Chapter 18 Plant Sheep
The Lamb is the only and best sacrifice to God in the ancient myths and legends of any civilization in any region.
Even in the Chinese civilization, which has the lowest sense of existence of gods due to the Jedi Heaven and Heaven, sheep is regarded as one of the twelve zodiac signs.
The twelve zodiac signs have their own uses. Sheep here does not represent food, but sacrifices, and pigs representing abundant food.
Therefore, people in China often say that most people born in the Year of the Sheep are born with compassion, wisdom is outstanding but their destiny is hard.
Julie turned her eyes and looked over as she screamed.
It was not auditory hallucination, but a real sheep, pure and flawless. Just over thirty meters ahead of her left, she was gnawing on a small piece of green grass under her feet.
Seeing a lone wolf on an isolated island is already weird enough, but seeing a sheep is outrageous.
Julie is now in a state of uncertainty between illusion and reality.
She pinched her waist hard, and it was so painful that she was shocked.
"It's true! There's really a lamb."
Julie got up and trotted towards the lamb.
As she got closer, she saw that the lamb seemed to be holding a rope, and the other end of the rope seemed to be tied to a very small tree.
And when she came to the lamb completely, she was shocked.
The rope she saw was not the rope, but the umbilical cord of the lamb.
The umbilical cord connected to the navel of the lamb is not tied to a small tree with a strange appearance next to it, but is connected.
The umbilical cord of a lamb is connected to a small tree.
This connection can only be a relationship of birth and childbirth.
So, was this lamb giving birth to this tree, or did this tree giving birth to this lamb?
The lamb's body was white and there was no variegated color.
It leisurely ate the grass beside it, very serious and careful. When it came to Julie, it just looked up and looked at it without any intention of escaping.
Perhaps it also knew it could not escape because of the uncut umbilical cord.
The umbilical cord is not long and there are not many grasses under your feet.
The lamb looked at the tender and pointed grass that he had chewed off, and raised his eyes to look at the grass that he could not reach at all, as if he was helpless.
Julie understood the meaning of the lamb, and hurriedly pulled the grass not far away with her hands and handed it to the lamb.
At the same time, she said with a hint of unbearableness and guilt on her face:
"Eat, eat more."
When Julie touched the lamb with her hand, she realized a problem, that is, the reason why Guyu did not eat raw fish, would it be because it was cold-blooded? If that were the case, Guyu would definitely like the blood of this lamb.
Even though Guyu has now become an unconscious monster, in Julie's eyes, he is still Guyu, the Guyu who helped him and saved him several times along the way.
She hopes that Guyu can survive and let him eat, so Julie feels guilty about this cute and white lamb.
"Bao~~~"
The lamb took a bite happily, only one bite.
After taking the green grass handed over by Julie, the lamb screamed "Bao~~~", turned around, bit her umbilical cord, pulled it left and right, bit off in a few seconds, and then shook her little hooves along the river and trotted away.
Julie was stunned. The lamb had already run out for several meters. She suddenly woke up and hurriedly chased after him, shouting:
"Don't run, don't run, I need you..."
It was obvious that the little lamb was not stupid at all. He did not stop listening to Julie's words, but instead kept thrusting his short legs and running downstream along the river bank.
Julie chased her back.
In order to taste Guyu's mouth, this woman threw her backpack containing her living supplies into the river.
The lamb didn't run fast, but it was comparable to Julie's speed.
After chasing for a long time, the little lamb finally stopped because it reached the edge of the waterfall, where it could even see the Grain Rain tied to a stone below.
Julie chased after her and saw the lamb stopping. She hurriedly took a lighter pace and slowly approached, fearing that she would move too much, so she was so scared that the lamb ran to the side. She no longer had the strength to run and chase.
Near, closer!
Seeing that it was only one meter away from the lamb, Julie had to reach out and catch the lamb into her arms. But at this moment, the lamb screamed "Bao~~~", exerted force, and jumped from the waterfall.
I don’t know if it was a coincidence or the lamb was unlucky, but this little guy flew parabola on the waterfall, and the landing point was exactly where Guyu was.
Gu Yu was so hungry that his cheeks were sunken, his eyes were red and unconscious.
However, when the Lamb appeared in Guyu's sight in mid-air, Guyu became excited.
The blood-red eyes emitted a scarlet light, and the saliva in their mouths flowed down again. The arms stretched out stiffly and vigorously, grabbed the lamb in front of him, and bit it down the sheep's neck.
On the waterfall, Julie saw this scene and knelt in the shallow stream, tears flowing across her cheeks.
This scene of eating raw meat and drinking blood made Julie fully understand that Guyu is no longer Guyu, he is already a bloodthirsty monster.
"Guyu, I hope these blood can make you live longer. This time, I really left, left..."
With tears in her eyes, Julie said goodbye to Guyu for the last time, and reasonably told her that Guyu was no longer Guyu, the invisible rope that was pulling Julie was gone.
She turned around and walked away quickly, picked up her backpack lying in the water halfway, came to the place where the lamb bit off the umbilical cord, and dug a hole to bury the rapidly withered plant.
Julie believed that this strange lamb and strange plants must be the result of her prayer, otherwise why would the lamb run to Guyu's arms by herself? She was grateful to God's gift that allowed Guyu to live longer, even if it wasn't Guyu anymore.
At the same time, compassion and the sacrifice of the lamb, and what she can do, or express herself, is to bury the remaining withered umbilical cord and connected withered plants.
***************
Under the waterfall.
A stream of hot blood flowed into Guyu's mouth and slid into the stomach and intestines along the esophagus.
The warm current quickly radiated into the stomach and intestines, causing his cold body to begin to warm up.
He is looking forward to passion because of his cold body.
As the blood became hotter and hotter into his body, Gu Yu's scarlet eyes gradually faded, and the eyes that had been bulging up at Lao Gao began to slowly retract back to their original position.
When no blood gushed out of the lamb's wound, Gu Yu lowered his head softly and fainted. He still bit the lamb in his mouth without scattering his mouth.
A few hours later.
“Ah~”
After burping, Guyu woke up completely.
First he saw the pure white lamb in his hand, the blood-stained hands, and then the mouth was full of fishy salt.
"ah!"
He was startled and threw the lamb far away, trying to run to the spring to rinse his mouth and wash his hands, but then he realized that he was tied to a tall stone.
Fortunately, he didn't have Gu Yu's hands and arms tied up. He pulled out the paratrooper knife from his waist, cut off the rope, and ran to the water to wash it clean.
I searched around and found Julie's whereabouts.
Gu Yu recalled what he said to Julie before losing consciousness, and believed that Julie must have gone along the river towards the water source.
Without hesitation, he carried the lamb that had been drunk and died of blood, climbed up the waterfall along the rope, and strode against the river.
The lamb blood on Gu Yu's face, hands, and mouth merged into the stream, flowed down the water, and flowed into a pitch-black water cave.
