340 The Traveler from Another World (Part 1)

At the end of the last month, the weather has become much cooler, especially when the two moons are walking in the sky and the evening wind is gradually rising, even strong warriors will wrap themselves in a cloak.

To the north of Fresling, in a small cave near Xuemanling, a caravan had already set up a bonfire. The hired soldiers sat around the bonfire in groups, baking some hard bread with the temperature of the flames.

A gust of wind blew from the entrance of the cave, and the bonfire shook a few times, and a shadow appeared at the entrance of the cave, and the moonlight pulled his shadow very long, but did not illuminate his face.

"Who?"

Two soldiers who were close to the exit put down the cake, picked up the weapon in the other hand, got up, but did not approach it rashly.

The visitor didn't care about the bright weapon. It was normal for him to be wary of outsiders when walking outside. Moreover, this was just an ordinary cave, not a settlement where caravans often set up camp. It was normal for him to be a little cautious. And then again, the other party was afraid that he would be ill-behaved, and he was afraid that there were many people on the other side and rob him.

"Like you, just an unlucky traveler."

He said, taking off his hood and revealing a young face—especially compared to the weather-beaten warriors.

"Unlucky traveler?"

The caravan's guards obviously did not believe the young people's words. In this wilderness, the junction of the two major territories, it is as normal to meet bandits and robbers as eating and drinking water. They are not a place where everyone can walk at will.

Others also picked up weapons one after another, and several archers pulled the bowstring in half, pointing the arrows to the ground in front of them. As long as the young man had any abnormal movement, they would shoot him and kill him as soon as possible.

"Of course, I am just an unlucky traveler who can defend himself by summoning a little. Don't be so nervous, look," the young man smiled, and then chanted a spell that no one could understand: "I summon here as a traveler in a different time and space. Willy, the powerful warrior, the patron saint of the weak, comes here, and fight with a sword in my name!"

As soon as he finished speaking, countless gray-white dots of light appeared in front of him and quickly gathered, forming a gray-white portal. Unlike the oval shapes of other summoning spells, they were like an illusory portal. This portal was like an ordinary gate made of gray-white stones, square and edges and corners, and gray-white ripples rippled in the middle of the gate.

"Listen to your call." Along with a powerful answer, a tall figure walked out of the portal.

At the same time, a faint voice sounded in Al's heart: "Master, can we not read such a second-rate line next time? I almost didn't want to come out."

"How is this... possible!"

In the caravan, the leader of the caravan who had learned some magic knowledge couldn't help but exclaim. He had never seen such a portal, nor had he ever heard of any summoning technique that could summon a living person!

"We are mortals in the end."

The young man smiled and replied to a proverb, snapped his fingers again, and some grayish white spots appeared, and a set of steel swords and shields condensed in the hands of the summoned person.

"Now, can I rest here for a night?"

"certainly!"

The caravan leader nodded and waved his hand to ask the guards to put away their weapons and watched the young man walk to the corner of the cave. The guards he summoned began to clean up the weeds and gravels and spread the bedding.

Seeing this, the caravan leader also put down his doubts, thought for a while, picked up two bottles of fruit wine, and walked towards the young man. He had just been wary of this person being the outpost of the robbers, but the ability shown by this person dispelled many of his concerns. How could a young man with such a heritage be so bored that he joined the robbers?

And even if the other party is malicious, just a summoned warrior is not enough to threaten the caravan, and the chamber of commerce behind them is not afraid of the forces behind these inheritors.

"This leader, are you?"

Seeing the caravan leader walking towards this side, the young man showed a puzzled expression, but the caravan leader could see clearly that there was a hint of smile in the young man's eyes.

"I saw that the guy didn't bring a lot of luggage, so he sent some wine and food. It was a pity to you for his disrespect to his subordinates just now."

The caravan leader pretended not to see the teasing in the young man's eyes, put down the fruit wine and jerky in his hand, and sat opposite the young man with a smile: "I wonder where the guy is going?"

The young man turned his head and thought about it, suddenly laughed, reached out and took a bottle of fruit wine and took a big mouthful, then replied, "I came out this time and wanted to travel around. I have no decision on where to go now. I don't know where the leader's caravan is going?"

When the caravan leader saw him drinking, he immediately laughed: "We are about to return to Xueman City. If the guy doesn't dislike it, why not go on the road together?"

"Okay, the legendary Xueman City, I have long wanted to see it," the young man nodded with a smile, and extended his right hand to the leader of the caravan: "Just as the leader calls me Yisu, please take care of me in the future."

"Locke, just call me Uncle Locke," the caravan leader also smiled and stretched out his right hand, held Yisu's forearm and shook it, "When we return to Xueman City, uncle will treat you well."

"I'm not polite then!"

Yisu smiled heartily and waved to Willie, who was busy beside him. Willie immediately understood and picked up the paved bedding and walked towards the open space next to the campfire.

Yisu also picked up the fruit wine and jerky, chatted with Old Locke, and walked towards the bonfire. With the leaping fire, Yisu finally saw the emblem on the wooden box on the other side. Seeing the familiar signs of the sharp sword and arrow intertwined, Yisu couldn't help but exclaim.

Old Lock followed Yisu's gaze and laughed: "Why, little brother, do you recognize the emblem of our chamber of commerce?"

"I just came out of the Silent City of Black Restoration this morning. The dwarf lift was still engraved with this sign. Do you think I can recognize it?" Yisu complained wildly, but said, "I heard someone say it before, and after hearing it a lot, I will naturally write it down."

"Ah haha!" Old Rock suddenly grinned: "That's natural. Thanks to Lord Lord and our president, our Liar Chamber of Commerce is now not only famous in Skyrim Province, but also in the entire northern continent!"

"Lord? The Lord of Xueman City?"

Yisu was a little confused. Isn’t this Liar Arrow Chamber of Commerce the industry of the “strongest time traveler”? What does it have to do with Balguff, the lord of Xueman City? Could it be that Balguff was killed in the civil war and that guy replaced Balguff?

Hearing Yisu's question, Old Locke stared at Yisu with a strange smile on his face. Until Yisu couldn't help but look down at his crotch, he said, "Lord Balguff has also helped a lot. It is said that he has directly exempted all taxes from our chamber of commerce. But what I am talking about is Lord Lord of Silent City, heroes against vampires, master of the demon army, demon lord of black surrender, Lord Sawyer!"

"That guy has a lot of names!" Yisu felt a little sad, but his face pretended to be enlightened: "It's him! Even at home, I have heard of many deeds of Lord Sawyer! I didn't expect that, I didn't expect you to..."

Seeing Yisu's "excited to incoherence", Old Locke smiled even happier. Even the guards and archers laughed, and the originally somewhat unfamiliar atmosphere suddenly became harmonious.

It turns out that life is like a play, all depends on acting skills.
