【1209 Informal talks with Prime Minister】

Earl Andrachy came to visit the Emperor of China in person. This was originally a normal etiquette for a country, but Emperor of China was treated too much coldly some time ago, so he felt a little warm.

Of course, political interactions cannot be emotional. Hua Huang only feels that it is not bad in his personal opinion.

"Hello, Mr. Prime Minister." Emperor Hua took the initiative to extend his hand.

Earl Andrashi was originally mentally prepared for the appearance of Emperor Hua. What is a nine-year-old person probably looking like? Whether it is Eastern or Western, or a young man, it is not that way. But when Emperor Hua appeared in a straight suit, Emperor Hua's demeanor and calm temperament still shocked Earl Andrashi.

Earl Andrachy smiled and stretched out his hand, holding it with Emperor Hua's hand, "Hello, Your Majesty."

The cute president smiled slightly: "Let me introduce it. This is my wife and this is my secretary-general."

The cute CEO politely introduced Princess Jen and Princess Katrina Kaif to Earl Andrachy. This is a foreign etiquette. Any event he takes his wife to attend will appear formal and respectful.

Count Andrach smiled and nodded slightly: "Hello, two ladies."

Princess Jane and Princess Katrina Kaif performed a European court ceremony at the same time, "Good Earl."

Andrahi was born in a Hungarian aristocratic family in what is now Slovakia. He is now in his fifties and almost sixty.

In 1845, Count Andrashi participated in the Hungarian patriotism movement, in 1846, joined the radical reform party led by Rajosh Kosut, and entered the Hungarian parliament in 1847. During the European Revolution in 1848, he served as the battalion commander.

After Hungary was defeated, he first went into exile in Istanbul, then in London and Paris for ten years. He was absent from the referee in 1851 and was hanged with a simulated image.

During his exile, he discovered the various contradictions in the French society of Louis Napoleon Bonaparte, doubted the restoration of the country by relying on France, and realized that to maintain Hungary's interests, one should maintain close cooperation with the Austrian Empire rather than complete independence.

He was pardoned in 1857 and returned to China. He joined a moderate political party led by the wise man Ferenc Deak. He was elected vice chairman of the party in December 1865. In January 1866, he became the representative of Hungary to Vienna and asked Emperor Franz Joseph I not to regard Hungary as part of the empire, but to rule Hungary alone as the king of Hungary.

When he appeared at the Vienna Palace in an embroidered gold coat and a tiger-skin cloak, he immediately won the favor of Queen Elizabeth (Sisi).

The beautiful queen had her first deep conversation with the charismatic count of Hungary, and Queen Elizabeth said: "Look, if the emperor had trouble in Italy, I would be very painful, if the same thing happened in Hungary, it would be fatal to me."

Three weeks later, the Ao-Emperor and his wife appeared in the Hungarian capital, with Count Andrashi accompanying the queen. Rumors about the queen's fondness spread in the country like wildfire.

During the six-week trip, the Queen's speech to the Hungarian Parliament was undoubtedly the highest peak. "May the Almighty God give you the most blessed." Sissi's fluent and emotional Hungarian language echoed over the Parliament. The audience was deeply moved by her. According to a member of parliament, "Tears remained on everyone's cheeks."

After the P-Austrian War, after the threat of Queen Elizabeth and the former Prime Minister Saxony and the then Austrian Foreign Minister Friedrich Ferdinand von Boyst, the Austrian Emperor agreed to establish a binary Austro-Hungarian Empire.

Earl Andrashi became the first prime minister and minister of national defense in the Kingdom of Hungary. Ferenc Deak excitedly called Andrashi the great politician whom God gave to Hungary.

He put the 800-year-old Hungarian crown on the emperor and queen, then raised his arms and shouted long live the king and long live the queen.

As soon as Andrahi became the throne of prime minister, he immediately began to deal with government affairs. Despite the opposition from the Vienna court's anti-Mazar conservative forces, he still established the Hungarian National Guard. He also signed the Croatia-Hungarian Agreement, consolidating Hungary's sovereignty over Transsinia and ensuring national territorial integrity.

Andrashi successfully adjusted the government and promulgated a series of enlightened laws, including the Nationality Act promulgated in 1868. Under Andrashi's governance, the Hungarian autocratic newspaper censorship system relaxed controls, and Jews in Hungary also gained equal citizenship.

In diplomacy, Andrahi's performance was also remarkable. It was precisely because of his firm opposition that the dual monarchy remained neutral in the Franco-Prussian War.

After becoming the foreign minister of the Austro-Hungarian Empire on September 14, 1871, he immediately set out to establish friendly diplomatic relations with the New German Empire established after the Franco-Prussian War. He stated: "Our policy is to uphold peace, which is clear, frank, and unswerving."

Count Andrachy worked tirelessly to establish a partnership with his new allies, German Prime Minister Otto von Bismarck.

Andrachi also achieved a world-renowned achievement, which was to host the 1873 Vienna World Expo, which was held to showcase the new look of Austria. He told the world that despite the shame of 1866, Austria still remains a powerful European country.

7 million people appeared at the fair, including many celebrities from various countries, Carol I of Romania, Vittorio Emanuele II of Italy, Tsar Alexander II, Queen Isabel II of Spain, Queen Olga of Greece, King William I of the Netherlands and Queen William I of Germany.

Among them, the visit of Nasldingsha, the king of the Persian Caga dynasty, was a joke between the royal courts during the Expo. He specifically ran over to see Princess Sissi's beauty.

The Expo ended in heavy rain, the coachman's strike, and the securities firm collapsed. Queen Sissi also fell ill.

When she recovered from the illness and went to Hungary, she found that Andrahi was no longer with her.

The queen was surprised to find that Andrach now looked at the emperor's interests above hers.

Now the intimacy between them has disappeared. Andrahi is now focusing on governing the country.

However, while serving in this dual monarchy, Andrahi soon encountered his troublesomeness.

In order to prevent the Russians from infiltration into the Balkan countries to the west (Russia-Turkish War in 1876).

At the Berlin Conference held in 1878, Andrahi agreed to the Austro-Hungarian Empire to occupy Bosnia and Herzegovina, the territory of the Ottoman Empire. This move caused great disgust in the empire. He has been busy with imperial affairs for 12 years. Andrahi has felt extremely tired and tired.

Since his Hungarian manor needed him to take care of him, he began to eagerly resign and return home.

Emperor Franz Joseph still needed the assistance of this former opponent, so he persuaded Andrassi to work for another six months.

Emperor Hua smiled and held Count Andrashi's hand, and the two walked into the inn.

"Thank you, the Prime Minister, for visiting in person, let's eat and talk?" Hua Huang suggested. This is also a habit of respecting Europeans. Europeans seem to spend one-quarter to one-fifth of the day at the dinner table, and the life of the nobles is even more exaggerated, even one-third.

Count Andrach nodded, "Okay, respectful Majesty."

Of course, the cute CEO would not be confused by others' polite words, but a politician like Count Andrach, who has a high position and high reputation, would still be very helpful to Emperor Hua.

While walking, Emperor Hua praised Count Andrach's outstanding contributions to the Austro-Hungarian Empire and Hungary.

The conversation between Emperor Hua had specific content, so Count Andrach could naturally listen to it. This was not a flashy praise, but a sign that Emperor Hua had a very profound knowledge and knew a lot about him.

As Austria has been in a state of war with Türkiye in the southeast direction for a long time, and the division and inheritance of the existing heritage in the early modern times, the land exchange and geographical map between dynasties have great variability.
