Chapter 36 Spring Rain(2/2)

Madam is really more affectionate than Jin Jian. Jiang Liang sighed in his heart that Han Xu is useless now and still treats him so well.

"How is Wu Ya'er?" Li Minglou sat up and asked, "Where have you been recently? I haven't written back for some days."

The lady was really a passionate person, Jiang Liang was very moved, and he missed her since there was no news from Governor Wu for seven or eight days.

Although there is no need for him to write any more letters now, he is also paying attention to the movements of these people for his wife.

"Years ago, I was on Henan Road and settled in Songzhou." He said, "The inspection document I sent back last time said that I was going to visit Southeast Road."

He pointed at the map beside him and smiled.

"Director Wu is watching the world for his wife, walking from north to south."

Li Minglou smiled: "I couldn't go out, so he looked over for me. When I came back, I asked him what I didn't do well, and I would change it."

Jiang Liang laughed: "Madam is right, what Governor Wu saw must be the most real. Listen to him and you are right."

The palace maid came in to announce Yuan Ji's arrival, and Jiang Liang stood up to leave. When he walked out, Yuan Ji was still standing at the door, looking at him.

"Master Yuan, go in." Jiang Liang said, then realized, "Are you waiting for me? What's going on?"

Yuan Ji glared at him: "What nonsense did you just say in there? Why did you just listen to Governor Wu?"

Jiang Liang smiled and said: "You don't understand this. What I said was that Governor Wu was right, but what I actually said was that Madam was right. In Madam's eyes, the Governor was right. To say this is to praise Madam."

Yuan Ji really didn’t understand and felt dizzy after hearing this. Who was right?

Jiang Liang patted him on the shoulder: "Don't even think about the thoughts of children like this. You can't understand it."

After saying that, he walked over with a smile.

Yuan Ji looked at his back and frowned, why couldn't he understand? It's inexplicable!

...

...

The spring rain seemed to have started falling in the middle of the night. Li Minglou could vaguely hear it in her sleep, but she slept deeply and did not wake up. When she opened her eyes in the morning, she felt the real moisture.

She sat on the bed and looked at the patter of rain outside the window. The spring rain came very early this year.

She thought of the time she wrote to Wu Ya'er asking if it was raining in Xiangzhou.

She couldn't help but smile when she thought of this, then should she ask if it rained where Wu Ya'er was now?

"Madam, you are awake." The palace maid heard the commotion, raised the curtain, and said with a smile, "Governor Wu is here."

Huh? This sentence is the same as it was then.

Could it be that she is still sleeping now? Then there is really Wu Ya'er in this dream?

Li Minglou tilted his head and looked outside the palace maid curiously. He saw the curtains fluttering in the wind, and there was a familiar figure looming.

Really!

Li Minglou stood up and said with a smile: "Why are you here?"

Wu Ya'er saw the woman coming out from behind the curtain. She had long black hair, bare feet, and her eyes were like stars, smiling at him.

"I suddenly wanted to see you," he said, "so I came back early."

This is different from the last dream, Li Minglou thought, the palace maids gathered around her and wrapped her in a robe, "Madam, it's cold." "Madam, be careful of the wind." The words were really heard.

Li Minglou came back to his senses and felt the freshness of the water and the warm fragrance of the palace ladies.

It's not a dream.

Li Minglou thought that yesterday Jiang Liang said that Wu Ya'er was going to Southeast Road. Now that he appeared in front of her, he could only turn back in advance.

"What's wrong?" she asked quickly, "What happened?"

Wu Ya'er slowly walked over, stood in front of her, and stretched out his arms to hug her.
