578 Dangerous Enemy

His tank trembled slightly, then began to shake violently, and the entire chariot began to move forward, leaving a cloud of blue smoke behind him.

The three tanks were moving forward in the slightly faded fog. Following these tanks were soldiers of the National Defense Army who were ready for combat.

These German soldiers have experienced many battles, from Poland to France, and have their footprints and figures. There is no doubt that they are the most powerful infantry in the world.

Even with half of his body exposed, Carlyus could feel the rhythmic roar generated by the engine inside the tank.

The houses in the small village in the distance could be vaguely seen. The soldiers of the National Wehrmacht put another machine gun behind a gap in a fence next to the field, followed by a sound of pulling the bolt.

Karyus knew that they were now very close to the line of defense that the Soviet army might have existed, so he had to drill into the turret of his tank and closed the hatch.

"Joseph! Search for the target directly in front of you! If you find something, open the fire immediately." He ordered while closing the hatch door.

"I understand!" Joseph pulled the bolt of the heading machine gun in his position and made a rustling sound.

The bullets were loaded and the battle was ready. No one knew what would happen in the next second. Everyone was waiting anxiously.

"Kent! What are you looking at on the flanks? Hiss... Hiss..." Inside the headphones, the company commander's voice became a little blurred.

The radio seemed to have a little interference, which was not good news. The lack of communication in combat would seriously offset the cooperative advantage between German troops.

"Boom!" When Carlyus was still thinking about the bad communication, he felt his chariot swaying slightly. He knew that the sound just now was an explosion, but he was not sure what exactly exploded.

It may be that the tanks on his own side opened fire, or it may be that the enemy's shells fell down and the explosion formed.

In the slightly dim and narrow tank cockpit, he knew nothing, and everything around him could only determine what was happening through limited observation and observation.

"Damn!" After he complained, he quickly shouted to his gunman: "Tyre! Stay calm! Has anyone found the target? Car No. 2! Kent! What happened? Are you firing? Answer quickly!"

"Hiss...hiss...car No. 1...what are you?...I can't hear clearly..." Kent's intermittent answer came from his headphones: "1...drive...hell!"

The leaking house was raining all night long, the battle had just begun, and the communication in the tank became no longer stable. The sound of current interference made Carlyus feel a little irritable.

"Fire!...Fire!" Another voice shouted at the same time. It looked like it was in the company commander's tank, and he was giving attack orders to his subordinates.

"Bastard! The company commander and the others opened fire! Erich! Stop!" Karyus got up from his seat and was in a hurry to open the hatch door above his head: "Car No. 2! Fire smoke bombs! Cover the company commander's tank! Quick!"

"Smoke...bomb! I fired!" Kent's answer from Car No. 2 was slightly more coherent. It seemed that communication was just a habitual and sometimes bad: "Fire!"

"Boom!" As soon as he lifted his hatchback, Carlyus heard the loud noise of cannons outside. Fortunately, he was still wearing headphones, otherwise he would have been unable to hear anything now.

Car No. 2 started fire, and the dust that was rushing to his face was lifted by the airflow still forced him to retreat into the tank turret, closed the hatch door and cursed loudly: "Damn it."

"Stop! Erich! Stop! I'll say it again! Stop! Bastard!" Carlyus felt a sense of fear in his heart and kept shouting and scolding.

Logically speaking, the Soviets would never put such great pressure on him. Few weapons could threaten the Leopard tank at this distance, but today he still felt danger.

Just like the instinct of a beast, Carlyus felt that today's Soviet troops seemed a little abnormal, and that irritability lingered in his heart.

Finally, he felt his tank stop, so he pushed open the hatch again and drilled out.

He picked up the telescope hanging on his chest and looked at the small village in front of him. Because of the morning mist, he still found nothing.

In the telescope, he saw several Soviet soldiers firing at the company commander's tank. The other party did not use tracer bullets, so he couldn't see clearly whether there were other Soviet soldiers.

"Where did the explosion just now come from?" He frowned, hoping to find the culprit.

Unfortunately, his efforts failed. When a bullet hit his hatch, Carlyus realized the danger and decisively retracted into his tank.

"Tyr! What did you see? I didn't find anything!" Carlyus, who had retracted into the tank, asked his gunnery before he gave up.

"You didn't find anything when you went out. What else can I find with my field of vision so narrow? Hell!" The cannon leader Tyre complained, and continued to search for the enemy's position with his scope with a very high magnification but a very narrow field of vision.

The cannon leader also has observation mirrors with a wide field of view, but because of morning fog, the observation mirror cannot effectively search for targets.

So Tyre can only use this method to observe with a maximum-magnification sighting for the cannon, hoping to find any clues.

"Tyr! Direction at 11 o'clock! Have you seen those infantry? Don't aim, shoot the grenades out!" Since you can't find the target, kill the enemy you can see first. Karyus' attitude is very firm, and he will first attack the enemy as much as possible.

Although he did not see the enemy tank, Karyus still did not dare to be careless and quickly pressed the throat telephone and said loudly: "William! Armor Piercing Bullets! Prepare to load! Faster! Faster!"

He felt his tank's turret slowly rotate with his orders. The cannon in front of the turret pointed in the direction he needed. At this time, Carlyus found that the smoke from vehicle No. 2 was floating, seriously affecting his vision.

"It's so damn! It's really a mess!" Although I've experienced many battles, today's battle has been full of chaos.

The German soldiers following Karyus were firing violently, and the sound of machine guns was dense. However, due to the fog, Karyus could not see the fierce battle situation at all.

"Did the infantry find something? Ask them where the enemy is! I can't see! I can't see!" Karyus shouted loudly at the radio in depression.

"Hiss...hiss...I...don't see..." Kent's answer was still intermittent in the radio, making Carlyus want to smash the radio inside the tank.

"Joseph! Adjust the radio again! I can't hear anything, hell!" In desperation, Carlyus had no choice but to order to adjust his radio frequency at this time.

"Boom!" At this moment, Carlyus felt his tank shake a huge shock. Because he did not tighten the handrail beside him, he was shaken.

Hurryingly grabbed the thing around him, Carlyus realized that his tank had fired, but he did not observe the battlefield, so he could not see where the shells were flying.

In fact, Tyre aimed at the Soviet positions in the distance, and a high-explosive grenade did have the effect of suppressing.

The explosion suddenly silenced the Soviet machine guns, and the German soldiers took the opportunity to push forward for a short distance.

"The company commander's tank is reversing! I saw him reversing." Driver Erich shouted to Karyus.

"Keep moving forward! We can't cover the infantry when we stop here! Go over the smoke bomb! It's bad enough to have thick fog blocked the view." Karyus gritted his teeth and prepared to move forward with a tough bullet.

"The Russians... have... tanks!" A sentence appeared in the company commander's radio.

Karyus listened to this reminder and didn't know what to say to be good. There were too many Soviet tanks. What kind of tank was it? Please explain it clearly?

If it is t-26, there is basically no difference between having and not having. But if it is a big guy like kv-1, you have to be cautious.

"Boom!" At this time, Car No. 2 fired its high-explosive shells, and a house in a Soviet village collapsed, causing even more intense black smoke.

Obviously, Car No. 2 did not find its target at all. I don’t know whether it was for its courage or to vent its anger. It opened fire at will and hit a building directly in front of it.

This is obviously a blind shot, and it doesn't seem to have any other effect other than making it more troublesome to find the target.

Karyus' tank was passing through the smoke formed by the smoke bomb little by little. At this moment, the loud noise that provoked the battle happened again.

A huge shell flew out of the small village and directly hit the car next to the 1st Company Commander's seat car that was reversing.

The distance was about ten meters, and the black smoke formed by the explosion almost flooded the company commander's leopard tank.

At this time, Carlyus was poking his head out of the car to direct the direction. He could see clearly that there was an enemy attacking them, and it was an enemy that looked very dangerous.

"Company Commander! Company Commander! Someone is attacking you! Accelerate and reverse! Accelerate and reverse!" I wonder if the other party could hear it, Carlyus pressed down his phone and shouted desperately, hoping that the other party could hear his reminder.
