Section 94, Interrogation

When Jenny woke up, she found herself in Rudolph's bedroom, who sat in front of the fireplace, and the fire at night made the room warm and the hay covered on the ground kept the room dry.

"Wake up?" Rudolph said to Jenny with a smile when he saw him stand up from the bed.

"Photo, Lord Regent." She said in a little panic.

"You shouldn't have been sent to the dungeon. You're scared by the prisoners there?" Rudolph said to Jenny.

"No, no, this is my job." Jenny said quickly shook her head.

"I can change your job. The maids in the castle are a good choice. Not only does the work be easy, but they also have the opportunity to meet the nobles." Rudolf said to Jenny. The maids in the castle are definitely not something ordinary people can do. They are usually born in aristocratic families or wealthy families with innocent families, because the castle is usually the political and military center of a county, and those who live in the castle are all nobles. If they can be favored by one or two nobles, they may be able to marry into the noble family when they are young and beautiful.

"No, I don't want to live in the castle." Jenny shook her head and refused. She knew very well that her identity was too low and she was not worthy of living in the castle at all.

"Are you sure? You know, the castle maids have their own separate rooms. Although they are relatively small, they are much better than the places where the maids live." Rudolph said to Jenny.

"I, I think everyone is pretty good. I like living with them." Jenny raised her head hard and said to Rudolf.

"Well, I need you to know that Jenny, you stand on my side when I'm in trouble, and I will always be your friend." Rudolph walked to Jenny, holding her shoulders with both hands, and said in a low and firm tone.

"Master Rudolph." Jenny looked at Rudolph in front of her, and a scene of the past appeared before her.

"Okay, I asked the cook to prepare some food, some fish and meat, and of course a pint of milk, which is good for restoring the body," Rudolph continued to say to Jenny.

"Mr. Rudolph, I, I have something to say." Jenny's eyes were tearful, and she shook her lips, as if she had made up her mind to say to Rudolph.

Benson in the dungeon watched several cockroaches crawl over, and the prisoners were a little hollow, and the prisoners could move, because their companions were now hanging on the gallows.

"Ahem, Jenny, you must save me." Benson muttered to himself, but felt that this might not work, so he turned to pray to God who usually doesn't pray very much.

"Cruff." Suddenly, the iron door of the dungeon opened, and the jailer was carrying an iron key around his waist, and the sound of the keys colliding came.

"They are coming, we are going to be hanged." The prisoners retreated in horror to the lower side of the gate, knowing that they would be hanged once they are captured.

"It's impossible, it's night, and they won't hang us at night." Benson tried his best to comfort his companions, knowing that whether it's hanging or beheading, it was to show others a kind of majesty of rights.

"Come out." The prison guard stood majestic in front of the iron gate. He shouted in a rough voice, the smell of rottenness in the dungeon made him even more annoyed.

"This is impossible. No one will be executed late at night." Benson said incredible.

"Who among you is the one-eyed wolf Benson, who was once the left and right deputy of the rebel Anthony." The jailer shouted into the dungeon with his waist.

Almost at the same time, the captives looked at Benson, and no one would be a hero in the face of death.

"Ha, it's a one-eyed wolf." The jailer grinned.

"Oh no, God!" Benson's face became even worse. He didn't expect that it would be his turn so soon.

In the castle, Rudolph left the room. He looked back at the door of the room and sighed slightly. He didn't expect that one day he would become so despicable, but there was nothing he could do about it.

"Master Rudolph, the man has been found, and he will be taken to the interrogation room." Maxiu flashed out of nowhere, and he said to Rudolph.

"When did you know about Benson and Jenny?" Rudolph asked curiously.

"A maid who often runs to the dungeon is suspicious, not to mention that there is a whistleblower among the captives." Maxiu shrugged and replied to Rudolph.

"When did you develop a whistleblower among the prisoners?" Rudolph was slightly surprised. Ma Xiu was always following him, and this guy had already installed informants among the prisoners without knowing it.

"It's easy to seduce someone in the face of death, Lord Regent." Ma Xiu smiled. He had been a villain and knew very well that when he put a knife on someone else's neck, he would almost agree to all requests.

"Very good. I only thought of using them to hang them, but you found a valuable guy for me." Rudolph was very satisfied. It seemed that it was very wise to promote Maxiu to the position of spy chief.

"Thank you for your praise, Lord Regent." Ma Xiu said humbly.

"Regent, I'm a little tired of this title." Rudolf said to Maxiu.

The interrogation room in the castle is located underground in the main tower. It used to be a cellar, but was later converted into an interrogation room by Count Schwartz and a professional interrogation officer was hired.

"Gudu." Benson was handcuffed to a chair. He looked at the leather belt that helped his hands and feet. A burly man wearing a black hood stood in front of him, on an old wooden table, with a scary leather cloth placed there. Of course, the scary thing was not the leather itself, but the dozens of sharp gadgets placed on the leather. This was the tool of torture.

"Cruff." The door of the interrogation room opened, Rudolph and Maxiu walked in, and the interrogation officer hurried forward and bowed to Rudolph.

"Regent."

"Well, it's this guy." Rudolph nodded slightly. He looked at Benson on the seat. The one-eyed guy looked a little embarrassed, but from the remaining eyes, Rudolph could see deep hatred, which was a feeling of resentment.

"He also planned to assassinate you." Maxiu hurriedly stepped forward and said in Rudolph's ear.

"Oh, then the interrogator, let's see your ability now." Rudolph raised his brows, and he said to the interrogator with some disgust.

"Of course, it is my supreme honor to be able to show my skills in front of the Regent himself." The interrogator was a little excited. His shoulders couldn't help but shake a few times, and his face under the mask showed a smile. Then he walked to the wooden table and used his rough fingers to stroke the sharp tools one by one, just like stroking his lover.

"Oh, God Maria." Benson whined. He didn't know which part had gone wrong, which put him in such a sad situation.
