It was also Yang Yaoqiang's arrival that brought Xiaofei Yang to a standardized and standardized management track, which ultimately promoted Xiaofei Yang to be listed in Hong Kong on June 12, 2008, becoming the first listed hot pot chain company in China and the first Hong Kong-stock catering company in the mainland.

Zhang Gang always had a thought in his heart, hoping to use the power of capital to build Xiaofei Sheep into a standardized catering brand like KFC and Pizza Hut. So he also found the parent company of KFC and Pizza Hut, Parkson Group, hoping that Parkson could help Xiaofei Sheep become bigger and stronger.

In order to attract Parkson to come in, Zhang Gang even persuaded the management to sell the shares, because only when Parkson comes in, Xiao Feiyang's stock price will be pushed up by positive factors, and the management finally agreed to the proposal.

In March 2009, Parkson successfully acquired 6.07% of the equity of Xiaofeiyang's controlling shareholder, and also acquired 13.92% of the equity of Xiaofeiyang held by British private equity funds Sanai and Pukai.

Zhang Gang originally thought that Parkson would bring advanced management experience after entering Xiaofeiyang, but he did nothing after Parkson came in.

Although it has world-renowned brands such as KFC, Pizza Hut, Pizza Hut, Oriental Jibai and Taco Bell, Yum Group is not familiar with China's hot pot business. They only want to hold Xiaofei Yang to complete another puzzle of Yum's layout of Chinese catering.
