Chapter 21 Chang'an meets Tang monk(1/3)

After eating the peaches, Sun Wukong couldn't help but look up and said angrily: "One day, my old grandson will fight back to heaven and seek justice."

Mo Ziming shook his head and asked, "Brother Monkey, what is justice?"

“Justice is…”

Sun Wukong blinked his eyes and thought for a while, saying, "It's because my old grandson was secretly slandered by them. I want to fight them with dignified power."

After all, this guy is still not convinced.

In terms of pure force, Sun Wukong is indeed very strong. After all, he has an indestructible body and not many people can match him.

However, the powerful people in heaven are best at all kinds of magical powers and magic weapons.

For example, the move by Tathagata Buddha to suppress Sun Wukong was a great Buddhist supernatural power called "the Buddha's Kingdom in the Palm".

Infinitely large, and infinitely small.

Therefore, no matter how many fights Sun Wukong is, he is actually in the palm of Tathagata.

Therefore, a saying has been circulated among the people: No matter how powerful you are, you cannot escape from the palm of Tathagata.

"Brother Monkey, there is no absolute justice in the world.

The reason why you think that the wronged you lost is that you are from your own perspective and think that this competition is unfair.

But, if you think from the perspective of your opponent, it is actually very fair.

There are 100,000 heavenly soldiers and generals in the Heavenly Court. If they surge up and all the magic weapons are released, you can't stand it even if you can't stand it.

There are such great immortals and gods in the Heavenly Court, but they didn't come forward.

Tathagata did not cheat you, he made a bet with you, that you would not fly out of his palm.

I wish I would like to say something bad. I blame you for having too little knowledge and thinking that a somersault can fly a hundred and eight thousand miles, how can you not fly out of the palm of Tathagata's palm?

It is precisely because of your conceit and even arrogance that this leads to the current result.

Also, think about it, when you were fighting with Erlang Zhenjun, a circle of universe fell from the world, and you would be defeated without any force.

Isn’t these enough to wake you up?”

"I……"

Sun Wukong was speechless for a moment.

In fact, he has been under the Five Elements Mountain for more than 200 years, and he has reflected on it.

He is actually a smart person, but his personality is a bit wild, a little conceited, and a little impulsive.

"Brother Monkey, listen to my advice and sometimes you have to learn to be more tactful when dealing with people and things.

It is easy to fold if it exceeds steel.

Taoism says that the best is like water, and water is good at benefiting all things without competing.

It is a place that everyone hates, so it is almost like the Tao.

Live in a good place, have a good heart, be kind to be kind, speak well, be honest, behave well, do good, be good at doing good, and be good at moving.

Only if you don’t fight, you will have no worries…”

"Confucianism also says: the destiny of heaven is called nature, the destiny of nature is called Tao, and the practice of Tao is called teaching. Tao cannot be separated in a moment;

It is not the way to leave.

Therefore, a gentleman is cautious about what he does not see and fears what he does not hear.

Nothing to see is hidden, nothing is visible, nothing is visible. Therefore, a gentleman is careful that he is alone.

Joy, anger, sorrow, and happiness are not released, which is called the middle.

When the hair is in the middle, it is called harmony.

Zhong is the foundation of the world.

Harmony means the way of enlightenment in the world. To achieve harmony, heaven and earth are in place, and all things are nurtured..."

This lecture was talked about for a month.

Mo Ziming talked about a lot of Taoist and Confucian ideas, and combined with some examples, and heard that Sun Wukong was completely immersed in the eyes.

This is completely different from that of Tang Monk.

Tang Seng, that's completely preaching, and it's just a few words, such as beings equal, not killing, not being stubborn, etc.

In short, it is a conservative and diehard.

To put it bluntly, it is actually a selfish person.

What do you mean to be equal to all beings?

When Sun Wukong killed monsters, why didn’t Tang Seng say that all beings are equal, and that they would not be able to kill them?

Because the monster wants to eat him.

What is the reason for being destined to be in the next life...it's even more false.

Because he knew in his heart that there was no next life. Once he successfully obtained the sutra, he would become a Buddha and not enter the samsara.

What to say about saving all living beings... is even more contradictory.

Birth, old age, sickness, death, natural disasters, man-made disasters, and all living beings are all manifestations. This is the law of heaven.

Just as flowers bloom and fall, spring, summer, autumn and winter, plants wither and blossom, this is an alternating cycle.

It is precisely because of this cycle of reincarnation that the world is full of vitality.

Then what are you going to give?

Let everyone not get sick, everyone live long, and everyone is happy and happy?

But, without sorrow, how can happiness come from? Without pain, how can you know what happiness is?

To put it bluntly, it is all nonsense, and it is even contrary to the laws of heaven.

After chatting with Sun Wukong almost the same, Mo Ziming got up and said goodbye, and told him in a vague way that he might get out of trouble in the near future.

Next, Mo Ziming came to Chang'an City.

As expected, it is worthy of being a prosperous Chang'an. You can see exotic people with high noses, blond hair, and black people all over the streets.

However, most of these black people are Kunlun slaves.

At that time, Kunlun slaves and Silla maids were prevalent in the Chang'an aristocratic circle.

Kunlun slaves are those tall and dark-skinned slaves.

These Kunlun slaves are very strong and can do miscellaneous work.

Most of the Silla maids refer to those blond and blue-eyed Western women.

They were sold to the Central Plains by Persian merchants, and after rigorous training, they could speak Central Plains, be gentle and obedient, and be good at singing and dancing.

Therefore, many noble families like to find such Silla maids to act as singers and dancers. When guests come, they call them out to perform, which is very embarrassing.

To put it bluntly, Kunlun slaves and Silla maids have become a kind of comparison in the aristocratic circle.

Mo Ziming wandered around the city for a while and then came to a temple in the city: Huasheng Temple.

Tang Monk initially became a monk at Jinshan Temple, and later went to a temple in Luoyang, and recently came to Chang'an Shenghua Temple.

Generally speaking, monks are relatively fixed, and they stay wherever they become monks.

But Tang Seng is different.

First of all, he was studious, just like some study abroad scholars, who liked to travel around.

Secondly, this is also a destined result.

Of course, Tang Monk is just a common name, and his Dharma name is Xuanzang.

As for Sanzang, it was a title granted by the emperor, so some people call it Sanzang Master.

Unexpectedly, when he came to the gate of Huasheng Temple, he was stopped by two monks:

"Donor, there are distinguished guests in the temple today. Please come back in the afternoon."

Upon hearing this, Mo Ziming couldn't help but frown and said, "What? The Emperor is in the temple?"

"That's not the case. The new top scholar came to the temple to burn incense and fulfill his wish."

"Haha, aren't all living beings equal? Why did you not let others in after a top scholar come?"

"this……"

"Donor, donor..."

While the two monks were considering how to answer, they found that Mo Ziming had already walked into the temple.

When I chased in, I found that the figure was gone.

"Where is this...man?"

"Yes, why did you disappear when you first came in?"
To be continued...
