Chapter 3 Fly in the ointment

Water is the source of all things. It is an indisputable fact that all living things are born from water.

Why water can produce all things? The explanations for this issue are different, but there is one statement that is very worthy of belief and more convincing.

Water is a substance with very unstable chemical properties. It is precisely because of its instability that it can dissolve many things. It is precisely because of this reason that the changes caused by water in different environments are also different.

To put it simply, everyone knows that water has three different properties in physics, and the changes of the three different properties are very simple, and the full calculation is only between 100 degrees Celsius.

When something is in the water and is subjected to a certain external stimulation, they will happen something very wonderful and unexpected to you.

"Huahu...Huahu..." There was a sound of running water that seemed very dull.

"Bang bang..." The heartbeat was strong and rhythmic.

"Hmm? Where am I?" Zheng Dong asked in his heart at this moment.

The sound of flowing water and heartbeat woke Zheng Dong up. However, when he woke up, he found that he was drifting away with a red stream. Yes, it was a red stream. A bright red river, and he seemed to be in it.

However, before Zheng Dong could understand, he found that he had escaped from the red current, but there seemed to be a sense of oppression around him. It seemed that his body was being squeezed by something at this moment.

Although Zheng Dong had woken up at this moment, he still felt confused and couldn't figure out what was wrong with him.

However, after a moment, Zheng Dong finally opened his eyes. However, at this moment, he found that his side had already been charred, and the raindrops as big as beans still felt a faint pain when they fell on his face. Although it was not very painful, he could still feel it.

When the vision was completely restored, Zheng Dong could see clearly the environment he was in at this moment.

I saw that it was indeed charred by my side. Even with those raindrops as big as beans from the sky, there was still a burst of white smoke on the ground.

Zheng Dong used his hands to support his body, and found that a dark tree on his left had already broken into two pieces. At the moment when the breakage was still some small flames were beating.

Zheng Dong, who didn't understand what was going on, looked down at his feet, and saw that the only place he was lying on was lush grass. Although the area was not large, the shape of the human body was very obvious.

When Zheng Dong saw this scene, he remembered what had happened before.

Originally, Zheng Dong saw that the weather was pretty good tonight, so he planned to go out for a walk. But when he first walked up to the top of this small hill, God was like he was joking with Zheng Dong. At this time, it started to rain heavily, pouring heavily on Zheng Dong's whole body.

Seeing this, Zheng Dong immediately pulled his feet and ran home, but when he passed by a big tree, the sky was bright, like daytime.

"Boom!" Then a deafening thunder sounded in Zheng Dong's ears. Zheng Dong felt that the thunder seemed to be directly struck by his head, so close to him.

Afterwards, Zheng Dong was unconscious until he heard his heartbeat and the sound of running water. Zheng Dong woke up.

Thinking back to the previous scene, Zheng Dong realized that he had been struck by lightning before. Even if he didn't directly hit his head, it was at least next to him, because this little grass, which was still vibrant in human form, told Zheng Dong that his previous location was within the range of lightning strikes.

Although he understood this, Zheng Dong didn't understand how he could survive under this lightning strike. Although living is a good thing, it seems too incredible.

Moreover, there is another point. What’s going on with the Hongliu that Zheng Dong saw before, and what’s going on with the feeling of squeezing?

Even though Zheng Dong didn't open his eyes at that time, Zheng Dong still didn't believe that it was the result of his dream. Because the feeling was so clear that it was like being immersive.

Dreams, no one has ever done. But most of the dreams I have ever had, I don’t remember them when I wake up. Even if I remember them, I won’t remember them so clearly.

However, at this moment, Zheng Dong suddenly felt that his consciousness seemed to be divided into three strands. The two strands once again made him feel the place where he was in the red stream and squeezing around him.

Realizing this, Zheng Dong was a little at a loss, but just when he wanted to return to his original state, his consciousness was very obediently merged into the consciousness that dominated the body.

This discovery shocked Zheng Dong and was also delighted.

The rain water poured on his head made Zheng Dong wake up, and then he saw him running to his home again. Because no matter what, he is not dead now, so he will leave here first to avoid being discovered and caught and studied as a big white rat. As for the wonderful things that appeared on him before, it would not be too late to think about them later.

He ran back to his home with a familiarity. Zheng Dong rushed into the bedroom without caring about his already wet condition, closed the door, pulled off his already ragged clothes, and fell on the bed.

Although he had stood up and divided his consciousness into two thighs before, he was still afraid that if he didn't operate properly, it would be bad if he fell to the ground. So, to be on the safe side, Zheng Dong decisively chose to lie on the bed.

Zheng Dong, lying on the bed, forced himself to calm down. After his breathing calmed down, Zheng Dong consciously tried to recall the scene he had done before.

But as he thought, his consciousness became more, which was the one in the red stream. Because now he wanted to study it carefully, he was not in a hurry to figure out everything in one go, but to break it one by one.

Looking at the bright red liquid around him, Zheng Dong felt that these seemed to be somewhat similar to blood, but how could he drift away with the blood flowing?

"Is my current consciousness something in my blood vessel?" This idea appeared in Zheng Dong's mind, and Zheng Dong was shocked.

No matter what, I have to prove it first. Then, Zheng Dong raised the lamp on the table and shone it all the way from the top of his head to his feet. When the light of the lamp swept across his left arm, Zheng Dong's blood suddenly felt that the surroundings were red, and there were bursts of light.

At this moment, Zheng Dong realized that his previous guess was correct. Then, he put away the consciousness in his blood and converted it into the squeezing consciousness around him. Zheng Dong only felt that the light was even more obvious. Zheng Dong guessed that this should be the place where his left arm was close to the outside.

Although he didn't understand what his consciousness was in his body, another thought emerged in Zheng Dong's mind. Then, he lowered the desk lamp in his hand and then lay back on the bed.

"This time I will try to divide as many shares as possible!" Zheng Dong lay down, made up his mind, and thought about it.

"I'll sue you!" As soon as the consciousness was separated, Zheng Dong was shocked again. Because Zheng Dong planned to try his best to separate more, but as he thought in his heart, he actually found that with the help of the position where the desk lamp was placed, his consciousness seemed to be able to spread throughout his body.

Originally, he just wanted to try it, but he didn't think it would be successful. But when the consciousness separated, he found that the lights felt by the consciousness were of all levels. However, most of them were in darkness. After all, Zheng Dong was lying down like this, and it was impossible for a desk lamp to shine throughout his body.

The only drawback now is that although I found that this consciousness could be separated at will, I still don’t know where my consciousness had gone into my body.
