470 Silly

It has to be said that the design thinking of Germans on industrial products is really confusing. They always don’t understand the best ones that are just right.

Take the e-10/25 series as an example. The core theme is actually: highly generalized, technically cabbage-based, and simplified production. The entire product must be developed around these three points, and all other designs are unnecessary.

The Germans seemed to be planning to do this, and there was no strange telex or fantasy idea in the e-10/25 series, and all the devices were shelf products. However, when the Germans came up with a little trick or added to the point, this was the liquid air suspension.

As mentioned earlier, is the liquid suspension good? Of course it is good, and the performance is quite good, which represents the future development trend. But the future does not represent the present. For Germany today, liquid suspension is really a bit ambitious. The processing difficulty and reliability are also quite problematic. Even after fifty years, there are not many countries that can play smoothly. There are only a few laymen on tanks, such as Japan and South Korea, who are taking the lead in eating crabs and then have a lot of problems. Real people in the door do not easily use tall liquid suspension, and they can use it as if they are torsion rod suspension.

The Germans in World War II were so interesting. The e-10/25 was obviously a cannon fodder truck that was used to fight for consumption. Simple and mature technology was the most important. In the end, it was inexplicably stuffed into a liquid air suspension. This was equivalent to the hard-to-use Cyron’s PU and a liquid-cooled heat dissipation. I just didn’t know what I thought.

Anyway, after entering the production process, Sperer discovered problems, including a lot of liquid suspension problems, and the qualification rate of the finished product is really problematic. More importantly, the reliability after use on the battlefield is really ashamed. In short, liquid suspension quickly proved to be a flashy thing.

But it was too late to sum up all these feedbacks to Sperer. It was October 1944, when the Soviet Red Army had already attacked the German border. It was meaningless to change the design.

Apart from the deadly liquid suspension, e-10 and e-25 were relatively successful, and finally gained a certain advantage in facing t-34 and t-35. However, this advantage came too late, because by 1945, the Red Army had completely stopped production of t-34 and t-35 and turned to t-54/55. This advantage was just a flash in the pan and meaningless.

The Red Army was strideing forward. Rokosovsky and Zhukov stabbed into the heart of Poland like two sharp knives. More than two years later, the Red Army saw Warsaw again, which means that the territory lost in the early stage of the war has basically been recaptured.

At this time, Germany's life was not easy. The Eastern Front was broken and the Western Front was also shaky. The news that the Allies were about to open a second battlefield on the Western Front was no longer a secret for Germany. The only thing to guess is when the Allies landed from.

The deception work carried out in the history of Britain and the United States is also effective in this time and space. Under the careful design of various traps, it is difficult for the Germans to be fooled. Until May 15, on this sunny evening, with Eisenhower's order, the largest amphibious landing operation in human history began!

As of May 17, the Allies had completely gained a foothold in the beaches of Normandy, and at this time Hitler delayed handing over the precious armored troops on the Western Front to Longdested. To be honest, it was really too late.

However, the British and Americans could not completely relax, and their great achievements were not yet completed. They both seemed very difficult when facing the German second-line troops stationed in the Atlantic barrier. Especially after the German armored troops arrived on the battlefield, both British and American armies fell into tiger and leopard phobia.

To be honest, the German tank soldiers were too comfortable on the Western Front. For example, the Black Panther Chariot Commander Ginkell, who had just arrived on the Western Front, recalled: "We hurriedly transferred from Warsaw to France in a flatbed car, and just paused in Paris for a dozen hours before transporting it to the Caen front. What awaits us would be a bloody battle... Well, at least according to our traditional thinking. The British and Americans should be a little stronger than the Russians. They have a more developed industry and will inevitably be able to create more lethal weapons. Anyway, we thought we would suffer from t-34, t-35 or t-54 phobia like we did in 1941, but the facts were completely beyond our expectations..."

"In a small village outside Caen, please forgive me for forgetting its name. There we first met British armored soldiers, who rushed up in a churchill tank. To be honest, this is a very bad tank, slower than a turtle but without thick shells. We can aim at them very easily and then blow them up one by one without any effort!"

"British tankers jumped out of the fire or smoke in panic. Generally, we don't mind giving them a machine gun bullet at this time. Anyway, these poor people are simply vulnerable. Let's put it this way, the powerful British and American armored soldiers in the imagination did not appear. Without the support of the Air Force, we could kill them like rabbit hunting and drive them to the sea to feed fish like in 1940!"

"When we were in Caen, we armored soldiers prayed every day, hoping that the weather would be worse. Because as long as the weather was bad, the enemy's air force would not be able to dispatch, and without the support of the air force, these idiots could not move at all... It's not that I underestimated the British and Americans, but their tanks were really bad. Compared with the Russians we met on the Eastern Front, it was simply a two-plane existence. How great would it be if the Russians were as good as them!"

"Over May and June, my young men and I were hunting happily. My crew destroyed about twenty tanks and more than a dozen armored vehicles. During this period, my black panther was destroyed by an engine just because of the enemy's air strike, which was simply unimaginable on the Eastern Front. So much so that when we were transferred at the end of June because the Eastern Front was tight, the young men seemed very frustrated, because compared with the Western Front, which was like heaven, the Eastern Front was simply hell..."

Yes, after the Allies successfully landed in Normandy, there were a series of unsuccessful misfortunes. Especially after June, the bad weather made the millions of Allies on the landing field difficult to move forward without the support of the Air Force. The Allies' armored soldiers were no match for the German counterparts at all, and this also triggered calls for the development of new tanks within the Allies.

"The 75mm cannon is useless at all. It can only tickle the Germans, and our m4 is like Langsen lighter, and it can be hit! We will strengthen the defense of m4 at all costs, pile sandbags, pile tires, or pile boxes of supplies and spare tracks around the turret. However, this is not very meaningful. I have seen a m4 wrapped in sandbags and beating two thousand meters away by the Tiger King. The armor-piercing bombs penetrated the sandbags and steel plates effortlessly, and the tank exploded into the sky!"

The Americans were frightened. Because the British at least had fireflies that could make do with them, but they did not have any tanks that could threaten the survival of tigers and leopards. The Americans could only rely on the air force or simply use human sea tactics to deal with tigers and leopards through asymmetric numerical advantages.

The Americans were anxious and immediately accelerated the development of m26, hoping that this tank named after the "God of War" Pershing (this is the case for Americans) could turn the tide. Of course, later we learned that m26 was just that and it was not a success.

The Americans even made their minds to the Soviet allies, hoping to spend a high price to introduce a batch of T-54 emergency responses. Of course, it was in the end. It was not that the Soviet Union did not sell it, but that the old men of the US Army Department could not afford to lose that person. They strongly opposed the introduction of T-54. Just as they denied the production of the American version of T-34 more than a year ago, they believed that m4 (m26) was much better than t-34 (t-54). According to their statement, m26 is the savior, and this savior will soon arrive.

However, the later development made the Americans even more embarrassed. Their armored soldiers could only rely on their number and air force's ground support to defeat a few German armored troops on the Western Front. After defeating Germany, they almost suffocated when they faced the Red Army Iron Flow, which was stronger than the Germans.

Forget it, it won’t be revealed to the Americans. It will not be until August that they will break through the line of Caen. However, their actions on the Western Front still brought great shock to the Germans. The German veterans who participated in World War I suddenly found that they were trapped in the quagmire of two-line battles similar to World War I. What’s much worse than the last World War is that this time the opponent is stronger!

Soon a trend of pessimism and defeatism spread quietly within the German army. The higher the generals, the more they thought the situation was not good. A group of generals, including Rommel, believed that it was time to abandon the head of state and seek a way out for Germany.

Of course, this was not particularly obvious in May and June, because the situation on the battlefield in France was not that bad, and these thoughts were just small flames that could not ignite the raging fires. However, these small flames were enough to attract Learwin's attention. She had been active in Paris and soon noticed the restlessness of the German middle and senior executives.

She quickly sent Churchill a report, discussing in detail the possibility of inciting anti-Hitlers within Germany to "end" the war, and stressed the importance of this approach.

She said: "The pillar of the Nazis is Hitler. Once this madman dies, the Nazis will fall into a state of no leader. And once the anti-Hitler forces within Germany succeed, it will inevitably cause the same effect of Lenin subverting Tsarist Russia in the First World War. Germany will choose to surrender. If some induction can be carried out, this surrender is likely to be only facing the Western world."

Learwin's implication is that Germany only surrendered to Britain and the United States, and blocked the Soviet Union in Poland, which undoubtedly greatly safeguarded the interests of the "free world" and was also completely in line with the interests of the British Empire.

Churchill was quite interested in this report and asked Learvin to be fully responsible at the fastest speed. This was a matter soon. Learvin soon contacted Friedrich Albricht.

This Friedrich Albricht did not start opposing Hitler when he saw that the Nazi situation was over. In fact, in 1943, this man had the idea of "rebellion" and participated in the lightning plan for the secret assassination of Hitler in February 1943, but the bomb failed and did not explode.

"You must ensure that after we end Hitler's life, we will support the new German Provisional Government and we must never let the Russians step into German territory!"

Learwin had no objection to Friedrich Albricht's request, but she also asked: "Your country's provisional government must do its best to prevent the Soviet Red Army from advancing to Western Europe. It must surrender unconditionally to the British and American allies!"

Although this request seemed a bit too much to Friedrich Albricht, he didn't think it was impossible to talk about it. As long as the German fire can be preserved, there will inevitably be a chance to make a comeback in the future. Will you survive the battle so terrible?

After some discussion, the two reached a preliminary agreement. The remaining issues must be discussed until Friedrich Albricht killed Hitler. If Hitler is not dead, the provisional government will not be established, and it will be useless to discuss them.

Churchill was quite satisfied with this result. He quickly notified Roosevelt of the good news. So what was Roosevelt's attitude?

For this disabled and strong president, it is of course good news to be able to end the war as soon as possible. And it is even more despicable that it can limit the expansion of the Soviet Union to the west. But he is not without doubt, that is, to contact Germany behind the back and privately define the sphere of influence. Is this really good?

Of course, Roosevelt did not want to safeguard the national interests of the Soviet Union, but he was worried that this would lead to a split within the alliance. What if the Soviet Union turned against each other?

Churchill was full of confidence in this: "As long as the United States and Britain remain consistent, they can suppress the rebound of the Soviet Union. The Russians dare not take risks. Trotsky is not as crazy as Hitler."

Fatty Qiu was sure that the Soviet Union did not dare to face the pressure from Britain and the United States alone. He could only suffer a loss. So he did not hesitate to instruct Li Erwin to take action as soon as possible!

"Learvin is not honest again?"

In response to a question from a certain immortal, Yakov replied in detail: "Yes, according to our responses in France, MI6 had secret contact with some senior German officers. The insider of the German Gestapo also told us that some people in Germany who opposed Hitler were ready to take action."

As a time traveler, Li Xiaofeng naturally knew Valkyrie's plan, what Friedrich Albricht and Stauffenberg wanted to do, and could even guess what the British would have to do.

After thinking for a while, Li Xiaofeng ordered: "Tell us that in the Gestapo's inside line, a group of officers led by Stauffenberg, Friedrich Albricht are preparing to assassinate Hitler... All they need to do is to catch all these people in one go!"

Yakov was shocked. According to his idea, assassination of Hitler was a good thing. If this devil could be eliminated, it would be really possible to end the war early. There is a good way to save millions of lives, so why not? The Soviet Union could give Stauffenbergs a high price. The conditions that Britain and the United States could give were also given by the Soviet Union!

"Child!" Li Xiaofeng snorted contemptuously. "You don't understand the Germans. If it is possible, they will never cooperate with us, but will not hesitate to throw themselves into the arms of Britain and the United States. Especially for those German senior executives, we are always enemies, while Britain and the United States can be friends. Now, we can indeed speed up the process of war, but what are the benefits of this for the national interests of the Soviet Union? After millions of lives, we have achieved the current good situation. Once Britain and the United States take the lead, all our efforts will be wasted. I will never allow anyone to have any trouble on the day. Even if Hitler dies, he can only die in our hands!"

Li Xiaofeng's decisive words represent no room for negotiation on this matter, and this also declares the tragic ending of Stauffenberg, Friedrich Albricht and a group of people. They were soon beaten up by the Gestapo and then crushed their bones and ashes.

However, the matter was not over, because Li Xiaofeng had to use this to beat the British. Soon, according to his instructions, the Soviet Foreign Affairs and People's Committee officially notified the British and American ambassadors to the Soviet Union, strongly protesting against the treason between Britain and the United States in private transactions with Germany, and demanding that Britain and the United States must give an explanation!

This incident was a big deal, which made Fatty Qiu fall into a passive position again. He had to explain to the outside world again and again that these are all false lies, and repeatedly reiterated that Britain would respect the agreement between allies.

Of course, if you believe his nonsense, you are a big-headed ghost, but Li Xiaofeng didn't really think that Britain and the United States would give you any explanation. His real purpose was to make excuses for breaking his promise. "What words do you mean?" Do you still remember the promise made by the Soviet Union to credit a batch of supplies for the counterattack of the German army's spring awakening operation?

According to the agreement at that time, the Soviet Union would declare war on Japan one month after the start of Operation Overlord. This time, on the excuse that Britain and the United States first violated their promises, Li Xiaofeng made the work of ******* to postpone the date of declaration of war on Japan indefinitely until Britain and the United States gave a "satisfactory" explanation.

Well, this was so annoying to Fatty Qiu and Roosevelt. He really was a stolen chicken but couldn't lose some rice. Seeing that the Russians were deliberately playing rogues, there was no way, and he was really angry. Fatty Qiu asked Roosevelt to punish the Soviet Union and interrupt the material aid to the Soviet Union, but Roosevelt refused. He believed that intensifying the conflict at this time would be of no help. The best way was to see what the Russians thoughts and attitudes were, and then make a decision... (To be continued.)
