The red sun listened to the teachings of the Buddha.

However, he did not expect that he would be sent to the legendary three realms of Buddhism and Taoism by the spiritual power of the deceased venerable.

The three realms in Buddhism are different from the three realms in the outside world.

The three stages of Buddhism were developed by Buddha, the founder of Buddhism.

That is, the form realm, the desire realm and the formless realm.

Among them is the so-called color realm.

That is Mount Sumeru, the headquarters of Buddhism itself.

Disciples in the world of color practice the most basic magical powers in Buddhism.

Among them, those with qualifications and talents will be selected to enter the realm of desire.

In the realm of desire, they will experience six tests.

Each of these six tests is a very powerful test.

Legend has it that countless people will fail at every level.

In the end, he becomes a slave to desire.

Stay in this world forever.

It is precisely because of this that this world is both opportunity and suffering.

And this realm of desire is the test left by the Buddha for his disciples.

For Buddhist disciples, this is an opportunity.

But for outsiders, this may be suffering.

Because many outsiders come here and will not accept the same test as Buddhist and Taoist disciples.

They have to accept two tests derived from the Buddha and this world.

In other words, they have to accept different tests.

And each level corresponds to two types.

Except that the tests in the last and sixth heavens are the same.

They will go through eleven kinds of tests in total.

That's why Red Sun was sent here by the deceased Venerable.

The deceased Venerable did not believe that the red sun could go out safely from here.

Because people who go here will most likely be left behind.

Stay forever.

And this final formless realm.

It is a very distant legend in Buddhism and Taoism.

The colorless realm is one of the three realms of Buddhism and is also called the colorless heaven by the Buddha.

The "color" here means material obstruction, and colorless means the absence of material obstruction, which means the state of freedom obtained by transcending the constraints of the material world.

It is through the practice of the four formless samadhis of being detached from matter, which is the method of contemplating the formless realm that the Buddha will now teach to Red Sun.

There are no material phenomena in the formless realm, leaving only the four characteristics of life: feeling, thinking, action, and consciousness.

Hongri is now just a Wutian saint.

But he can directly trigger the inheritance left by the Buddha.

This is not strong, but there are reasons for it.

The biggest reason for this is that Hongri has a calm heart.

He has been walking in the outer world for a long time.

He is used to seeing events of all races and classes.

Regarding the warmth and warmth of these people, right and wrong.

I have long been used to it.

Ordinary things can no longer shake his heart.

Even if you are facing the Buddha preaching in front of you.

He only immersed himself in it for a while and then woke up.

This is a very rare quality.

It is precisely because of such a heart that the inheritance left by the Buddha was triggered.

The Buddha wanted to use the magical power that he was most proud of in his life.

That is to say, the legendary contemplation method was taught to him.

The Buddha's way of contemplation is different from the way of contemplation of Buddhism today.

The Buddha's method of contemplation is called the method of contemplating the formless realm.

But when it achieves the great road, it is the magical power that is realized in the formless world.

This magical power combines insight and meditation.

Meditation is also a great magical power in Buddhism.

If Buddhist and Taoist disciples choose to practice meditation, they must first observe the precepts.

If you are not willing to abide by the precepts, it will be very difficult to practice meditation.

After observing the precepts, you must practice concentration, because usually people's minds are very distracted.

A distracted mind makes us lost. If we are lost, we cannot clearly observe the truth of the world.

But with concentration, we can deeply observe the truth of the world, namely suffering, impermanence, selflessness and emptiness.

This is the wisdom left by the Buddha!

Nowadays, in Buddhism, meditation has also given birth to countless methods.

It's so confusing, everyone has their own opinions.

But they couldn't convince each other.

Therefore, it is like observing the Dharma and allowing flowers to bloom.

And what Buddha taught to Hongri.

It is a very magical method.

It combines insight and meditation.

This magical power is divided into four realms.

The first level of realm is the boundless place of emptiness, which is the initial stage of the four formless places.

When you first practice the method of observing the formless realm, you must abandon the material world and concentrate on contemplating the boundless emptiness, so that your mind corresponds to the boundless emptiness. This is the so-called boundless place of emptiness.

The second is the place where consciousness is boundless. From rejecting the obstacles of the external material world, we can further cultivate our inner consciousness and observe the boundlessness of the heart and mind. This is the place where consciousness is boundless.

The third is the place of nothingness. It not only denies the obstacles of external matter, but also denies the inner consciousness, and only thinks that everything inside and outside has nothing. By cultivating this view of nothingness, you can obtain the retribution of rebirth in heaven, that is, the place of nothingness.

The last state is the place of neither thinking nor non-thinking, also known as the place of neither thinking nor non-thinking. It means that the practice of this heaven has reached a state of extreme tranquility and wonderfulness. It is called non-thinking because it is free of all kinds of rough thoughts.

I haven't finished thinking about it, and I still have to think about it carefully, so I think it's not necessary.

If Hongri can cultivate this magical power to the realm of a great god.

Then I'm afraid no one in the world will be able to escape his eyes.

Even if he faces existences at the level of saints from all walks of life.

He will not give in to anyone at all.

Because the formless realm viewing method itself is a very powerful magical power!

It can ignore the realm and observe the essence of things.

This is the state of Buddha.

This is the power of the supreme being.

Their supreme strength.

It also allows them to leave their name in history for hundreds of thousands of years.

Their real strength lies in their understanding of Tao and their strong hearts.
