Chapter 2290: Overcoming Yourself(1/2)

My mind was like a kind of radio wave that began to "buzz", making Liu Junken's thinking begin to be confused.

He gritted his teeth and approached the submarine, brushed another rope on the submarine, and he knew that he could not get up by himself.

The detector on his body also affected his rising speed like a lead sinker. The body around his waist had already cut the diving suit out of the tunnel.

Liu Junken has begun to doubt whether he will be tied in half if this continues?

Both physical strength and willpower are becoming increasingly fragile, so you must be prepared while you are still awake.

Originally, he wanted to tie the detector directly to the submarine, but he was afraid that two iron lumps would hit and damage the detector.

Although the detector is full of tentacles, it is not worth mentioning when facing the powerful impact force, so it is still tied to the body to ensure it is safe.

After doing this, Liu Junken's physical strength was basically exhausted. Although he was very strong, he was undoubtedly an ant in front of nature.

He hung under the submarine, like a small fish hook under a large float, swaying constantly with the undercurrent.

A surging stream could be passed by at any time, turning him into fallen leaves in the wind, but that power was much greater than that of the wind, and I wanted to crush him into powder every minute.

His body kept colliding with the reefs and even the bottom of the ship, and consciousness had begun to form a lake. At the last moment of his loss of consciousness, he held the detector in his arms.

He understood the importance of this thing, not only at the technical level, but only when this thing is not damaged can we decipher what the enemy is detecting?

Although he couldn't hold the entire detector, he had tried hard to bend his body and wrapped it around the detector like an octopus.

His only belief at the moment is that it is okay for him to be hit and death, and the detector must be intact.

The submarine slowly floated up, and Liu Junken kept scratching and hitting the reef and some other things below. He had lost consciousness.

When the submarine finally surfaced, Lei Ming was the first to climb out of the submarine and searched the sea nervously, but he was disappointed and there was nothing on the sea.

However, he would not give up his comrades. Soon several life rafts were put into the sea, and the soldiers jumped on and began to search on the water.

I just searched all over the surrounding waters, but I couldn't find any shadow of Liu Junken.

Lei Ming's brows frowned into the character "Sichuan". It is said that Liu Junken would not float far away with the submarine, but at this moment there was no target within the telescope's search range.

"Get into the water and search around the bottom of the submarine!"

Lei Ming gave the order decisively. The soldiers put on diving glasses and jumped into the water.

Finally, a soldier discovered Liu Junken who was close to the bottom of the ship. At this time, Liu Junken's diving suit was already in pieces, and his body was like an octopus and he was holding a spherical object. He was already unaware of the personnel.

The soldier pulled out the dagger from his waist, cut off the rope, and took Liu Junken to the surface. He shouted to his comrades and helped him get Liu Junken up.

"Life-saving cabin, hurry up!" Lei Ming shouted loudly, helping the military doctor to bring Liu Junken into the life-saving cabin.

At this moment, Lei Ming did not care whether Liu Junken drowned. What he feared most was the decompression disease. Now that the diving suit is broken, it seems that he cannot escape and can only treat it as quickly as possible.

The so-called decompression disease is a systemic disease caused by improper decompression after operation in high-pressure environments, and the originally dissolved gas in the body exceeds the supersaturation limit, forming bubbles inside and outside the blood vessels and in the tissues.

The patient develops acute decompression disease within a short period of time after decompression or during decompression. It mainly occurs in the femur, humerus and tibia. The slowly evolved ischemic bone or bone joint damage is decompression osteonecrosis.

You should know that when working underwater, every 10m of the body dives is roughly equivalent to an increase in atmospheric pressure, and the increased pressure is called additional pressure.

The sum of additional pressure and ground atmospheric pressure is called total pressure or absolute pressure.

Under high-pressure environments, the partial pressure of various gases in the alveoli increases accordingly and is immediately balanced with the partial pressure of various gases in the compressed air.

Because the partial pressure of gas in the alveoli is higher than the pressure of gas in the blood, the gas is increased according to Boyle's law, and then transported to various tissues through blood circulation.

Most of the oxygen and carbon dioxide are quickly absorbed by hemoglobin and plasma components, and only a small amount is free in the body fluid in a physical state.

The amount of nitrogen dissolved in body fluids is proportional to the air pressure and the length of residence time. Since the solubility of nitrogen in each tissue is different, the distribution in tissues is also not equal.

Nitrogen is about 5 times solubility in fat than in the blood, so most of the nitrogen is concentrated in fat and nerve tissue.

When the human body gradually turns from a high-pressure environment to normal air pressure, excess nitrogen in the body is released from the tissue and enters the blood, and is gradually and slowly excreted from the body through the alveoli, without adverse consequences.

When the decompression is too fast and exceeds the total external air pressure, it cannot continue to maintain the dissolution state, so it accumulates in the tissue and blood in the form of bubbles within a few seconds to minutes.

The faster the decompression, the faster the bubbles are generated, and the more accumulations are. Nitrogen can exist in bubble state for a long time.

In tissues with more fat and less blood circulation, such as adipose tissue, peripheral nerve myelin, central nerve white matter, connective tissue of tendons and joint capsules, it is difficult to denitrogenate.

In addition to the bubbles in the blood vessels, nitrogen bubbles often accumulate outside the blood vessel walls, squeezing surrounding tissues and blood vessels, stimulating nerve endings, and even compressing and tearing tissues, causing local bleeding and other symptoms.

In tissues with less fat and smooth blood flow, nitrogen bubbles mostly form embolism in the blood vessels, hindering blood circulation.

Bubbles can cause vasospasm, resulting in distal tissue ischemia, edema and bleeding. A series of symptoms can be generated based on the embolization site and the degree and time of tissue nutrition disorder caused.

In addition, as bubbles inside and outside the blood vessels continue to form, tissue hypoxia and damage is caused, and cells release potassium ions, peptides, histamine substances and proteolytic enzymes, which can stimulate the production of histamine and serotonin.

This type of substance mainly acts on the microcirculation system, causing paralysis of vascular smooth muscles, obstruction of microcirculation blood vessels, etc., thereby reducing the desaturation rate of nitrogen in tissues and body fluids.

I have said so many professional terms in order to explain the terrible degree of this disease. Once I get it, it will be impossible to cure it.

In mild cases, limb pain occurs and soreness after fatigue. In severe cases, it may cause unbearable severe pain like pulsation, acupuncture or tearing.

The affected limb is kept in a curved position to relieve pain, also known as flexor or bending pain.

The pain areas are mostly above the diving workers, while those with caissons are mostly below the caissons are mostly due to the large depth, long time and labor intensity.

Local examinations did not cause redness, swelling or obvious tenderness. The causes of pain may be due to nerve involvement, blood vessels and muscle spasms, local hypoxia, tendons and bone joint damage, etc.

Liu Junken is a soldier and an excellent young officer. But once he gets into this disease, his military career will end, and he will be tortured forever by illness in the second half of his life.

The most effective treatment method for decompression disease is to put it in a decompression chamber and slowly decompress it to eliminate nitrogen bubbles in the water-pressed blood.

This process can be long, maybe a few hours, or a few months.

Liu Junken hugged the detector so tightly that his comrades were useless when they separated them.

Soon, the supporting ship formation arrived. After the fleet leader learned about Liu Junken's deeds, he burst into tears.

"Where can we have such a warrior, what kind of enemies can't defeat?"

When the fleet returned, Liu Junken was taken to the base hospital. During this process, his body always maintained a swaying posture. He was unconscious.

The notice of critical illness was quickly transmitted to the Military Reclamation City. Song Danning and Xiaoguaizi and his wife flew to the South China Sea after receiving the notice.

Looking at his son, who was bent like shrimps through the glass, Niva cried out with a "wow".

Song Danning was as stupid as she couldn't even cry. She didn't believe that the man in the ward was his handsome and handsome husband!

At this moment, his face and body were blue and purple, and there were marble-like patterns. They didn't look like human skin at all.

His eyes were tightly closed, his body was covered with tubes, and he also had an oxygen mask.

But because of the bent body, I couldn't lie flat, and my originally tall body was curled up like a child at this moment.

But the expression on his face was very calm, and there was even a smile on the corner of his mouth. Maybe he was happy to know that he had completed the task?

The fleet leader and Liu Junken's comrades all came to comfort the family. But at this moment, all kinds of comfort were so pale in front of them.

One day, two days, three days. A whole week later, Liu Junken, on the hospital bed, suddenly began to twitch.

Before Song Danning, who had been waiting outside, started calling, the doctor and nurse had already rushed into the emergency room.

Fortunately, this time it was not bad news, but Liu Junken woke up. After a series of examinations, the doctor confirmed that he had escaped from the danger period and was transferred to the general ward.

The family finally met. Seeing their parents and wife who had suddenly become much older, Liu Junken kept saying sorry like a child who had done something wrong.

Looking at her husband's hard work straightening and the beads of sweat on her forehead, Song Danning cried for the first time:

"Military Reclamation, I know you hurt, just bend down."

Liu Junken tried hard to squeeze out his smile and wanted to hug his wife, but found that he could not do anything, so he could only give up helplessly.

Xiaoguaizi took out his cell phone and walked out. After so many years, although Ye Yuze has been helping him, he has never taken the initiative to ask Ye Yuze for anything. Today, he asked for someone.

Because the doctor had clearly told him that Liu Junken's illness could not be cured in China and could only be restored by his own physical fitness and perseverance.

He wanted to tell Ye Yuze that as long as there was a way, even if his kidnapper lost all his money, he would cure his son!

After answering the phone, Ye Yuze also fell silent and comforted: "Don't worry, I'll contact you now. You don't have to consider the money. As long as a doctor can treat it, we will pay whatever the price!"

Ye Yuze started calling and consulting everyone he knew about this. However, decompression disease is like cancer and cannot be cured at all.

Finally, Ye Yuze finally found out that an Australian expert had a deep understanding of this area and hurriedly asked someone to contact him.

After consulting Liu Junken in detail about the situation, the expert regretted that he could do nothing.

Finally, Ye Yuze decided to take Ye Yuze to Boston, and continued to look for experts while treating them, and he had to try it out as long as there was a trace of possibility.

As a result, when Liu Junken learned about this, he firmly refused.

He told his parents and wife solemnly: "I want to go home and I want to overcome the disease by myself. I don't believe that there are things in this world that no one can defeat!"

Liu Junken was finally discharged from the hospital, with pain and equally dazzling honors, but on the day he was discharged, he reported to retire.

In this case, the troops would support him for the rest of his life, but he refused. Because he did not think that a soldier who lost his combat effectiveness should cause trouble to the army.

Because his attitude was very firm, the leader of the fleet finally agreed to his request after detailed research and decided to give him retirement at the regiment level and give him a first-level disability allowance, so that he will have no worries in his future life.

Liu Junken did not refuse these because he didn't know what would happen to him in the future? But at least he couldn't drag others down.

When they parted, all the soldiers on the submarine came to see him off. Lei Ming took everyone to salute the military salute to their most respected deputy captain.

In this operation, not only Liu Junken made contributions, but all the commanders and fighters of the submarine were also awarded the third-class collective merit.

After saluting, Lei Ming hugged Liu Junken and said in a crying voice:

"I, Hutu, I should go my own way. You have a future than me. You shouldn't ruin you like this!"
