate tends to become increasingly fierce.

However, no matter how the debate on the Internet is getting more and more intense, compared with the vast number of readers, there are still a very small number of people who are arguing on the Internet.

Most people are not involved in their arguments.

They like to share their reading experiences with other readers on the Internet and share their feelings.

Of course, there are still many people reading books silently.

They just hope that the story can be exciting enough, so that they can completely relax after working or studying. They don’t have to think about anything and just immerse themselves in the exciting storyline.

Liu Yang is a college student who has just started working.

He now works in a private company doing software testing. He has to face a lot of software code every day, and his work is boring and often makes himself dizzy.

This made him develop a habit.

I like to read some more relaxed articles or stories during the rest period of 1 and a half hours at noon every day.

Fairy tales were one of his choices. In the past, the one he bought the most was "Sunshine Children".

But today, he specially bought a book called "Funny Children".

Because, when his colleague saw that he liked to read fairy tales, he suggested that he buy a book "Funny Children" to read. His colleague told him that the Internet has been arguing about which of the two fairy tales works is better in the past two days.

One is published in "Sunshine Children" which he often reads, "Elvis Presbyterian". The other is published in "Fun Children", which seems to be about rats and so on.

My colleague didn't read fairy tales, and didn't read these arguments carefully. He just saw that he liked to read them, so he told him about these situations.

Because my colleagues know that he doesn't like to go online normally, they are mostly not clear about these situations.

In fact, Liu Yang does not know. He actually doesn’t like fairy tales very much. He doesn’t even know "The Race of Totors and Hare" that was so popular on the Internet some time ago, and has never watched it.

He just watched the fairy tale to relax at noon.

Because fairy tales are easy to read and are brain-free.

He didn't care about other fairy tales. He didn't even know that "Sunshine Children" he often bought, and he wanted to start serializing long fairy tales.

So, the day before yesterday, when he saw "Elvis Growth" he seemed very surprised. Unexpectedly, "Sunshine Children" began to serialize long fairy tales. It used to be all short stories.

More importantly, this long fairy tale is still so exciting that he was a little fascinated by it.

Fairy tales can also be very exciting. They don’t seem to have the effect of relaxing.

On the contrary, after watching "Elvis Growth", his heart became heavier. For the poor kitten.

However, he enjoyed the feeling of watching the story.

Now, his colleagues told him that there seems to be a long fairy tale that is also serialized. Moreover, it is not worse than "Elvis Growth".

Otherwise, there will be no debate on the Internet.

He was very excited. A fairy tale had already fascinated him. Now there is an equally wonderful fairy tale. He can't wait.

He no longer just treats fairy tales as a relaxing pastime.

He has begun to really fall in love with fairy tales.

So this morning, he deliberately got up earlier than usual and went to the newspaper booth to buy a book called "Funny Children".

After buying the magazine, he resisted the urge to read it immediately. He wanted to stay until noon to read it and enjoy the story well at noon.

It was finally noon, and Liu Yang came back after lunch. He went to the bathroom to wash his face with cold water. His skin felt a little greasy and he felt much more comfortable in an instant.

He returned to his seat, stretched, and then picked up the Fun Children he bought this morning.

"It's finally possible to watch it! I hope it won't be worse than Elvis Growth."

With such expectations, Liu Yang opened the first page of the magazine.

"Haha, it turns out that the book is called "The Adventures of Shuke and Beta". The author is Li Fan. Have you never heard of this name?"

Episode 1.

"Shuke, you are old, you can go out to find something to eat by yourself." One day, my mother said to the little mouse Shuke.

"Really?" Shuke was happy.

...

Time passed by minute by minute. However, Liu Yang's reading posture never changed, except for occasionally turning the pages with his right hand.

"Liu Yang, what are you watching? You have already started working."

A figure appeared at Liu Yang's desk and said with a dark face.

Hey, there was no response.

"Liu Yang!" The figure strengthened his tone and his face became darker.

"Ah! Who?" Liu Yang suddenly shuddered and raised his head in confusion. He still didn't react, "Who is calling me!"

Two seconds later, Liu Yang suddenly realized that his supervisor was standing in front of him with a dark face.

"Ah, Brother Xiao. Why are you calling me?"

The figure is Liu Yang's supervisor, Lin Xiao.

"Me," Lin Xiao saw Liu Yang's confused look, not as if he was pretending. Instead, he was not very angry, and became more curious.

"What book is this kid reading? He is so fascinated by it."

When Liu Yang was resting at noon, he had the habit of reading fairy tales. They all knew that, but how could he be so fascinated by watching fairy tales?

Lin Xiao coughed and said, "You have started working, don't you know? What book are you reading? You are so fascinated by reading it?"

"Ah, I've started working." Liu Yang exclaimed in surprise, "I remember I just started watching."

He hurriedly took out his cell phone and looked at the time. It was indeed two o'clock.

"I've actually watched it for so long?" Liu Yang felt a little incredible.

He smiled embarrassedly and said, "Well, Brother Xiao. Sorry, I'm so fascinated by it. I didn't notice the time for a while. I'll pay attention next time."

"Yes." Lin Xiao nodded. After all, it is a private enterprise, so the requirements for the following employees are not too strict.

"Oh, by the way. Show me the magazine you just read. I saw what it was, which made you so fascinated by it." Lin Xiaogang turned around and left, then suddenly turned around and said.

"Ah, oh. OK!" Liu Yang was stunned and quickly handed the magazine to Lin Xiao.

Lin Xiao took the magazine, nodded, turned around and left.

"Oh, Brother Xiao. Remember to return it to me later." Liu Yang said hurriedly from behind when he saw Lin Xiao leave.

If "Elvis Growth" made him really fall in love with fairy tales, then "The Adventures of Shuke and Beta" made him fall in love with fairy tales completely.

Lin Xiao took the magazine back to his desk. He was completely speechless.

This kid is really watching fairy tales, and he can even be so fascinated by fairy tales. Lin Xiao shook his head, a little confused.

"Fun Children", well, I have heard of it, it seems to be quite popular recently.

He casually opened the magazine, "Let me see what stories there are, which can make that kid so fascinated."

However.

A minute has passed...

Two minutes have passed...

Ten minutes have passed...

It was not until half an hour later that Lin Xiao closed the magazine reluctantly.

"Why is it gone?"
