Chapter 139 Liu Shishi's Sun Xiuqing

Han Yan has been with Cheng Yuan since the filming of "The Notebook" in 2000. The two are only one year apart, and Han Yan has done almost all the work on the crew over the years.

Casting/On-set Assistant Director, Screenwriter, Producer, Coordinator...

He finally graduated this year!

Cheng Yu'an made an appointment with Han Yan as soon as possible after returning from Dian Province. He did not forget his promise to him: to send him a movie as a graduation gift.

Cheng Yu'an took out two script outlines: "Choose one. There is only an outline. Once you choose, you will organize people to perfect it."

Han Yan was so happy that snot bubbled up in her nose and she couldn't stop laughing: "Look at our face. The best screenwriter at the Academy Awards gave us two scripts to write, and we were asked to choose one ourselves."

What does it mean to be a company veteran! (Tactical back-off)

There are two scripts, one is "The Butterfly Effect" and the other is called "Young Babylon".

"Brother, is "Butterfly Effect" still being renewed?" Han Yan was very excited when he saw the outline of "Butterfly Effect"!

The first part sold for 50 million, if I make the second part for myself...

"Do it, why don't you do it? This time it's a brand new story. It has nothing to do with the first part. It just draws on the butterfly effect theory." Cheng Yu'an didn't like the second part of The Original Time and Space. In addition to the male protagonist's appearance, Cheng Yu'an didn't like the second part of The Original Time and Space.

Nothing but handsome.

As a sequel to a masterpiece, I don’t ask you to surpass the previous one, at least it should pass, but the second part of The Original Space and Time simply failed to achieve that.

So Cheng Yuan chose to abandon all the plot of the original second part and re-write a new story.

Drawing inspiration from "Clues of Time and Space", I made a version of the suspenseful detective Butterfly Effect:

The male protagonist Zhang Cheng is a police officer, and he and his girlfriend have reached the stage of marriage, so he has worked extra hard in the past two years and wants to become a regular employee.

But the accident happened when he and his girlfriend were out shopping. He looked for a parking space, and his girlfriend got out of the car first and entered the mall.

As soon as his girlfriend got out of the car and walked across the road, Zhang Cheng watched helplessly as his girlfriend was hit by an oncoming car.

The car involved in the accident fled and his girlfriend fell in a pool of blood.

After rescue, his girlfriend saved her life, but she became a vegetative state. Zhang Cheng stayed with her for years.

Years later, Zhang Cheng accidentally discovered that he could travel back in time through the items he and his girlfriend shared.

At the same time, the master who led him in the police station was injured while handling the case, and the suspect was on the run.

Zhang Cheng was inevitably involved...

Cheng Yuan only wrote the outline, and the specific story needs to be refined later.

But I have a clear story line in my mind. If I travel back in time, my girlfriend will not be in a car accident, but other things will become worse. I want to protect my master in the police station from being injured, but the suspect will still escape. I will try to catch the suspect, but

It would lead to another bad thing, and it was not until the end that I discovered that there were inextricably linked connections between the fugitive who hit his girlfriend and the one who hurt his master...

Cheng Yu'an hasn't figured out the ending yet.

I told Han Yan my thoughts and Han Yan was very excited about "The Butterfly Effect".

But he didn't rush to make a decision, and instead looked at another "Young Babylon" script.

Cheng Yu'an introduced: "This is Lu Nei's novel. It has not been published yet. I will buy the copyright first. You can read it first."

"Young Babylon" is, to put it bluntly, a youth story about factory kids.

It can be classified into the youth film genre.

Han Yan is still a bit erotic at heart. After reading the outline of "Young Babylon", he said he wanted to make this film.

Cheng Yu'an smiled and said: "You have to think about it. If you want to make "The Butterfly Effect", I can give you 10 million, and for "Young Babylon" I can give you up to 5 million."

"No need for 5 million, just 1 million."

Cheng Yu'an didn't know what to say: "Okay, as long as you say it's okay. Is a month enough?"

"That's enough. I'll have a good chat with Teacher Lu Nei. We'll finalize the script in one month, finalize the actors in another month, and start shooting in mid-July at the latest." Han Yan's words were filled with excitement.

"Okay, since you are so confident, I won't care. You can do it yourself. I will let your flying sister do the production for you. Find someone else to film "The Butterfly Effect."

"Aren't you going to take pictures?" Han Yan asked.

"I won't shoot anymore. This series is just a concept. It's not suitable for me to shoot a second one."

As the director of the remote TV drama department, Guo Fei is very proud now. At the beginning of the year, with Cheng Yu'an's authorization, she spent a lot of money to buy the adaptation rights of various novels.

Nowadays, life is difficult for writers, and Guo Feikai's prices are very kind. Basically, she can get whatever she wants to buy.

A few writers are strict-mouthed, cherish their own feathers, and just say a few nice words to coax them.

So Cheng Yu'an was surprised how Guo Fei obtained the copyrights of "Double-sided Tape" and "The Distant Savior"!

Needless to say, the former is a classic mother-in-law and daughter-in-law drama with questionable composition, but her drama is indeed very marketable.

Moreover, it is only 006, and the identity of Teacher Six has not yet been exposed.

You may not be familiar with "The Distant Savior", but you must know the TV series adapted from this novel: "The Way of Heaven"!

Taking stock of later TV dramas, this drama has always been among the top 10 domestically produced dramas.

But at this time Cheng Yu'an hesitated, is this drama good to watch? Good to watch. Is it a hit? It's really not a hit!

The drama's incredible reputation cannot save its extremely low replay rate and dismal ratings.

"Let's do this," Cheng Yu'an thought for a while and said, "We will be the main producers of "Double-sided Tape" and we will work with several other people on "Tiandao"."

"You don't like "The Way of Heaven"?" Guo Fei likes "The Way of Heaven" very much. It has various business battles, strategies, meaningful dialogues and advanced language.

Cheng Yu'an shook his head: "It's very high-end, but it's not easy to sell. The audience will think that the crew is showing off their knowledge and making a fuss."

"But this is very philosophical." Guo Fei argued.

"But the audience is not here to sit on the sofa and watch TV. We don't want to educate the audience. We are making entertainment products that allow the audience to relax and feel happy. The educational significance is not what we should pursue first," Cheng Yu'an said, "

The novel is indeed well written, and I like it very much, otherwise I would want to sell the copyright to someone else."

From a commercial perspective, Cheng Yu'an was unwilling to film "The Way of Heaven"; but from a creative perspective, it would be a pity not to film such a good story.

After arranging two TV series, Cheng Yuan went to Huairou Film and Television Base.

The series "The Legend of Lu Xiaofeng" co-operated with the movie channel is being filmed here.

The filming of the TV movie was very fast, and the Sixth Princess specially made up the scripts for "The Legend of Lu Xiaofeng" to make up 10 movies.

Adding up 10 movies, it is equivalent to the shooting volume of a TV series with 20 or 30 episodes.

So "The Legend of Lu Xiaofeng" is already coming to an end.

Deng Yancheng was still filming on the set, and Cheng Yuan did not notify him of his arrival.

"Ka! No!" Deng Yancheng looked at the monitor and shook his head, "Xiu Qing, come here."

Cheng Yuan also walked over in time.

"Director Cheng, why are you here?"

"Is it almost over? Come and see if there are any difficulties in shooting?" Cheng Yu'an asked.

"nothing."

"Director Deng." The girl named Xiu Qing by Deng Yancheng came to the two of them.

Cheng Yu'an took a look and realized that this was not Sun Xiuqing, but Liu Shishi.

After the game, I just watched Hua Man Lou. How could I remember that Liu Shishi also played soy sauce in "The Legend of Lu Xiaofeng".

Deng Yancheng called the actors by their character names on the set: "Xiuqing, your eyes must be bright. You are the wife of the sword god. Your husband is about to go to a decisive battle where life and death are uncertain. You are pregnant, but you know that you

You can't stop him, do you understand how it feels?"

Xianyu Shi heard something specious, nodded, and then shook his head.

"Hey, you..." Deng Yancheng was a little helpless, "Let's rest for ten minutes. We will start filming in ten minutes."

Although the requirements for TV movies are not very high, Deng Yancheng still wants to present as good an effect as possible.

Will Cheng Yuan intervene?

No, Sun Xiuqing doesn't have many scenes to begin with, so there's no need to be so strict with her.

What Liu Shishi can do is better, but if he can't do it, it actually doesn't affect anything.
