Chapter 66 Defense Against the Dark Arts Lesson

In the early morning, looking at his course schedule, Link took a deep breath.

The Black Magic Defense Class is a compulsory course for every little wizard. Its purpose is to teach every student how to resist various black magic and dangerous creatures.

This is a crucial course, especially in Yingguo, which has been raging twice.

But this year there were some problems with this course, and the source of this problem came from its professor, Quirinas Quirou.

As an outstanding graduate of the Hogwarts Lavenclaw College, Quirrell has absolutely accumulated sufficient theoretical knowledge, which is why Dumbledore invited him to become a professor.

But obviously, Quirrell disappointed Dumbledore.

As a professor, his teaching skills are simply outrageous.

You can't expect to learn anything from his class, because he will only read "The Power of Darkness: A Guide to Self-Defense" and "Theory of Magical Defense" there, and it will be stuttering.

In a sense, he taught Professor Binnes.

Although they are all based on the script, Professor Binnes at least has his own lesson plan, but Quirrell, that was a disaster.

Listening to his class, you might as well read by yourself, at least it is smoother.

The reason why Link was unable to master the basic self-defense magic of the second grade, such as the Iron Armor and Disarming Curse, was because of the poor teaching method of Kiro. The other party's teaching made it difficult for Link, a little wizard who had not even laid a solid foundation to learn the spell.

Of course, this is the trouble of all the little wizards of Hogwarts.

For Link, the name Kilowe also represents another worse problem.

Because the black shadow that Link encountered in the Forbidden Forest was Quirrell, Voldemort was also possessing Quirrell, sucking his vitality and magic power to maintain his life.

If possible, Link really doesn't want to take the Black Magic Defense class.

Because when Voldemort has shown his malice to him now, it is like he is throwing himself into the trap after going to the black magic defense.

But this is obviously not something Link can decide.

"Link! Why are you still standing there? We're going to be late soon, this is not like you!"

John said excitedly to Link.

He was very happy today because the Christmas special training advocated by Cedric has ended, and he finally won't have to train in the blizzard today.

Upon hearing this, Link sighed, and then moji for a while before finally getting up and walking towards the classroom with John.

The classroom for the Black Magic Defense Class is a very ordinary square classroom, which does not cover a large area, which allows you to clearly see the content on the blackboard even if you sit in the last row.

Link and John came by the point, but they were not the last one.

Along the way, Link had seen many students who were going to take the Black Magic Defense class like them gathered in the corridor and refused to enter the classroom.

The only reason for this situation is that there is always a lingering and strong garlic smell floating in the classroom of the Black Magic Defense Class.

This smell is so strong that as long as you stay in it for a short while, your body will be stained.

Then for the next whole day, you will become a human-shaped self-propelled poison gas bomb, which is something that many girls cannot accept.

This violent smell comes from Kilow. Many people (actually George and Fred) think that Kilow is specially used to deal with vampires, but more people think that Kilow really likes to eat garlic so much that he carries garlic as snacks with him.

When they arrived, Professor Quirrell was already standing on the podium and waiting for class.

Quirrell is actually a very bookish person, and he is also very young, which makes him look really not ugly.

But unfortunately, in order to hide the Voldemort on the back of his head, Kilow's head always had a purple Indian headscarf wrapped around his head, which made him not look like an Englishman, but more like an Indian immigrant.

The funny thing is that Kilow is always panicked, which is specifically manifested as he likes to put his hands on his chest and hold his fingers, or his hands are at a loss and swaying around everywhere.

Such behavior always makes people feel that Qi Luo is stupid, and even reminds Link of a movie character he saw in his previous life - Mr. Shu.

However, Link had to admit that the stupid look that Kilow deliberately pretended to be very deceptive. If he hadn't read the original work, Link wouldn't have guessed that he would be Voldemort's body.

"Fuffer...Student Foley, good morning!"

As Link and John passed the podium, Kilow stammered, while shaking his hand.

This made a hint of surprise flash across John's face, because Quirrell wouldn't usually say hello to his students, and he even suspected that Quirrell didn't even remember their names.

And he came in with Link, but Kilow called Link alone.

This made him look at Link a little weird.

Link squinted his eyes and looked at Kilow with caution, then took John to the last row without saying a word.

With Link and John's seat, the class bell finally rang.

The students who originally gathered in the corridor also walked into the classroom reluctantly.

Quirrell was already used to this, so he smiled at Link again, then he raised the book in his hand and began to stutter.

The students in the audience did their own things regardless of their own affairs.

They have long given up on the Black Magic Defense class.

Because the only course of Quirrell's class is reading, in addition to all the extra points such as quizzes and picking students to answer questions, there are no extra points. Thanks to Quirrell's stuttering, otherwise those two textbooks would not be enough for him to read in class in one year.

However, today Quirrell's performance was far beyond everyone's expectations.

After only ten minutes of class, he put down the textbook in his hand, pointed at Link with a silly smile and said:

"Fuf...Fuley, what is the effect of the disarm curse of "removing your weapon"?"

Kilow's abnormal behavior suddenly attracted everyone's attention, and everyone turned their attention to Link.

Link himself was also confused, but finally stood up and replied:

"The main function of the disarming spell is to let weapons or any item fly out of the opponent's hands, and he can make the opponent lose his wand."

"Finish...completely correct! Hufflepuff adds 10 points!"

Quirrell shouted excitedly, and as soon as he said this, everyone, including Link, was stunned for a moment.

Today, Quirrell not only took the initiative to ask people to answer questions, but also added 10 points to Link because of this simple question!?

This is simply a miracle!
