Chapter 1820 [About Buddha (1)]

[The second update is here. Please give me rewards. Rewards are related to the face of a book, Xiaogou's face, and also to the face of your supporters. Please give me more or less. Don't let it be too shabby. Thank you for your support!]

Save all living beings:

There was a woman named Bomo. Although her husband was very rich, the man was farming and the woman was weaving and had a deep relationship.

Whenever her husband is busy in the fields, Bomo always goes to the fields to help him after finishing his housework. They also have two innocent and lovely children, and their family life is happy and fulfilling.

One day, after her husband went to the field, Bomo fed her younger son under the tree by the sea, and the older son was playing on the beach. She patted her younger son lightly, and happiness filled her heart.

But happiness in the world will not last long, and Bomo did not know that when she finished feeding the child and putting him under a tree, disaster had begun to come to her-

My husband, who was harvesting crops in the field, was bitten by a poisonous snake that rushed out and died soon...

A ferocious vulture suddenly fell from the sky, chanting the children under the tree, and there was no trace in an instant...

The sea stirred up turbulent waves, and the eldest son who was on the beach was rolled up...

In just one day, Bomo lost her husband and two sweethearts. She was heartbroken and looked at the flames burning her husband's body and felt the suffering in the world. Bomo, whose family was destroyed, converted to the Buddha and prayed for liberation. Under the guidance of the Buddha, she devoted herself to practice and made great efforts, and later became a famous Buddhist female disciple.

Cut the flesh and feed the eagle:

Once, the Buddha went out and happened to meet a hungry eagle chasing a poor pigeon.

The pigeon said to the eagle: "Let me go! If you miss me, you have the next one, but I only have this one."

The eagle said: "I don't know what you said, but I'm so hungry now. You can't live without eating. It's not easy for everyone in this world to live, and I won't chase you even if you don't get into a dead end."

When the Buddha heard this, he felt compassionate, so he reached out to hold the dove and hid it in his arms.

The eagle was furious and said to the Buddha, "You are so compassionate and merciful. Save this dove for life. Do you have the heart to see me starve to death?"

The Buddha said, "I can't bear to hurt this innocent dove. I don't want you to starve to death in vain. There is a saying that if I don't go to hell, who will go to hell."

So the Buddha took out a balance and placed the pigeons on one side and the meat cut from himself on the other side.

Although this pigeon seems small, no matter how the Buddha cut it, no matter how much meat it cut, it seems that it cannot hold up its weight.

When the Buddha cut off the last piece of flesh, the balance finally leveled.

The wind and clouds of heaven and earth changed color and the true Buddha was born.

In the Buddha's view, everything is mutually reborn and restrained, and has its own destiny. No one can force it. However, all living beings are not ordinary people. What is the purpose of fighting for the sake of surviving in this world of unkindness and living for the rest of their lives? It is all for being able to survive and live well. This is the reason why he cuts his flesh and feeds the eagle. He saved the pigeon. If the eagle dies, he is also killing animals, and can it be said to be fair?

The Buddha once said this to his disciples:

There was a king named Lenabami who was kind-hearted and understood the people's sentiments and was well-deserved. Because he had no son, he prayed to the Emperor of Heaven. Soon the queen gave birth to a son for him, and was known as the prince of good deeds. When the prince was young, he listened very wisely, read the scriptures well, and understood the meaning.

He often sat upright under the Bodhi tree and pondered, or listened to monks chanting scriptures and preaching. Those who had seen him said that he was handsome and looked like the Emperor of Heaven.

One day, when he passed by the suburbs, he saw a farmer plowing the field, so he got out of the car to try it out. Then he saw something like this - when he was plowing the land, many insects and ants in the ground were driven out: a toad took the opportunity to eat the insects and ants; then a snake swallowed the toad again; then a large eagle flew over to peck at the snake.

After seeing this, the prince was deeply moved and felt extremely unhappy. While he followed the national teacher to visit famous mountains, seeking study and seeking Taoism, he advised his parents to do more good deeds and be more sympathetic to the sufferings of the people. Later, when the prince arrived at Ganli Mountain, many celestial women held jewelry and presented them to him. The Buddha finally said: The prince of good deeds at that time was me now! King Lenabami was the current King Suddhodon, and the queen at that time was my mother Mahaboya.

Finally, the Buddha, Sakyamuni, preached to a few disciples, came to a river, and then took a bath in the river. After taking a bath, the disciples set up a rope among several Brahma trees. Sakyamuni lay on his side, pillowed with his right hand, and said to the disciples, "I am old and will die soon. After I die, you should not give up on yourself because of the loss of your mentor, but vigorously promote Buddhism and save the world. After that, he passed away...

There are ten names for Buddha:

1. Tathagata: He takes the truth to attain enlightenment.

2. Offer: It should be offered by man and heaven.

3. Correct and omniscient knowledge: comprehensively and truly know all Buddhist teachings.

4. Know all about the three wisdoms (destiny, heavenly eyes, exhaustion) and the five elements (saints, Brahma, heaven, infant, disease).

5. Good Destiny: Entering the Nirvana of Non-remainable Nirvana very freely.

6. Worldly explanation: Be able to understand all the things in the world.

7. Supreme: Supreme.

8. Tune your husband: a real man who can adjust the governance and practice methods.

9. The teacher of heaven and man: Buddha is the teacher of all heaven and man.

10. Buddha and World Honored One: Buddha should be respected by all people in the world.

The titles of ten Buddhas correspond to the ten major disciples of the Buddha:

Shariputra - Wisdom First

Sariputra, also known as Sariputra, was born in a Brahman family near Rajas City. His father was a Brahman master. Because he was influenced by his family since childhood, he was very proficient in Brahmanism. When he grew up, he and his relatives and friends, the fellow Taoist Magalyayana who later became monks, later, shared like-mindedness in the village, and each had thousands of disciples. Once he was traveling with Magalyayana, he met the Buddhist disciple Ma Sheng on the way. He heard that "all dharmas are born, and all dharmas are destroyed. My great monks often say this" and produced a verse about the Buddha.

The faith of the teaching. Soon, he led his disciples to convert to Buddhism. When Shariputra was not yet a monk, he was already a very famous Brahmin scholar. His monk greatly enhanced the reputation and power of the Buddha at that time. After Shariputra converted to the Buddha, he "heard precepts and heard a lot, had few desires to be content, received righteous thoughts and received quick wisdom...", and was highly praised by the Buddha. He had many virtues, especially for his profound and vast wisdom. The Buddhist scriptures said that he "had infinite wisdom, resolved all doubts, was sanctified, and was wise and wise," so he had the title of "the first in wisdom" among Buddhist disciples.
