This is responsible for the ghost world.

Even if people outside do not know the identity of the Death Lord, only Han Yi knows the identity of the Death Lord.

Moreover, after Ksitigarbha Buddha controlled the Buddha's realm, Di Ting also rose with the water. In the years when Ksitigarbha Buddha first left, he actually became the actual controller of the Buddha's realm, and even turned himself into the totem of the Buddha's realm.

If it weren't for the last move of the worldly king Buddha to clear his power from the Buddha realm, perhaps Di Ting is still the true controller of the Buddha realm now.

Han Yi quietly recalled that in the Great World of Jiuzhou, there were some rumors about Diting, but more of it was that Diting later existed as a holy beast and became a totem and a holy object.

The legend of Diting is the mount of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva. His original body is a white dog. Because the Ksitigarbha Dharma is based on filial piety, the dog is loyal, just like the lion of Manjushri expresses wisdom and the white elephant of Samantabhadra expresses great conduct. Ksitigarbha's Diting expresses loyalty and unparalleled heart.

"The Book of Songs·Xi Sang" says: "When will you forget it in the center?" This is used to express the essence of the mind and earth.

Diting's origin is believed to be that in the late Kaiyuan period of the Tang Dynasty, Jin Qiaojue, a 24-year-old prince of Ancient Silla (now Korean), saw through the world, brought a white dog to China with a white dog, and became a monk.

The white dog accompanied Jin Qiaojue and Zhuo Xijiuhua were bumpy all the way. During the 75 years of hard work, the white dog and Jin Qiaojue followed each other day and night, making them turn into good fortune everywhere. On the 30th day of the seventh month of the lunar calendar in the tenth year of Zhenyuan (794), Jin Qiaojue sat in the seventh month of the lunar calendar, and the white dog also rested.

Three years later, Jin Qiaojue's body opened the vat, and saw his face as if it were alive and his bones were like golden locks.

According to the Buddhist scriptures, "The Bodhisattva hooks and locks, and the bones are ringing!"

Everyone sighed for Jin Qiaojue, who was the incarnation of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, so they built a temple and asked for offerings to the white dog. Jin Qiaojue was recognized by Buddhism as the incarnation of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, and was called Jin Dijivae.

This divine dog is also regarded as a divine dog by Buddhism because it is Jin Qiaojue's token, love, pet and body protection. Later generations have become more familiar with the divine dog to listen carefully to Buddhist principles, understand human nature, avoid evil, and regard it as a symbol of auspiciousness.

It is said that good listening has the ability to "sit eight hundred sitting on the ground and listen three thousand lying on the ears", also known as "earth listening", "earth" contains the meaning of the mind. As the verse of Ksitigarbha says: "Read the original pure mind and the infinite Buddha's great compassionate master."

Therefore, those who can listen carefully are "listen well".

Earth Listening can distinguish the sounds of all things in the world, especially listening to people's hearts, can examine good and evil, and observe wise and foolish. "Earing" is homophonic to "Die Ling". In Buddhist principles, the two truths of truth and vulgarity represent the principles of Buddhism in the world and beyond, so "Tinging" means listening to the true Buddhist principles with caution.

There are often words in Buddhist scriptures like "Listen, listen carefully, and miss it well". Later, Diting became the treasure of Jiuhua Mountain and was regarded as a symbol of auspiciousness. Its image has also been greatly improved. It gathered auspicious images and became auspicious beast with a tiger's head, a one-horned horn, a dog's ear, a dragon's body, a lion's tail, and a unicorn's feet.

In short, a one-horn represents a righteous decisive power. For example, in the Analects of Confucius, Confucius believed that Zilu was the same, "a single word can break the jail." The dragon's body represents auspiciousness, the tiger's head represents wisdom and courage, the dog's ears represent good listening, the lion's tail represents patience, and the Qilin's foot represents a stable and stable, and goodness is a treasure.

According to legend, Diting can distinguish between good and evil in the world. Before the Holy Buddha of Fighting War, he was once a six-eared macaque pretending to be a Holy Buddha of Fighting War and was revealed. When the two of them went to Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva to distinguish the truth from falsehood, they were distinguished by his mount "Diting".

The six-eared monkey turned into the Battle Saint Buddha, and the heavens could not distinguish them. The two of them fought and made a fuss to the underworld, and the ten great kings of hare could not distinguish them. The leader of the Underworld Sect, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, then asked Diting to distinguish them. Diting immediately fell to the ground and said to Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva: "Although there are strange names, they cannot be told in person, and they cannot help capture him." Diting said: "What if you say it in person?" Diting said: "You are afraid that the demon evil spirit will be evil, and it will disturb the palace, causing the underworld to be uneasy." He asked: "What can't help capture?" Diting said: "The demon spirit is the same as the Battle Saint Buddha. How much magic power can the gods of the Underworld have? Therefore, they cannot be captured." Diting said: "How can you get rid of it like this?" Diting said: "The Dharma is boundless."

From this we can see that Diting's ability to turn the prison, the six-eared macaque was finally subdued by the Tathagata and was beaten to death by the Fighting Saint Buddha. From then on, the Fighting Saint Buddha's false mind was destroyed and he devoted himself to the Buddha's mind. He went through 81 difficulties and finally achieved the right result.

Therefore, now Diting appears here, which shows that this is not the orthodox of the Buddha Realm, but the lineage of Ksitigarbha Buddha.

And it is not the orthodox of Ksitigarbha Buddha, because they worship the totem of Diting.

This is enough to show that perhaps these people are these disciples of the Buddhist world left behind the kindness of the free king of the world.

"This totem is really that powerful?" Han Yi looked at the Death Lord curiously.

The Lord of Death has been explaining Han Yi some grudges about the ghost world and the Buddha world.

After hearing this, Han Yi couldn't help but be curious. After seeing Diting, Lord Death was a little excited and shocked.

"Isn't it just a holy statue? What can it do?" Han Yi said disdainfully.

"Mr. Han Yi, don't underestimate these holy images. As a powerful sacred image, it is very likely that you communicate with their deity. The longer you worship it, the longer the probability of the holy image being revealed will be greatly increased. Judging from the appearance of the golden light outside the Zen Buddhism just now, it may be the function of this holy image!" The Lord of Death said slowly.
