Chapter three hundred and thirty sixth crash

Rubitz and Oaker sneaked into Dr. Nobel's room with a slight look,

It looks like a shameful thief.

For these two people, Dr. Nobel's room was simple and complex. What was simple was the decoration in the room. There was a wooden bed on the western wall. There was a hardwood table in the center of the room. Only a chair could be seen next to the table. Perhaps Dr. Nobel never thought that there would be a guest visiting.

In addition, there are some simple toiletries and a large number of books piled up together. The only thing that can be truly decorated in the room is a pot of flowers next to the window.

All of these things occupy about one-third of the room's space, and the other two-thirds of the open space is the part of what I call "complex".

It was Dr. Nobel's workbench, which was filled with various bottles and jars. If a novice who was not familiar with the environment was allowed to use this workbench, it would be common for him to accidentally knock over something.

A spread out notebook is placed on the left side of the workbench, and the big stove is on the right side of the workbench. The stove is very old, but it doesn't seem very decay because it is often used. There are several iron cages under the stove. The monkeys in the cage are looking at the two strangers who suddenly entered with agile eyes, with curiosity and fear in their eyes.

Lubitz first noticed these monkeys. He shouted in surprise as if he had discovered some treasure: "Ah, look at what I found? It turns out that Nobel is not a wizard, but a juggler in the circus."

As he said that, he laughed and walked towards the cage, and took a small tongs beside the stove in his hand, trying to tease these poor guys.

However, Oaker noticed two things placed in the center of the workbench. On the left is a spread out book, with characters and pictures written on it. It looks like something like a notebook, and on the right is a transparent glass cover. White smoke gathered in the glass cover. Through the smoke, Oaker vaguely saw a black shadow lying there.

"What is this?" Oaker said in confusion, then walked to the workbench, picked up the notes and checked them.

Although they are both doctors participating in the medical skills competition, Oaker and Rubitz can be regarded as being a kind of fisherman. Their medical skills are still at the stage of "all difficult and complicated diseases can be treated with bloodletting", so he can't understand what Nobel's medical skills are written in his notebook.

"What the hell, it's a mess, it's a wizard's magic book at first glance! Humph!" Unable to understand the content on the book made Oaker feel a little angry out of thin air. He flipped through it casually twice, then threw his hand onto the table, and then turned his attention to the glass cover next to him.

Oaker turned around and looked at it. Seeing that Rubitz was still teasing the monkeys, he said impatiently: "Hey, Rubitz, come and see what this is. I think that Nobel's secret should be in this glass cover."

But Rubitz was having fun, so he waved his hand casually and said, "Come on, what secret can that guy have? It depends on you."

Oaker glanced at his mouth, feeling very disdainful of Rubitz's behavior of playing with the monkey, but he was embarrassed to say that he was afraid of the thing covered by smoke in the cover, so he didn't dare to open it and see it.

The unknown always makes people feel scared, and it is the same for Oakle. However, in the end he turned his head and looked at Lubitz, and finally gritted his teeth and uncovered the cover.

The cover was taken away, and the white smoke gathered there slowly dispersed. Oaker held the cover in his hand and waved it impatiently with his hand, waving the smoke.

Snap!

Lubitz was having fun when suddenly a sound of porcelain shattering sounded, causing him to jump.

"Hey, Oakel, what are you doing? You know that we are sneaking in now, don't make such a big noise!" Lubitz said angrily, then turned his head to look at Oakel.

Oakle was frozen there, his mouth wide open and his eyes stared straight at something on the table, as if he saw something incredible.

"What's going on?" Lubitz stood up in confusion and walked towards Oakle, while also looking at the workbench. Just a glance made him involuntarily exclaim: "Black Death!"

At this moment, the fear was like a rope on a gallows wrapped around their necks. Although they were incompetent doctors, they still had a full understanding of the characteristics of the Black Death after being in Heidelberg for so long.

The little monkey on the workbench in front of me was covered with black patches, and there were some ulcers near the patches to varying degrees, and yellow pus flowed out of her mouth and nose. If she could open her eyelids, she would definitely see a pair of blood-filled eyeballs.

There is no doubt that this is the sign of the Black Death, and it is this terrible disease that shocks Rubitz and Oaker to death.

"Nobel's hidden secret turned out to be this. Go quickly, let's go quickly!" Lubitz first reacted, and then he turned around and rushed out from outside the door without waiting for his companions.

When Rubitz rushed out, Oaker realized it and quickly followed. Because he was too panicked, he even forgot to lock the door.

On the workbench, the little monkey was still lying there with her eyes closed, but if Dr. Nobel was here, he would be surprised to find that the symptoms of the black death on the little monkey had been greatly alleviated.

Shortly after Oaker and Rubitz escaped, Dr. Nobel returned to the street after dinner. Along the way, he saw the door of his house being opened.

"Not good!" In an exclaim, Dr. Nobel quickly took a step and ran to the room. As soon as he entered the room, he immediately saw the broken glass cover and the little monkey lying on the table.

"Oh, damn it, they will definitely come to stop me and must do human experiments as soon as possible!"

Dr. Nobel shouted, then immediately rushed to the workbench, grabbed a small bottle containing the blood of the Black Death, and then put it to his mouth and poured it all over.

Then he seemed to suddenly remember something, so he rushed to the notebook placed next to him, turned on one of the pages, tore it off, and then stuffed it into the inner side of his close-fitting underwear.
