Chapter 36 Raising a sword and breaking a cauldron in the temple
(three)
When I heard the sound, I saw that there was one more person in the courtyard. I had a very strange life, with white hair, white clothes, an iron fan in my hand, and a variety of ghost painting talismans engraved on it.
Baiyi put away the fan and stood with her hands behind her back. Her face seemed to be smiling. An invisible pressure spread out around him as the center. In an instant, the people in the temple felt a huge rock pressing on their chests. They couldn't breathe. The weaker physical condition knelt on the ground.
Jiulong, who was at the center of pressure, naturally would not feel better. At this time, he felt that the entire Mount Tai was pressing on him, and the palm that slapped Xiang Xinhao was also retracted because he had to resist the pressure of the white clothes with all his might. Even so, fine beads of sweat also oozed out of Jiulong's forehead.
Soon, the pressure of Baiyi gradually weakened. Jiulong could only straighten up and breathe a sigh of relief. Jiulong did not look back at Baiyi, glanced at Xinhao who had fainted on the ground, and swung his sleeves into a black light and flew towards the north.
Seeing Jiulong running away, Baiyi didn't chase him, but stepped into the side hall, pulled Xinhao's wrist to take his pulse, then nodded with confidence, raised his head and said to the old abbot: "From today, we will live in your Zhanghua Temple. I wonder if the abbot is convenient?"
"It's convenient, naturally very convenient." The old abbot said quickly. He had seen the scene of Baiyi taking action and knew that he could not provoke him.
Since then, Xinhao and others have lived in Zhanghua Temple. After the training every day, everyone will help the monks in the temple do some things, and they will build friendships from time to time.
Xinhao was in a coma all the time. Bai Yi had seen Xinhao's body many times, and it had recovered as before, even better than before, but she had not woken up and didn't know why. In the end, Bai Yi had to say "Leave it to fate."
Baiyi didn't take care of Xinhao much, but there was one person who was particularly concerned, that is, Xiao Gu, the secretary of Xiong Xiaoguang, who was with Xinhao almost 24 hours a day, and even if he had to go out, it would take only ten minutes. In the eyes of the special operations team and the people in the temple, none of them were not envious.
Time is slow, and fast. As New Year's Eve comes, people are celebrating the Spring Festival. Only the quiet room in the backyard is very quiet. Xiao Gu sat by the bed, looking at Xinhao, whose hair is already shoulder-length, and a trace of love appears in his eyes. At this time, the bell rings outside and the New Year is coming.
"Happy New Year." Xiao Gu bent down, kissed Xinhao, closed his eyes and enjoyed this hard-earned peace.
After a while, Xiao Gu suddenly felt something touching his lips. He opened his eyes and found that Xinhao had woken up at some point and was grinning at him.
Xiao Gu blushed and ran out with his face covered.
Xinhao sat up hard, leaned against the head of the bed, and looked around in confusion. It was completely unfamiliar. It was not until Xinhao noticed a small gilded Buddha statue placed against the wall opposite that he remembered that he had saved people at Zhanghua Temple before, and then he fainted because of his true energy and exhausted his energy. It seemed that his master had come. He remembered that when he closed his eyes, he heard the sound of white clothes and vaguely saw a man in white clothes in the courtyard.
After thinking too much, his head became dizzy again. Xinhao had to give up his memories and leaned against the head of the bed to close his eyes to rest. Not long after, the door of the quiet room opened. Baiyi walked in and walked to the bedside. Seeing Xinhao closing his eyes to rest, he did not bother him, but just sat quietly by the bed waiting for him to open his eyes.
It took me a long time before Xinhao felt much more comfortable. He stretched his body unconsciously and opened his eyes. He found that the master was sitting beside his bed. He hurriedly wrapped his hand in Tai Chi: "Master, my disciple cannot kneel down in the bed. Please forgive me."
Baiyi raised her hand: "It's okay, look at you better, Master is relieved. I'll let Miss Gu feed you some food later. I'll have a good time in the past few days. It's time for you to pick up the homework you've left behind."
"Yes, follow the teacher's orders."
So Xinhao began a more than two-month practice life in Zhanghua Temple. With the guidance of his master Baiyi, and the special operation team and the monks in the temple as a training session, Xinhao's cultivation and kung fu made great breakthroughs.
In the blink of an eye, Qingming Festival had passed. It was just drizzling that day, and the old abbot invited Baiyi to go out of the temple to enjoy the peach blossoms. Baiyi agreed surprisingly.
Without asking anyone to follow, the two left the temple gate alone and walked towards the peach blossom forest. On the way, the old abbot suddenly asked, "I don't know if you still remember what happened seventy years ago."
"I have forgotten about what happened seventy years ago." Baiyi said expressionlessly, stopping to appreciate the peach blossom forest in front of her.
"I was just a little boy who swept the floor and fetched water back then, but I was lucky enough to see that scene. Since then, I have believed in the existence of God. However, I have been practicing Buddhism for decades and have never seen me Buddha compassion." The old abbot shook his head, looking very disappointed.
"If you want to see miracles and still have a tangle of the boundless Dharma, you will have a ghost if you can see it." Baiyi frowned. It was obvious that the old monk's words disturbed his interest in watching flowers.
"What can I do if I have entered the Buddhist sect without meditation and worshipping Buddha? It's just that many troubles in this world are so disturbing." The old abbot clasped his hands together, shook his head and sighed.
"The Buddha said that there is no self, no human form, the appearance of me and sentient beings, the appearance of lifelessness, the abbot in Buddhism should clear the traces of this world. In this way, what kind of appearance do you have?"
"The Buddha also said, the four elements are empty. Since you have become a monk, why are you still so obsessed with many miscellaneous things in the world? You can't calm down and you can only be troubled by these many appearances all day long." Baiyi said as she looked at the petals in her hand falling. Then Baiyi waved her hand gently, and the petals floated into mid-air. A white light flashed and turned into a seedling. Then she grew up and hung a full of peach blossoms, then withered and died, and finally fell down, and the petals were still the same peach blossoms.
"Today I have talked to you, I have learned a lot and received teachings. Master is here, so please give me a bow to you." After the old abbot said that, he slid his clothes and knelt on the ground regardless of the identity of the presidency of the temple, and gave a big ceremony to the white clothes with three bows and nine bows.
