539 Sin City

The lights in the screening hall of the Chinese Theater slowly dimmed, and Emerson's mood couldn't help but surge. The mixed expectation and excitement made him twist his body a little restlessly, but his eyes were still locked on the big screen, fearing that his little negligence would miss any details.

There were still trivial discussions around, and the heat and noise in the air had not completely settled down, but none of this could affect Emerson. He looked at the big screen in front of him with all his attention, and then saw the iconic opening of Chaos Film. His blood instantly rushed towards his heart. He was extremely excited and began to calm down. He had to concentrate on the movie.

The melodious saxophone floated unexpectedly, without a list of actors, producers and directors, or even the title of the film, the movie actually started directly, which made the audience feel a dull and restless, and obviously no one expected this. But Emerson entered the charm of the 1960s with the graceful jazz, with elegance and a hint of turmoil.

A red skirt was moving forward in the black and white picture, and the strong visual impact took away everyone's breath. Emerson stared with his eyes wide open and breathed, staring at the red skirt that was rushing in the strong wind in shock. In just fifteen seconds, Emerson had already entered this magical world.

"I hug her until she dies. I will never know what she is escaping. I will go to receive that bounty tomorrow morning."

A handsome man, a charming woman, a romantic melody, a dim light, and a swaying raindrop. Just when everyone thought this would be a romantic love bud, the man suddenly killed the woman, hugged the charming red figure and knelt in the drizzle, waiting for the vivid red to slowly silence, and the colors disappeared bit by bit. The dripping raindrops rippled in the water on the ground, like a fresh poem, and the charming saxophone melody added a touch of beauty, but the man's words were so cold, like a sharp sword, piercing into the hearts of the audience.

Emerson looked at the big screen in a daze, not only because of the vivid visual effect, but also because of the poetic but cold darkness, everything caught people off guard. Shocking and wonderful.

In just three minutes, Lance completed the most beautiful, cruel, unique and romantic opening in the history of the movie. The entire screening room was silent, and the tedious restlessness disappeared completely. Everyone stared at the big screen in a daze, and the brain lost all its ability to react.

But Emerson knew that this was just the beginning.

This is true. When Emerson saw Hardygan lifting his pistol, he shot Roger Little's right hand away, and the whole right hand was cut off directly, leaving only a large amount of fluorescent white blood. A shot hit Roger Little's lower body, slowly penetrated a ball of liquid. The comic-style processing effect, completely black and white color contrast, graffiti-style liquid presentation, and the dramatic performance style Emerson has completely lost the word and can't find a suitable language to describe visual shock. Even the soul began to tremble slightly. That wonderful movie viewing experience eliminated all distractions, and all thoughts were maintained on the big screen that showed magic in front of him.

Compared to the visual effect, what is more shocking is the story from the City of Sin, the story that wanders between reality and illusion. Thirteen minutes, in just thirteen minutes, Emerson understood the meaning of the "Welcome to your City of Sin" activity, and he finally understood Reims's use of his bitter conscience.

Thirteen Minutes appear to tell the story of a policeman rescued a kidnapped girl, but the detailed explanation demonstrates Lance's script skills.

From Hadigan's partner Bob, we can know that Hadigan is a dirty policeman. His daughter once died unexpectedly because of his greed and negligence. Hadigan still blames himself for this and even "betrays" Bob's so-called betrayal is that he refuses to accept bribes and refuses to let Roger Jr.'s case, which will inevitably be investigated to the end.

It turned out that Roger Jr. was the son of the Senator and had a high position and power, but Roger Jr. had a special pedophile, so he kept kidnapped underage girls and boys. Bob accepted the bribe and decided to turn a blind eye, but Hardegan suddenly decided to become a hero and wanted to bring Roger Jr. to justice and save the kidnapped Nancy. Even if Bob tried to convince his partner, Nancy was an ignorant girl. If it weren't for her own crime, Roger Jr. wouldn't have kidnapped her, so Bob hoped that Hardegan would let go.

But Hadigan insisted on his own.

Finally, Hardegan deposed Roger Jr., but was also injured by Bob. Large pieces of blood flowers were like proud blooming flowers, covering Hardegan's shoulders, arms, chest and abdomen, which made Hardegan lean tiredly on the dock. Nancy was saved, but Hardegan slowly closed his eyes.

This is the real city of sin. Everyone is a bad guy, as is the victim Nancy, the hero Hardigan, not to mention Roger and Bob. Even the men and women appearing in the first act. No one is exceptional. The evil that penetrates the bone marrow spreads a powerful force in the black and white images, shocking Emerson's thoughts.

"Oh." A burst of exclamations sounded, making Emerson frown slightly. He didn't like being disturbed when watching movies, especially the "City of Sin" in front of him, which seemed to be deeply intimate. It seemed that every shot was worth savoring. But Emerson had to admit that the scene in front of him was really too visually impactful.

Beasts and beauty.

It is not literally, but in the true meaning. What appears on the picture is a beast and a beauty. The hideous Muffer, the delicate and beautiful Goti, the strong muscles as beautiful as a cow, the smooth silk satin-filled skin and the scarred body, and the sharp contrast of the beautiful face of the blond and red lips burst out in an instant, making people feel dry and their hearts thrilled.

Chloe couldn't help swallowing. Even as a girl, she could not resist the violent collision caused by the movie. She couldn't help but look away and looked left and right, but found that everyone's eyes were motionless locking onto the big screen. The stunning and shock reflected in her eyes had gradually faded away, imprinted in the depths of her soul, leaving only her full concentration.

The bright red, brilliant gold, and rich black are like a naughty child breaking the palette and running wildly on a black canvas, sprinkling out bold lines. The dazzling red and bright gold are mixed together, flowing down smoothly like silk. The smoke-wrapped black around them gently surges. The giant in the dark tries to support the heavyness of the night, but his broad shoulders seem to be overwhelmed. The imaginative lens integrates all the colors and lines into an amazing work of art.

Following Muffer's pace, the appearance of the city of sin was revealed bit by bit. The filthy from the alleys of life, the lawless bars, the politicians who mastered the dark empire, the law enforcement agencies and dark forces in collusion, the vicious perverted killers, the scheming prostitutes, the bishop who helped the evil and the corruption and sin penetrated into every corner of the city, and even the blood had become black.

Muffer fell in love with Gotty, and she gave Muffer an unprecedented warmth. However, after waking up, Muffer found that Gotty was lying beside him was killed, and he was facing accusations of murder. Muffer's heart was ignited by the flames of anger and revenge, and he tried to find the mastermind behind the scenes. But he encountered layers of obstacles. The truth of the matter slowly uncovered its original face in the blood and killing: the bishop hidden behind the murderer used the prostitute's piety to faith to help the cruel and ruthless Kevin kill one lowly, poor, and despicable prostitute, and then watched Kevin turn these people into his own meal.

In the minimalist black and white picture, red blood seems to become the only lens language. The pain slowly penetrates out, the blood that thrives and splashes. In the forbearing, cruel and calm shots suppressed under the wound, the only color stretches the emotions to the extreme, clearly and profoundly outlines the true emotions of every picture and every detail, firmly binding Chloe's brain and cannot get rid of it.

Chloe felt her blood gushing and her heart beat wildly. When she saw Muffer, whose hands were covered in blood, finally succeeded in revenge, she actually felt an indescribable pleasure.

The entire screening room was in silence. Kevin's limbs were sawed off and tied to the trunk of blood. Muffer just waited quietly on the side, waiting for the pack of wolves attracted by the smell of blood. He watched the wolf tear Kevin apart bit by bit, swallow Kevin torture to death.

But, what's even more terrifying is that Kevin didn't shout from beginning to end.

In the black and white picture, there was only a comic silhouette that showed the whole process, without any extra blood, but it still made Chloe shudder, and the fear that stirred up from the depths of her soul slowly spread. She couldn't tell whether she was afraid of was Muffer, Kevin, or the sin city that rationalized all of this.

Soon, Chloe understood.

"You can scream as much as possible, if you want." Muffer slowly tortured the bishop to death. The bishop who colluded with Kevin, he pinched the bishop's throat with his hands. The splash of bright red blood made Muffer's twisted face look ferocious and terrifying.

The police broke in, they raised their guns and shot Muffer, then took him back, rescuing Muffer, who was on the verge of life and death, and then tried to beat Muffer into a move, and even threatened to kill Muffer's mother, but Muffer refused to admit that the bursting blood had no color, as if there was no temperature. Finally, the pope stood up and pushed all false charges on Muffer, including those lives that disappeared from Kevin and the bishop.

No one would believe in a Muffer with blood on his hands.

So he was sent to the electric chair. The remaining eyes of his life were still the big red bed that he and Gotty had left. To be continued.
