Chapter 25: From Another World

Li Wei found the room arranged by the volunteers for him and found that there was no one in the room. He saw two two-story rack beds with pillows and bedding on them.

I came to the lower bunk of the first bed on the left, spread out the bedding and lay down, rubbed my eyebrows and started to rest.

I don’t know how long it took, but Li Wei, who was sleeping a little confusedly, heard the sound of dingdong and dingdong. Before his eyes opened, the pulse sensing was released first.

I don’t know when there were three more people in the room, and the ding dong sound was made by a broadcaster installed in each room.

He opened his eyes and sat up from the single bed. When the other three roommates sitting on the lower bunk on the right woke up, he raised his hand and greeted him.

A white man, two Chinese, three of them have been in the room for more than an hour, they have known each other and the communication is smooth.

The three of them greeted him, but Li Wei did not intend to have a close relationship with the few people, so he casually tried to deal with him.

The broadcaster heard the sound of dingdong again, and the voice of a female announcer came from the loudspeaker above the door: "Please return to their respective dormitories, dinner will be distributed soon, and the captain will speak during the dinner."

The broadcast was repeated five or six times, and Li Wei glanced around and couldn't find the wall clock. He looked at the three people in front and asked, "What time is it now?"

The three of them subconsciously looked at their left wrist, but only the white man had a watch, but his time was not accurate in China.

It was not until the man with eyes on the left took out a cell phone from his pocket that he determined the current time, "20:11, I think dinner should take more than half an hour."

Li Wei nodded, then stood up and waved to the three of them, "I have some things to leave, so I don't have to help me get the meal, thank you~!"

Although the three of them were a little confused, they did not ask questions without understanding emotional intelligence.

After leaving the room, Li Wei shuttled through the slightly narrow corridor and headed towards the higher floor of the big ship.

There was also a little vibration inside the big ship at night. It was obvious that the storm outside the big ship had not ended yet, and the big ship would shake violently from time to time.

Survivors walking scattered outside all needed to stagger and walk slowly while holding the wall. Only Li Wei kept stroking. No matter how the earth was shaking under his feet, his pace never changed.

There are only six floors of spaces where the big ship can move freely, and the fourth floor is a place like dormitories and halls. The fifth floor is a place for storing materials, and the sixth floor is a place for storing weapons, equipment and civilian personnel.

While Li Wei was moving up, he met two soldiers carrying a big pot, followed by several female soldiers carrying a bunch of bowls.

He smelled the smell of food in the air, like the smell of rice porridge.

The female soldier who was walking at the end stopped when he passed by Li Wei, turned around and called Li Wei in confusion, "Hey, dinner is about to be distributed. Is there anything you have to do when you go up?"

She thought Li Wei was very elegant and had a suit in her body, thinking she was a clerk, but now she was about to start her meal, so she kindly suggested, "If you don't have a hurry to work, I can serve you a bowl of meat porridge first, and eat it before leaving?"

"Uh...no need, I'm very anxious!" I was misunderstood and a little embarrassed, but Li Wei still naturally refused and thanked the female soldier for his kindness.

After rejecting the female soldier's kindness, Li Wei accelerated her pace by two steps, ran to the top floor, looking around, trying to find the main control room.

Seeing a middle-aged man in a suit passing by, he reached out to stop the other party and asked, "Where is the captain?"

The shocked middle-aged man looked at Li Wei up and down and did not answer, but asked Li Wei to show his famous brand and tell him the department, "Please show your famous brand and report it to the department."

Li Wei had a department wherever he could not find any other department. He immediately scratched his head, looked around, and found that no one paid attention to this side, and then said to the middle-aged man: "I have something more important to find the captain. It should be considered a very important thing to do if it is convenient..."

The middle-aged man suddenly raised his face, as if he had breathed a sigh of relief and wanted to scold him, but he hesitated as he was about to leave. Finally, he said in a stern tone: "What is it? If it is really important, I will convey it to the captain. If it is not something important, please invite it back, and it will be dinner soon."

At present, I can't get around this middle-aged man who doesn't seem to have a low position anymore, so Li Wei nodded, but after looking around, I felt that it was not appropriate to show it in this place.

"Can you change to a place where there is no one?"

The highest level is relatively wide, with open offices and many soldiers. Many helicopters and fighter planes are stored here. There are many soldiers and many people coming and going. It is possible that someone will see his changing appearance.

So he wanted to find a place where no one was to show it and negotiate terms.

The middle-aged man still frowned and looked at him, but in the end he did not refuse and took Li Wei to a warehouse with various tools.

"Let me tell you what's going on here."

Li Wei looked around and saw a camera in the corner. He walked to the middle-aged man, turned his back to the camera, and blocked his hands with his body.

In the middle-aged man's puzzled eyes, a dark red biomass surged in his right hand, turning into an arm in an armored form, and said in a mysterious tone: "I am a person from the parallel universe!"

The middle-aged man who witnessed the change of Li Wei's right hand throughout the whole process took two steps back as if he had seen something horrible. He pointed at Li Wei's hand, his eyes wide as if he was as big as a copper bell, and he was obviously frightened by this unexpected scene.

"You...y...arm!" He hesitated. Even though he had been in a high position for many years, he had never seen such a thing that violated scientific common sense.

The end of the world can still be explained in a scientific way, but Li Wei's hand suddenly turned into a thick frosted black monster arm in front of him, which obviously exceeded the carrying range of the worldview.

Li Wei turned his back to the camera, and his left and right hands changed together, and began to quickly make seals, and his tentacles were constantly intertwined, showing his specialness to middle-aged people.

"I'm not from your world, but I have no malice. I just want to get some small convenience. I still have to discuss with the captain. Do you understand what I mean?"

The stupid middle-aged man nodded until he was brought back to his senses by Li Wei's words and covered his faintly swollen head, "Your... special, I understand, please wait here for a while. In addition, my name is Shi Dong, and I am the head of the Dawn."

Good guy!

Looking at Shi Dong who was pushing the door and leaving, Li Wei thought that the other party was just a civilian with a certain position, but he didn't expect that he was a big shot!

Fortunately, the other party should have conveyed his news to the captain, and he just needs to wait.

Things were indeed going well. After hearing that there were people from another world, the mature captain thought for a while, and decided to follow Shi Dong, who was not joking, to bring some people to the storage room, preparing to meet Li Wei, who claimed to be a people from another world.

The automatic door opened again, and the young captain Fan Guojun, wearing a naval uniform, stepped into the utility room with Shi Dong and two dedicated guards.

Fan Guojun looked up and down at Li Wei, and after looking at his hands, he did not show any doubts when he found that it was the same as ordinary people. Instead, he stepped forward and stretched out his right hand and said, "Hello, I am Fan Guojun, the captain of the Dawn."

"Li Wei, barely considered a time traveler of the parallel universe. He just came to this world yesterday morning." Li Wei responded enthusiastically and said something that made the two guards behind him feel ridiculous.

Time traveler?

I've read too many novels!

"Oh...Li Wei." Fan Guojun was also a little confused. He wanted to know if Lao Shi was fooling him. He took a step back and said, "Then... can you show your abilities?"

Levi asked, “It’s right here?”

Fan Guojun nodded, took a step back, and said, "Let's just be here, there is no need to be a taboo."

"good!"

As soon as Li Wei finished speaking, his body was covered by a dark red flesh touch. In less than a second, the original young guy disappeared, and the person who appeared in front of the few people turned into a biochemical monster that seemed to have walked out of the movie.
