The journey is far and near, and the time is long and gradual, and the result is no different.
When you first practice meditation, it is the most difficult to eliminate the false mind, the most difficult to remove the distracting thoughts, and the most difficult to calm down the dryness.
The method of curing is to preserve the true mind to eliminate the false mind, to preserve the right mind, to remove distracting thoughts, and to preserve the vital energy to remove the dry energy.
When the mind dies, the myth will be true; when the thoughts stop, the gods will be healthy; when the energy is calm, the spirit will be peaceful. The three methods are always "controlling the mind in one place"!
The mind stops in the rules and is called concentrating the mind, the mind rests in the rules and is called purifying the mind, and the energy return to the rules and is called regulating the breath.
When the mind is concentrated, the mind is calm (when the mind moves, the mind is tired), when the mind is pure, the thoughts stop (when the mind is long, the mind is confused), when the energy is hidden, the breath is clear (when the breath is thick, the breath is floating).
In this way, you can embrace the spirit and energy, and the mind and breath depend on each other, and enter the state of great concentration of no mind, no thought, no intention, no breath.
If you concentrate on the abyss, your mind will not rush outside; if you do not involve things, and the fire will not move in the middle. If you concentrate on the rules, your spirit will not roam outside; if you relax on things, your energy will not sway its essence. The spirit and energy will grow inside, and the holy fetus will be formed. This is the first method of meditation and health preservation. The effect of meditation is to be able to cure diseases and prolong life.
The way to protect one's body is to maintain peace of mind and nourish the kidneys. If the heart can be at peace, the fire in the nest will not flush; if the kidney can be at peace, the water in the Kan will not flush. If the fire is at peace, there will be no disease of the spirit shaking, and the heart will become more peaceful. If the water does not jump out, there will be no thought of essence discharge, and the kidneys will become clearer. If the kidneys are at peace, the life fire will not rush upwards, and if the heart is at peace, the magic fire can shine down.
The spirit, energy and essence are condensed, and they form fetal breathing, which can cure diseases and prolong life.
There are ways to cure diseases. If you have weak diseases, you should keep your thoughts and restrain your mind, keep your mind in mind, and keep your efforts at the inside to replenish it. If you have practical diseases, you should massage and guide it, and if you work externally, you should disperse it. If you have fever diseases, you should vomit the old and take the new, and you should cool it out of your mouth and nose. If you have cold diseases, you should keep your breath and keep your breath, and use your mind to generate fire to warm it.
These four methods can be a shortcut to curing diseases, which is far better than taking medicines such as grass, wood, metal and stone.
These two principles are very simple and thorough. Only the method of meditation and sitting alchemy has nine signs and three gates: the three gates of the first gate can cure all diseases; the six gates of the middle gate can prevent all diseases and return to old age; and the state of the last gate can reach the nine gates, then they have entered the state of the holy realm.
Therefore, those who practice meditation and still suffer from illness must not say that they have skill. Meditation is actually meditating, and doing skill will not be done. Therefore, if you don’t meditate, you have to do it wholeheartedly. This is not the name.
When meditation and practice pills, there is a difference between the adult body and the innocent body. Adult humans are all bodies that have been broken and leaked, and their essence and energy have been damaged. They must first repair the body to replenish Li and Qian, return the innocent body, and then work harder.
The innocent body has no leakage, and has not broken Qian and become Li. There is no need to do the replenishment of Kan Realm and Li. It is enough to do only one pure yang upper work. Therefore, the two methods of cultivation and the methods of the lower methods are also different.
Sitting in meditation and remedy the elixir, it is generally said that refining essence into qi, refining qi into spirit, refining spirit into emptiness.
I don’t know how to use the three methods, and it is to refine Qi.
The key is to refining qi and replenish the body, and refining the body and replenishing essence as the first link.
Refining Qi and replenishing essence, refining essence and replenishing qi is the second ring.
Refining Qi and replenishing spirits, refining spirits and replenishing essences is the third ring.
Refining Qi into God, refining God into Immortality is the fourth ring.
Refining the emptiness and combining the Tao, and participating in the Tao and entering the truth is the fifth ring, which is the way of living in heaven...
The ancient true saying: "Qi is the medicine for adding years, and the heart is the spirit of qi!" The main thing to do is Qi. At the end of Qi, use the innate true qi, instead of ordinary qi, that is, the breathing qi.
