234 It’s a good thing to have a dream, but you have to do what you can(1/2)

The elevator door closed and we reached the sixth floor in the blink of an eye.

Shu Shu glanced at the fat boy standing against the wall and saw that he was still busy on the light screen, so she silently walked out of the elevator.

When the elevator door was about to close again, Jia Ji suddenly shouted: "Yes!"

He raised his head and saw the elevator door that was about to close in front of him. He quickly reached out to stop the elevator door and rushed out of the elevator.

But he failed to control the intensity of his sprint and threw himself forward. Seeing that he was about to hit the man with pink hair in front of him, Jia Ji quickly shouted: "Get out of the way!"

Hearing the sound behind her, her body reacted first, taking a big step to the right and successfully avoiding Jia Ji who rushed out.

Bang——

Jia Ji's round body came into close contact with the white floor, and he lay face down on the ground.

Looking at the motionless person lying on the ground, Shu Shu hesitated for a moment before squatting down and poking the person's back with her right hand: "Are you okay?"

"It's okay..." Jia Ji raised his left hand and waved it left and right and said with difficulty.

His head was still facing the ground, and he didn't look like he was okay.

Shu Shu blinked and asked, "Do you need help to help you up?"

"I want..." Jia Ji's voice was very low, but Shu Shu still heard it.

Shu Shu stretched out her hands, grabbed the chubby left hand and pulled hard, and the person lying on the ground was pulled up by her.

Shaking his head vigorously, Jia Ji patted his chubby cheeks with both hands, and said politely to Shu Shu: "Thank you, if you didn't pull me, I might not be able to get up."

"It's not that serious, right?" Shu Shu asked with confusion on her face.

It just fell to the ground, and there were no fractures, so it's not like I couldn't get up.

Jia Ji said with a serious face: "I have been suffering from a strange disease since I was a child. As long as I face the ground, I will not be able to get up."

"Huh?" Shu Shu was even more confused. Is there such a disease?

She had never heard of it.

Anticipating the other party's reaction, Jia Ji shrugged and said, "It's just a minor problem anyway. As long as you don't face the ground, it'll be fine." Before Shu Shu could respond, he suddenly asked, "Are you also a biology major?"

"Me?" Shu Shu was stunned for a moment, and then said: "I am a freshman this year. I heard that Professor D. Esther's laboratory is on the sixth floor, and I want to come and have a look."

Hearing "sixth floor", Jia Ji raised his head and looked at the number on the elevator door. Sure enough, there was a 6 on it.

Scratching his cheek, Jia Ji said to Shu Shu: "No one can enter the director's laboratory, but I can take you for a walk outside the laboratory."

With that said, Jia Ji walked forward along the corridor, minding his own business.

Shu Shu quickly followed and asked curiously: "Senior, what grade are you in?"

This person doesn't look very old, he should be in third or fourth grade.

"I'm in sixth grade." Jia Ji pointed to a glass door on the right side of the corridor in front and said, "That's my laboratory."

Shu Shu glanced at the closed metal door: "Is it just your laboratory?"

"Yeah, I'm the only one in my grade." Jia Ji shrugged.

The biology major in the science department has the smallest number of students in the entire department. There are only seven or eight freshmen this year, but Shu Shu did not expect that there is only one person in the sixth grade.

This is too little.

"Most of the students in our major will transfer to study medicine when they are in their third or fourth year, and only a few can stay in the biology major." Jia Ji said in a very casual tone, as if he was telling something that had nothing to do with him.

Shu Shu glanced at the mecha's round face and asked, "Then why didn't you change your major?"

It is said that changing majors within the science department does not require the approval of the dean, as long as the major director agrees.

"I have wanted to major in computer programming since I was in the first grade, but I was rejected by the director of the computer programming major every year." Jia Ji clenched his hands and said angrily.

Seemingly thinking of something, Jia Ji said earnestly to Shu Shu: "Sister, biology is too boring. You should change your major as soon as possible. Don't be like me, who stayed here for four years and still can't change your major."

"Only four years?" Shu Shu opened her mouth and looked at Jia Ji in surprise.

After only four years of schooling, I was promoted to sixth grade. The person in front of me is really beyond recognition.

It takes one to two years for freshmen in the science department to advance to a new class regardless of their major, and it takes more time the further they go.

Because scientific research takes time, students in science departments are generally older.

The talent in front of me was admitted to Luna First Academy and was promoted to sixth grade within four years. He can definitely be considered a genius.

Jia Ji didn't take his four-year promotion to sixth grade seriously at all. He said helplessly: "My dream is to become a programmer. I don't want to be a biologist."

"Then does your teacher agree with you changing your major?" Shu Shu asked curiously.

Thinking of his teacher, Jia Ji curled his lips and said: "Of course he disagreed. He said he wanted me to inherit his mantle. But he later compromised. As long as the director of the computer programming major agrees to my transfer, he will agree unconditionally."

It sounds like this teacher is quite humane, Shu Shu cursed.

The two of them had reached the end of the corridor. Jia Ji pointed to a glass door and said, "That's Professor D. Esther's laboratory, but I've never seen her come here."

Shu Shu walked to the glass door and looked inside through the transparent glass.

A light that was not particularly bright was turned on in the laboratory, and one could see the workbench and storage shelves inside. Everything looked neat and tidy, as if no one had been there for a long time.

"I heard from the teacher that Professor D. Esther is collecting samples on a distant planet, and it seems it will take several years to come back."

Jia Ji also imitated Shu Shu and looked inside the laboratory, but to him it was just a laboratory, nothing special.

"Senior, aren't you busy?" Shu Shu suddenly asked.

Standing here and asking her how to go in and look for clues?

Jia Ji shook his head and nodded, and then said to Shu Shu a little annoyed: "The director of the computer programming major gave me a question, but I got stuck and I can't even solve it."

"Can I have a look?"

If I could help him solve that problem, he should be able to find the director of the computer programming major.

Shu Shu thought it must be a particularly complicated question, but when she really saw the questions on Jia Ji's light screen and Jia Ji's attempts, she suddenly understood why the teacher in front of her could let him continue to apply for changing majors.

This kind of elementary school student's problem can be solved by anyone who knows a little bit about programming on the Internet.

Shu Shu took a deep breath and asked cautiously: "How long have you been solving this question?"

"About three or four months." Jia Ji raised his right hand and scratched his head.

Shu Shu: "..."

It is good to have dreams, but you must also act within your capabilities.

However, she didn't go online to find the answer for three or four months. Instead, she struggled on her own. Shu Shu didn't know whether to call the person in front of her honest or stupid.

"Look, it's very troublesome here. I tried several times but couldn't figure it out." Jia Ji pointed at a piece of code on the light screen and said.

Shu Shu raised her hand and patted Jia Ji on the shoulder, and said earnestly: "Senior, you can try to change your mind. There are special programming forums on the Internet, and you can go there to search for methods to solve problems."

"I've looked for it, but I haven't found a satisfactory solution." Jia Ji said distressedly.

Shu Shu: "..."

You can't blame the director of the computer programming major for not wanting you. If it were me, I wouldn't want such a student.

Shu Shu pulled Jia Ji's light curtain in front of her eyes, quickly entered a code on the light screen with both hands, then returned the light screen to Jia Ji and said, "Look, this is okay."

"Hey, it actually worked."

Seeing the code on the light screen, Jia Ji paused and his eyes lit up. He hugged the light screen and ran towards his laboratory.

The stuck point was finally solved and he could continue solving the problem.

Watching Jia Ji disappear at the end of the corridor, Shu Shu nodded with satisfaction.

When she opened the light curtain and was about to take action, five or six people came out of a laboratory not far away.

Seeing that they were coming in this direction, Shu Shu had no choice but to turn off the light curtain and walk back.

The doors of every laboratory are made of glass, and any movement inside can be clearly seen from the corridor. She will have to come back at another time.

Manor of Orsini.

"Your Excellency, are you going to be on camera tonight?" Arnold asked as he put the snacks on the coffee table.

Simon, who was leaning on the recliner, turned a page of the book in his hand and said casually: "Yes, there are too many people coming to Luna recently, so I can only go to the mirror to relax."

Too many people are annoying, and even in Luna I can't be clean.

"By the way, Count Sacchetti came to the travel agency today. He asked you when you would go to work."

The elevator door closed and we reached the sixth floor in the blink of an eye.
