Chapter 505

The immortality pursued by practitioners is actually a process of "increasing yang and eliminating yin".

Regarding the issue of life, there are two ways for people to choose from.

Human life activities are maintained by the essence and energy. Those who are good at maintaining the essence and energy will live forever, otherwise they will live for a short life. Longevity or short life can only be chosen by the person themselves.

In fact, it is not very difficult to live forever. The medicine for immortality lies with people themselves, but people themselves don’t know it.

Everyone has the medicine for immortality, but they are in vain. Everyone is born with the medicine for immortality, but you have lost your direction and throw it away in vain.

What does this immortal medicine refer to? It refers to the essence of a person.

Essence and energy are inherently yang; turbid, qi and other diseases in the human body belong to yin.

If you do not know how to maintain health, the yang energy is exhausted and becomes a pure yin body, then you will be dead.

If you know how to maintain health, and through cultivation, you can refine all the Yin residue and become a pure yang body, then you will be an immortal, and the immortal will live the most forever.

Ghosts are pure yin, immortals are pure yang. Humans are half yin and half yang, so they do not leave life and death.

If you lack the yin half, you will become an immortal, and if you lack the yang half, you will become a ghost. Therefore, friends are among immortals or ghosts.

People are half ghosts and half immortals. In front of people, there are only two ways to go: one is the road to immortality, and the other is the road to death. Where should people go, they can only choose by themselves!

If the person chooses the path to immortality, he must cultivate his own essence, because essence is the medicine for immortality.

Cultivating essence is the only right way to immortality. Please remember this sentence, which is very beneficial.

People who want to live a healthy and long life are absolutely inseparable from cultivating essence and energy. Immortals and real people are also formed by accumulation of essence and energy. The "Classics" say: Immortals and Taoists do not have spirits, but accumulate essence and energy to become true.

Even immortals need to accumulate energy, let alone ordinary people!

There are six immortals, but in fact, there are only five. One is human immortals. Human immortals are used to refine the essence of the essence and replenish the essence of immortals to cultivate the foundation of immortal cultivation. However, they can nourish and not be separated from life and death. This is the immortal among the person.

Human and immortals are to refine the essence of the essence and replenish the vitality. This is the most basic thing in cultivating immortals. At the same time, it can also make people's body strong.

Humans and immortals are also humans, so why are they called immortals?

The essence of human immortals is much more abundant than that of people who do not practice, and their lifespan is much longer than that of people who do not practice.

Immortals have the meaning of longevity, so they are called human immortals.

After practicing on the basis of human and immortals, you can enter the realm of earthly immortals.

Earth Immortals are used to refine their vitality and form internal elixirs, and there is no risk of leakage. However, they can be used to keep the land and keep the dust away. This is the earthly immortal.

The earth immortal refined his vitality and formed inner elixirs, and refined into an unobstructed body.

To form elixir, one must refine vital energy. Pills are the ones that form vital energy. Then practice and enter the wonderful realm of celestial immortals.

A celestial immortal is to refine the vital energy and transform the vital spirit. It has the magical powers. Water and fire are harmless. It is also known as a celestial immortal. It is also known as a celestial immortal.

Refining the spirit and becoming empty, literally, what is refined is the Yang God, but in fact, what is refined is also the Qi.

The Yang God is the true qi of the void of heaven and earth.

The above, from humans to celestial immortals, they are all cultivating the essence and energy of the essence.

Different positions of standpoints are different, and the understanding of immortals is different. For example, most people often say: Happiness is like a longevity. A free and easy heart is an immortal, no fatigue in the heart is the Tao, and selfless heart is a saint.

What is an immortal? A healthy and immortal person is an immortal.

A long-lived person has a bright mind, selfless and desireless person, and is free and easy. This is both a Tao, a saint, and an immortal.

If you want to live like an immortal, you can only cultivate the Yuanjing Xuanqi. The Yuanjing Xuanqi becomes Yang, and the process of cultivating the Yuanjing Xuanqi is the process of "increasing yang and eliminating yin".

"The Justification of Heavenly Immortals" says: "To eliminate one part of Yin, let the Yang add one part. To remove two part of three part of four part of Yin, then add two part of three part of four part of Yang. Gradually, the part will be able to eliminate ten part of Yin, and add ten part of Yang, which is called pure Yang."

Therefore, the ancients said: If the Yang is not exhausted, it will not die; if the Yin is not exhausted, it will not be immortal."

Adding a little bit of yang will eliminate a little bit of yin, which means that the immortals who live in immortality are closer and far away from death.

Add two points, three points, four points, five points, and five points, and two points, three points, four points, five points, and five points, which shows that the immortals of immortality are closer to two points, three points, four points, and five points, and are far away from two points, three points, four points, and five points, for death.

Gradually, the yin in the whole body is eliminated and the body becomes a pure yang body, and the ultimate goal of immortality is achieved.

The process of cultivating essence is a process of health and longevity. As long as you persist, you will definitely live much longer than ordinary people.

The mysticism in the Taoist sect is an important part of the Taoist belief system that cannot be ignored. It is related to the theory of "Tao" and the practice of "art". Even the entire Taoist sect can be integrated into the mysterious experience of Taoist practitioners.

Here, starting from mysticism, we step by step into the mysterious experience of Taoist practitioners.

Mysticism is a very common phenomenon. It is not difficult for people to find the shadow of mysticism in secular life, and it is even more common in the religious world.

No matter which religion is studied, people cannot avoid the understanding of mysticism. In the broadest sense, people usually classify such a phenomenon as mysticism, that is, the objects people face or experience, the feelings they experience cannot be described and explained with empirical common sense or rational reasoning, beyond the realm that people can grasp.

People even hear a certain song or a certain lyric, and suddenly realize it or suddenly realize it, and feel like they are waking up from a dream.

The simplest prototype of mysticism seems to be the kind of feeling that sometimes a person can get a deeper understanding of the meaning of a motto or a formula.

Such a form of mysticism is not surprising whether in people's daily lives or in advanced religious experiences, because it is such a broad concept.

However, the narrow meaning of mysticism seems to limit the scope to the religious field. One of the more popular views is that mysticism is the mysterious experience of feeling the encounter with God, being with God, and being one with God, and being with God, which is a mysterious state of consciousness.

The core or key of mysticism is positioned at the mysterious experience, which is a higher form of religious experience, in which the subject feels the presence of God or some ultimate reality that leads to the expansion of consciousness and the feeling of transcending the daily world.

Even religion is equal to personal religion and personal experience. Only with the personal feeling and taste of the sacred object can a true religion be produced. If an individual loses communication with the gods and loses his personal feeling of the sacred, religion will not exist.

The power of divine originated from the direct sense of people’s personal and gods. Here, the personal mysterious experience is elevated to the supreme point of religion and becomes the basis for the establishment of religion.

However, the object of mysterious experience, namely the supernatural and the ultimate of the superhuman world, is relativistic, and the culture in which the experiencer lives and experiences get different references and explanations.

Tao is the highest realm of Taoism, so achieving Taoism becomes the ultimate goal pursued by Taoists.

So what exactly does this "Tao" look like and how can you "achi Tao"?

These two problems constitute the key to the entire Taoist system, and become the source of Taoist mysticism, and the fundamental reason why Taoist disciples strive to pursue mysterious experiences.

Mysticism is a discipline that integrates practice and secret knowledge, and is a personal religion that has risen to the highest level.

This definition of mysticism may be most suitable for Taoism. Not only is the theoretical knowledge about Taoism mysterious, but the practice of how to attain Tao also has more mysterious colors than other religions. In Taoism, the former is called "Tao" and the latter is called "Science".

It seems that it is an indisputable fact that the Taoist theory is based on Taoist philosophy.

Although the understanding of Tao is diverse in different periods and different theories, these interpretation states do not exceed the scope of the interpretation of the Taishang Laojun philosophical system.

In the Sutra, he described the "Tao" in a clear and vague word: "Tao can be told, it is very Tao... it is mysterious and mysterious, the door to all wonders", "This is called a trance and a sign of nothingness, it is called a vague and daze, and when you are welcome, you cannot see its head, and then you cannot see its back." "There are things mixed together, and they are born before the heaven and earth, and they are silent and unchanged, and they can be the mother of the world. I don't know its name, and strongly called it Dao, and strongly called it Great", "Tao gives birth to one, one gives birth to two, two gives birth to three, and three gives birth to all things".

It is probably in vain to try to define "Tao" based on these words from the Emperor Taishang Laojun. He seemed to express the entire "Tao", but he seemed to say nothing.

As the metaphysical creator, "Tao" is the essence of all things, the law of operation of all things, the complete collection of the universe, the sum and unity of heaven, earth, and man, nature and traces to follow, creation and all things absorb all things, and it is also the essence, creation, nature, and regularity of "Tao" has become the theoretical foundation for Taoism to rely on.

However, how can physical language define a slight slight metaphysical way that exists and does not exist?

Indescribability is the mystery of "Tao", and it also gives the mysterious experience in Taoism a philosophical basis.

The same mystery and trance also provide the ultimate possibility of unity with Tao and becoming an immortal. Since any word is redundant, incompatible and inadequate, it becomes a natural thing to rely on the soul to experience it and strive to pursue unity with Tao.
