It’s finally time to finish writing this review.

This book may be the longest novel that Uncle Ha has written, and it is also the most "uneasy" novel.

The longest period of time is from June 2019 to June 2023, a full four years.

Before this, Uncle Ha basically wrote a book every two years, with more than three million words.

On the one hand, it’s because this book has five million words, and on the other hand, it’s because Uncle Ha has gone through many changes in the middle.

The difficulty in calming down is mostly due to this kind of change.

When writing this book, Uncle Ha had a lot of plans. For example, he forced himself to learn music. He wanted to write some songs by himself after finishing writing, or write out all the songs in the book.

So Uncle Ha began to learn music theory, practice musical instruments, and accumulate various needed experiences...

Uncle Ha planned three years for himself, and he planned it very well.

But a year later, a small change occurred.

Uncle Ha can no longer devote all his energy to a book.

This is what Uncle Ha owes everyone. Uncle Ha is here to solemnly apologize.

This small change is——

Aunt Ha is pregnant.

In fact, Uncle Ha has been married for many years (he got married when he was writing "Raising a Monster") and has never had children. He once thought that maybe he would just never have children, and it would be good to live like this.

But one day, Aunt Ha and I suddenly discovered that we were already so solid with each other, solid enough to face any situation and challenge; and solid enough to hope for some surprises and changes.

The little life came into being in the second month after I came up with this idea. I later called him Ha54.

I had been a nanny for my brothers and sisters' children since I was a child, so I had an optimistic outlook on raising children. I didn't expect that being a father - especially when I was far away from other family members and had only myself.

Next, how difficult it is to give birth and raise a child.

This is how giving birth to a child is like this - you have already fallen in love with him before he comes, and you have no reservations about him.

When a little life cannot withstand any wind, rain and risks, you are its first responsible person, and there is no other responsible person, and you have completely fallen in love with him, the kind of caution and worry about gain and loss is beyond words.

The arrival of Ha 54 was not smooth sailing. There were many twists and turns in the process, which once made Aunt Ha and I so anxious that we were autistic. In order not to worry our family, and to prevent someone from unintentionally adding salt to the wound in the future, Aunt Ha and I kept a secret until Ha 54 was born.

, only then did Aunt Ha’s family and I know there were so many twists and turns, and only then did our friends know that Aunt Ha was pregnant.

Fortunately, the result is good.

During this period, although it involved a lot of Uncle Ha's energy, it basically did not affect the coding.

What really affected Uncle Ha was that Ha 54 fell seriously ill two months ago.

You don’t know the despair a 62-day-old child feels when he can’t find a blood vessel even with 11 injections and can’t get the key medicine.

Ha 54 cried heartbreakingly, Aunt Ha burst into tears, and the nurse cried while injecting the needle.

Uncle Ha has to be strong and sensible to carry everything on his shoulders.

Fortunately, the results are also good.

But during this period, between working, writing, and accompanying... Uncle Ha could only choose one.

So Uncle Ha stopped updating for more than ten days.

Then, as Ha 54 grew up, Uncle Ha had to devote more and more energy to accompany him. Now Ha 54 has to pester Uncle Ha until midnight before going to bed after he comes home.

Night owls are indeed hereditary.

If you have a nursing baby who doesn't want to go to bed until 1 a.m. and can't adjust to it no matter what...

In order to be able to update, for a long time, Uncle Ha’s average sleep time was less than four hours a day...

Later, Uncle Ha was ill for several times and couldn't hold on any longer, so he had no choice but to break the pot, update it, and just let it go.

In fact, ending this book early may be a wise decision, but Uncle Ha still has too many goals to complete.

It's been delayed until now.

Don't want it to end, don't want it to end.

But it had to end.

After talking about these personal matters, let’s return to the novel.

Uncle Ha writes urban novels, often in a way that is ahead of current events. Uncle Ha himself calls this writing method "near-future fantasy," which means writing about things that will happen in the next one or two years.

God’s prophecies often occur (there are many prophecies and fantasies in “Possessed by the Lazy God” that have come true...such as the drone show that is now a bad thing.)

But this also has big limitations, that is, once the situation changes, it is a bit difficult to adjust. And many things cannot be written.

In the process of writing "The God of Songs", several "black swans" occurred, and many things could not be written, so the outline could only be changed.

However, these are relatively objective factors, and the subjective factor is still Uncle Ha himself.

When something happens, I don’t have the energy or ability to make timely adjustments.

As a result, "The God of Songs" became such a book that was not perfect at all.

Uncle Ha has actually been panicking about new books.

I haven't published a new book in four years. In the field of online novels, it is basically equivalent to retreating for three hundred years before coming out, but the spiritual energy outside has been revived and changed beyond recognition.

Moreover, before the child went to kindergarten at the age of three, Uncle Ha probably did not have enough energy to devote himself entirely to novels.

It is difficult, really difficult to fight against the world after "revival of spiritual energy" without full strength.

I struggled, struggled, and never dared to open it.

Finally, after much thought, I decided not to worry about it.

Write about a subject that is not so "big" and "difficult".

Take it easy, don't challenge yourself or the rules.
