Chapter 566 Land Act
What made all the civil servants of the Kingdom of New Zealand, industrial and commercial enterprises, and middle and senior executives of major groups feel cold sweat on their foreheads is the "New Zealand Integrity Act" submitted by the Independent Commission Against Corruption passed by the Parliament. Not only them, but also citizens of other countries in the world sighed that the ruthless laws of the Kingdom of New Zealand are all lamented.
According to this Integrity Act, the punishment for corruption and bribery has reached an unprecedented level. All public officials, whether they are corruption in their positions or not, will be converted into cash. Those who embezzle and accept bribery between 100 and 1,000 Jinan will be sentenced to 6 months to 3 years, and the illegal income will be confiscated; those who embezzle and accept bribery between 1,000 and 100,000 Jinan will be sentenced to 5 years and 10 years, and the illegal income will be confiscated; those who embezzle and accept bribery within 10,000 Jinan will be sentenced to 15 years to 30 years, and the illegal income will be confiscated; those who embezzle and accept bribery within 10,000 Jinan will be sentenced to 15 years to 30 years, and the illegal income will be confiscated; those who embezzle and accept bribery more than 100,000 Jinan will be sentenced to life imprisonment and the illegal income will be confiscated.
Those who disclose information to others and cause serious adverse effects on the institution where they work, or suffer huge losses, will be punished for more than 10 years and until life imprisonment.
Those who accept bribes from other people in the form of intangible or money shall be punished with a penalty of more than 5 years until life imprisonment depending on the circumstances. For example, acts such as arranging work for others and providing convenience for others in the form of eating or sexual bribery are all illegal, and most of the various behaviors, activities, and decisions are tried to be fair and just.
All corruption and bribery recipients will automatically deprive their green citizenship qualifications upon conviction and be converted to red citizenship ID cards. All criminals who are imprisoned for more than 5 years will be exiled to the Chatham Islands and have outstanding contributions to the country. The sentence may be appropriately reduced and their green citizenship ID cards will be retained.
The Road Traffic Safety Law, proposed by the new Ministry of Transport, has made all judicial, pedestrians and non-motor vehicle drivers in the country tighten their hearts.
According to the Safety Law, every citizen of the Kingdom enjoys 12 points to be deducted. Whether pedestrians, non-motor vehicles or motor vehicles drivers run red lights, 6 points are required for pedestrians who do not walk on zebra crossing roads according to regulations, 3 points are required for pedestrians who do not follow the regulations to cross the road, 4 points are required for non-motor vehicles not to follow the signs, and those who do not use traffic signs will be deducted from 3-6 points according to the situation. No matter whether motor vehicles or non-motor vehicles cause traffic accidents and someone is injured and does not treat them in time, they will be punished with 12 points.
This situation actually occurs mainly in the initial areas such as Sabah, Kra, Annie, and Alaska, Hawaii, and Oceania, and this situation occurs relatively rarely.
The Safety Law also stipulates that vehicles used by special departments such as ambulance vehicles, military vehicles, fire vehicles will not be punished when on duty, and private vehicles will not be punished when treating injured patients and going to the hospital, but they must submit a hospital's treatment certificate.
Especially for those who are in Australia, the chance of hitting a kangaroo is quite high. Moreover, kangaroos are not a national protected animal. Therefore, the Safety Law also stipulates that non-protected animals are exempted from any responsibility when they receive them, but they must take away the animals that are injured or killed. Dispose of them by themselves or hand them over to a special agency for disposal. It is strictly forbidden to discard them at the scene or at will, otherwise they will be counted to 6 points.
The State Council submitted a new proposal in the middle. Prime Minister and Vice Premier jointly applied to the parliament, hoping to change Ji Feng's title from the island master to the king. After all, the entire Kingdom of New Zealand belongs to Ji Feng's private, and now the kingdom has been established. How can there be no king of its own?
Calling Ji Feng the king will better exert the cohesion of the kingdom's citizens, and at the same time it will also make the kingdom's citizens feel a sense of belonging, etc.
It is also recommended that Jeju Bank, which is wholly owned by Ji Feng, is renamed to Royal Bank of New Zealand. Jiju can no longer meet the current international and domestic development needs, so it is recommended to be renamed to New Zealand. Jeju Airlines is renamed Air New Zealand Airlines, Jeju Shipping Group is renamed to New Zealand Shipping Group, Jeju Energy Group is renamed to New Zealand Energy Group, Jeju Wireless Power Group is renamed to New Zealand National Electric Power Group, etc.
Ji Feng didn't know that the State Council would have this proposal before, because none of the three of them had told him, but Ji Feng didn't care what he was called, as long as the people below felt it was convenient.
At the same time, Ji Feng really felt that he had his own country now. If he called the island owner, the pattern would be a bit small, far less tall than the king. Anyway, no matter what he called him, he would not affect his control over the entire country.
This proposal was probably the fastest to be passed. No one had any objections and passed the proposal unanimously. It was just that such a big thing Kim Tae-hee dared not really make the decision for Ji Feng. She could only thank the State Council and the members of the parliament on the spot, but she had to go back to report to Ji Feng before she could officially announce it to the public.
After some heavy bills, it was a time to make all the citizens of the kingdom feel happy.
The Kingdom will guarantee the basic living conditions of every citizen. Before 9:00 on the 1st of the 1st of each citizen with a green ID card, the Royal Bank of New Zealand will issue basic living security funds to each person's account. The three types of ID cards in the country have the unique bank card function, and you can use your ID card to deposit, withdraw money, transfer and other services on any Atm machine. The expenditure on living security funds will be paid by the interests of the enterprises directly under the King. The insufficient part will be subsidized by the Ministry of Finance. Of course, the insufficient amount will basically not occur. Begging is strictly prohibited in the Kingdom. Those who are indeed in difficulty in life can ask the local government to help solve the problem nearby.
The standard is that citizens with green ID cards enjoy a monthly living security of S$500 from birth to retirement. After retirement, each person can receive a monthly living security of S$1,000. The pension insurance system is not implemented in the kingdom, and the state guarantees the full amount. The national retirement age stipulated by the state is 65 years old for men and 60 years old for women. The real-time military family members receive a monthly living security of S$1,000.
The living security funds for minors are kept by Royal Bank of New Zealand until they are adults. After adulthood, they can use their ID card to collect personal bank accounts and accumulated living security funds deposits. The funds can be used as university tuition or career start funds. During the minors, only parents are unable to support them, and they are over ten years of age and are voluntarily collected by their parents. However, in this case, the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Public Safety, and local government agencies will supervise the use of funds to ensure that the funds are indeed used by the minors themselves.
Citizens with red ID cards, blue ID cards, prison sentences and exiled citizens cannot obtain living security. At this point, almost most members of Congress agree that since you are half-hearted or criminals, your rights will naturally be restricted.
The kingdom guarantees the basic housing requirements of its citizens. The country will implement two types of housing rental and sale. Rental housing is controlled by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development. Rental housing is rented to its citizens at a 30-year reimbursement price, as well as other citizens working in the country.
The kingdom implements state-owned land, and places commercial residential land into two types: 70-year property rights and permanent property rights.
The selling price of a 70-year property house shall not be higher than 150% of the construction cost price to be sold to a citizen of the country, and the citizen owns the property for 70 years; the selling price of a permanent property land shall not be higher than 120% of the construction cost, and the citizen owns the permanent property rights of the land. Valid property land and permanent property land can be traded freely or built on their own, but there are high requirements for the structure of the house, that is, the planning must be submitted to the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development for review before starting construction, and only after acceptance is passed after completion is accepted.
Citizens with their own green ID card can apply for a piece of self-residential land with a 70-year property area of no more than 400 square meters per household, but they must return the rental house unconditionally within two years after the application is approved, and each household can only apply for a piece of self-residential land with a low-priced self-residential land. If there are more and higher requirements, they can purchase commercial real estate by themselves.
Industrial land is uniformly stipulated as 50 years of property rights, and there is no permanent property rights and can be renewed after expiration.
Farms and ranches are also divided into two types: 70-year property rights and permanent property rights, and the sales prices are also different. Before this, the state will not force the farms owned by national citizens based on the previous property rights period. However, the land must be owned by the state. After the property rights expire, the original owner has the right to renew the signature first based on the price of the same company. Permanent property rights are only allowed to be held and traded by citizens with green ID cards.
Government departments, state-owned enterprises employees and military families serving in the military can all obtain the qualification to resettle housing for free, regardless of nationality, and the housing conditions are determined by the type of job and position.
The national land is jointly planned by the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, and the agricultural and animal husbandry land is managed by the Ministry of Agriculture, and the others are managed by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development. The state public housing will be undertaken by the Jeju Real Estate Group, and the Independent Commission Against Corruption and the Secretariat of the Head of State are supervised.
All newly built housing nationwide must meet the intensity requirements that can withstand magnitude 10 earthquakes, and at the beginning of community planning, public resources and facilities such as parking spaces, public green spaces, supermarkets, medical care, education, etc. must be designed reasonably. In the end, high-rise residential buildings must be designed with one helicopter apron per 100 households. When building their own private land, the helicopter apron is a must-built facility.
The Kingdom guarantees the basic communication requirements of each citizen. The three major networks of TV, mobile communication and Internet will be connected to any location in the Kingdom (except for exile zones, except during prison sentences). Anyone (regardless of nationality) can enjoy the three major networks of high-quality in the territory of the Kingdom of New Zealand and the territorial waters at any time. The state issues a monthly communication subsidy of S$26 for citizens holding green ID cards. Citizens holding red ID cards only enjoy free TV viewing services. The monthly subsidy standard for citizens holding blue ID cards is S$10. (To be continued...)
