Chapter 29 Roster(2/2)

The three of them chatted for a few more times, and Edward called the car and went back to his home.

"Why are you back from New Haven?" said the mother, who was already a little gray-haired, astonished.

"Where is my mother's place, I have no words," he smiled.

(New Haven, new, means new haven, East Haven, as the name suggests, the safe haven in the east.)

...

The next morning, he returned to the small cafe last night. Hansen's face was pale, his two huge bags of eyes, and his forehead that were faintly green, all showed the hardship of last night, but he was very energetic. Compared with the two, Edward felt that this guy was in a state of rebirth, which felt a bit like the greed and death of the official Ximen.

But I think Miligan doesn't have the tiger and wolf medicine that can't be closed as soon as a man opens the valve. Hansen should be quite far from death at the moment. At least before completing his mission, this guy should not die unless he messes with the police and is beaten up.

But none of these ghost guys have read Chinese classical literature at the moment. It’s a pity that his groove is stuck in his chest and abdomen and cannot vomit.

On the bus back to New Haven, Edward mentioned last night's incident again.

Hansen slapped his chest and coughed, saying, "There are two or three thousand people in the 'Liberated Area'. Then you bring the registration book and we will get a few hundred names first. These guys are easy to pass. A few bottles of beer can let them go out to the street or go to the gate of Little Burke's house to shoot jers. Don't worry, we are very good at this, no one will see it."

"Okay..." Edward was a little speechless. Things were developing a little inexplicably, but at least they were on track.
