458. Mid-season transactions (5000 words for a monthly pass)(2/2)

The Sonics sent Theo Ratliff and Vernon Maxville, Much Breckle and Jason Cafe of the Warriors, and the Pacers' first 8 picks in 2004.

After the transaction was exposed, the evaluations received by the three parties in the transaction were all just the right ones.

The Pacers sent up as many as 3 first-round picks, and the trade was Ratliff, which strengthened the present, but it would have a greater impact on future drafts, but it would not be bad either.

The Supersonics have been staring at the inside, and everyone knows that they will definitely take the initiative to trade one of Ratliff and Ratliff, in exchange for a veteran point guard who has been selected for the best defensive lineup in the past six years. The defense of the point guard is in line with the current style of the Supersonics.

In terms of player value, the Warriors gave out Murch Breckle and Jason Cafe, and only exchanged for two draft picks that the Pacers certainly could not enter the lottery zone, but they brought back the team's old player Chris Mullin. Before the start of the season, Chris Mullin said that he wanted to retire after the current contract ended. Taking advantage of this deal, the Warriors traded it back, which received quite positive comments.

"Kafi, averaging 12 points and 6 rebounds per game this season, with a shooting percentage of 44%. Last season, averaging 7.2 points and 4.6 rebounds per game in 19 minutes, with a shooting percentage of 52%. The rotation power forward is quite good, 203 cm and 250 pounds are very strong, and it is very powerful to play as the starting player and be the main player.

Brecklelo, averaging 11.8 points, 6.7 assists and 2.4 steals per game this season. Although he is almost 33 years old, his defense is still very good.

Overall, our signing this time has solved the two problems of overlapping the potential center positions and weak point guard defense."

After the transaction was completed, in the evening, Zhang Hao finished two hours of defensive training and then went to the boss's office and flipped through the scout reports of two teammates who came back from the new deal.

Howard Schultz comforted: "Aix, this is already good. Everyone knows we will send one of Theo and Ben away, both of whom are underpricing the price.

We talked with the Trail Blazers for a long time, and the Pacers are willing to help us get Steve Smith, but the Trail Blazers themselves have Sabonis. They don't need another defensive center, and they don't want to see the Pacers, their championship rival team, get Ratliff."

"I didn't blame Larry for not doing well, this is already very good. At least I didn't do anything randomly. It continued our team building policy this season and would not have an impact on the style of play. I know it's difficult to get Steve Smith, and there is no way to fail.

But if we can really get Steve Smith, we can go from a slingshot to a sniper rifle in two positions, including Steve Smith and Smash forward... I'm still blaming me, I want to achieve results too much. If I have time to take it slowly, one or two years, we will have enough time to wait for the book to get better and get in touch with more trade possibilities."
