151 Misinterpretation

"Coach Archie deserves the truth!"

The glaring title took over the front page of the Kansas State University School of Education the next day, and Hannah Spencer covered the ins and outs of the whole thing with sharp and sharp strokes.

It's not the truth, but the splicing of pieces.

"Because we have no way to know the truth so far, we can only find some clues from the rumors of catching wind and shadows. All the players of the team shut up and avoided the interview in a secret manner; the members of the coaching staff also remained silent, as if nothing had happened in the team."

“Even Coach Archie is like this, he said, ‘Nothing happens, everything is OK’.”

As a student in the journalism department, Hannah always insists on fact reporting to reflect the truth. Before the facts were found out, she did not make a rash conclusion. Rumors are rumors, phenomena are phenomena, and movements are movements. She did not distort any facts to achieve her goals.

Up to now, there is only the report of insider news, but there is no further substantive evidence. Although Hannah was indignant, she did not lose her mind. However, at the end of reporting the entire incident from its origin to its current situation, Hannah raised a question:

"Since nothing has happened and since everything is well, then why has the school been able to give students a positive answer yet?"

There is something, there is nothing.

Hannah still stubbornly insisted on her own principle of writing reports, but the anger that could not be hidden in her heart was still revealed through the lines.

If not, the school should give them a clarification; if so, the school should give them an explanation. It is so simple. Hannah believes that things will never be groundless, and the Wildcats' tight words inside and outside make things full of suspicious tricks.

School, why not respond?

Weather realized that they were forced into a rut, not that they were unwilling to explain, but that they had no way to explain: How should they explain?

No. Everything is false, so... what is the follow-up? Doesn’t Pres return to the team as the head coach? Doesn’t this just confirm the rumors? Even if Pres just returns to the team as the original plan, it is now full of countless tricks; Lu Yiqi continues to serve as the team’s interim head coach, so what should Richard do? What should Walker and Jacob do? How should the so-called internal punishment be concluded?

Yes. Things are true. Lu Yiqi must pay for the mistake, but... what is the mistake? The locker room conflict must not be directly shown, otherwise they will not be able to seal all the players' mouths. Jacob and Walker are the same mistakes. They cannot punish only one and let the other go; or they will temporarily find another false charge and forcefully place it on Lu Yiqi's head?

In fact, the best way to deal with events is: cold handling.

At the forefront, pretending that nothing had happened, let Lu Yiqi continue to serve as the interim head coach. After the "Sunflower Battle" ended, either undermine Lu Yiqi and welcome the healed Pres to take over the team, which naturally returns to its original state; or fire Lu Yiqi and directly sweep the trouble out.

In the midst of the public opinion frenzy, temporarily suppress the matter and deal with it slowly in the future. Silently, you can kill you without blood.

But the problem is that, first, this is what Lu Yiqi wants; second, Richard will not give up; third, Pres may not be happy.

Of course, there must be other solutions to the matter - the most difficult thing is that the season is still in progress, and the game against the Jayhawks is just around the corner. They don't have enough time to adjust slowly, and the school can't accept the possible outcome of losing this game inside and outside.

So Weather came to his current position and was stuck in a stale in which he could not turn around, and was full of embarrassment - it was not that he was unwilling to respond, but that he didn't know how to respond.

"Can't confirm the source of the news?" Although he was talking, Wifald's eyes were staring at the scene outside the office, and the quiet scene of sitting in the audience made his head start to suck.

This morning, more than 1,500 students gathered on the open space outside the principal's office, sitting on the ground in an orderly manner, expressing their demands and protests in a silent and meditation manner, while the high-rise support cards were completely unified, just written in a black carbon pen:

"Coach Archie!"

There is no fancy modification or redundant explanation. The simplest, most direct and purest slogan of support expresses the most united and firm will.

Weifald couldn't believe his eyes: In just less than two months, how did that guy's approval rating rise to this point?

I'm afraid he had forgotten briefly that three days ago, he was also a loyal supporter of Lu Yiqi - who doesn't like victory?

"Yes, I can't be sure." Weather shook his head and gave a negative answer.

Wifald was not surprised. "The team was united, and even Jacob and Henry didn't say much. It seemed that our 'Coach Archie' was leaking." Both were nicknames, but Wifald revealed a hint of mockery with a slight sarcasm.

"What should we do now?" This is why Weather made a special trip to find Wifald today.

From beginning to end, Weifald cleverly avoided frontal contact, which also allowed him to stay out of the matter and stand on the moral high ground—

Either shirking responsibility to Weather and saying that he didn't know anything; or stand up and look heartbroken; or come forward as a peacemaker, and both sides will hit fifty strikes... Simply put, he can wait quietly, see the situation clearly before taking action, and solve all problems with one stroke.

Weather felt that it should be time for Wifald to appear.

But Wifald had a different opinion, "You came forward directly to indicate that everything was a misunderstanding. Noah misinterpreted the meaning of the whole thing. Lang's return was a thing that was originally scheduled. His body had been fully recovered. He was ready to return to work, while Noah would continue to serve as an offensive coordinator; but obviously, there was an error in the message transmission, which led to unnecessary misunderstandings, which was not a punishment at all."

The subtext is that all this is a farce directed and acted by Lu Yiqi. Lu Yiqi refused to hand over the power of the head coach, trying to use public opinion to prevent Pres from returning and continue to control the team's command. Only then did he deliberately make noises, fiddling with the public opinion trend, and making profits for his own selfishness.

The point is that Weather will "whitewash the peace" and say that everything is a misunderstanding, at least it will not accuse Lu Yiqi openly. As for the profound meaning, let the students interpret it themselves; at the same time, the team will still return to Pres, and then they will wait for the news to slowly deal with Lu Yiqi.

Things were a bit tricky, but not to the point where it could not be solved. Weifald was not worried at all: Lu Yiqi was still too immature.

Weather quickly figured out the joints and his expression became clearer again.
