Chapter 401 Friendship and Unity(1/3)
During the dozen seconds that Dean got up from the ground, Thales's expression was stiff.
What, what, ghost?
In a time that seemed to be frozen, his eyes slowly turned around and looked at the fast rope beside him.
Quick Rope also stared blankly back at Thales.
On the other side of the tavern, Dazzi narrowed his eyes slightly and looked at the man crawling out of the sack: "That's..."
"Dean!" exclaimed, answering the driller's question and breaking Thales' last chance.
Many people turned their heads and saw Tampa with a shocked face.
I saw the owner of "my" tavern pointing at Dean, then at Thales and Quick Rope who were smiling awkwardly, and his tone fluctuated:
"Why are you there..."
Dean didn't answer.
He unsteadily grabbed the seat and leaned against the bar, panting and coughing.
"Fuck." Dean cursed again.
Apparently many of the mercenaries knew Dean, and suddenly, a low-key uproar and commotion broke out in the tavern.
The leaders of the three parties quickly exchanged glances to confirm that the strange thing at this moment was not the fault of the other party.
In the brief confusion, Thales and Quick Rope bowed their heads and moved closer to each other in tacit understanding.
The two of them looked at each other with big eyes and small eyes, with mixed feelings and mixed emotions.
Thales opened his lips just a tiny bit, pouted at Dean, and whispered:
"Hey, I thought you killed him?"
Kuai Rope was also like a puppet, with his jaw stiff and a smile on his face, he whispered in reply:
"It's my first time, maybe I'm a little unskilled..."
Thales was furious:
"You call this 'unskilled'?"
The surrounding commotion continues.
Kuai Rope weakly tried to argue something:
"Nicolai told me that it only takes three seconds..."
Thales was in disbelief and asked:
"You didn't check afterward?"
Kuaisheng raised his eyebrows:
"But you are the one who put him in..."
Thales' momentum froze and his face was stunned:
"He is obviously not breathing..."
As soon as Kuai Sheng changed his situation, his face suddenly became fierce:
"Not breathing doesn't mean..."
But when the two of them were arguing in low voices, they both felt heart palpitations!
They both looked up.
As expected, the two of them saw Dean, who had just recovered, beside them.
I saw the secret agent in the dark room panting and staring coldly at the two people who had turned to stone.
The gaze is chilling.
Thales and Quick Rope were stiff again.
In the unspeakable atmosphere, Quick Rope shrugged unnaturally, waved his hands, and said in an awkward tone: "Hey, Dean, I'm glad to see you are still... I mean, you are here too... Uh, my
I mean, um...good evening, let’s have a drink?”
Dean stared at him closely with complicated expressions, choking the rest of Quick Rope's words in his throat.
Thales sighed:
"When did you wake up?"
Dean looked at Thales with a cold expression.
"When you pick the lock." He said coldly.
Thales and Thales froze again, and could only laugh at each other again.
But that's not even the most embarrassing thing.
A heavy cough interrupted the whispers in the tavern.
"alright."
Seeing the leader of the blood whistle, Ricky gently raised his hand and pointed at Thales and Quick Rope.
There was a chill behind the two of them.
"Our two guests, you just said," Ricky looked thoughtfully at Thales and the two of them:
"As people in the darkroom, are you and Dean the same group?"
Thales and the fast rope both stagnated.
Dean snorted at the right time.
The masked man next to Ricky hummed: "That sack is probably in the same group as you."
"Hehehe..." Kuaisheng kicked away the damn sack, looked around, and smiled sadly.
The driller raised his eyebrows slightly, while Russell's eyes were serious.
"Even if you are trying to survive, but..."
Ricky sighed: "I have to say, even in all my years of life."
"I have never seen such a bad liar."
At that moment, whether it was Ricky, Clay, the masked man, Drill, Russell, or the various mercenaries in the tavern, after looking at Dean in great amazement, they looked at Dean again.
on the two princes.
It was full of surprise, confusion, doubt, vigilance, and
Deep contempt.
"Hmph," Marina snorted behind them: "There are also failed thieves."
Thales twitched his face and awkwardly gave Ricky a smile that was uglier than crying.
Oh My God.
Is there a hole in the ground? One that can fit a person?
He desperately needs one now.
Kuaisheng stared at the sky, as if he could pretend he didn't exist.
"So, Russell," the driller looked at Dean with a keen eye: "He is the 'informant' you claimed?"
Russell looked at Dean from a distance and nodded.
Only then did Ricky focus on Dean.
"Wow," Ricky tutted and shook his head: "You're unexpected, Big Dean."
Dean raised his cold eyes, glanced at Ricky with fear, and then looked at the mercenaries around him.
"I always thought that you kept rejecting our invitations because of a lady," Ricky said with a smile, "Now I know, it turns out..."
"It's for another lady."
Dean snorted and rubbed his red neck.
"You guys really exceeded my expectations," he glanced at the drill, Ricky and Russell one by one: "Shield of Shadow, Sword of Disaster..."
Dean's eyes stayed on the last person for a particularly long time:
"And King Charmaine."
Russell looked nervous and coughed: "This is all for Exter."
Dean snorted slightly.
The tavern was quiet.
Thales watched their interaction with anxiety.
Really bad.
To be continued...
