To put it simply, this is to cultivate oneself to achieve true calmness. If the mind is not calm, there will always be distracting thoughts, and you will not be able to enter the state of practice. If you do not consider this point and practice forcibly, you may become illusions in your mind and become possessed by the distracting thoughts in your mind.

In the Yuan Mirage Pearl, Yunmeng once told him that in the Taixu world, many formal disciples of the practice sects must first experience a illusion of mind disasters to test the disciple's mind and nature. This is actually the cultivation of oneself in the foundation-building stage. If one can pass the test and train his mind and nature, one can meet the requirements of formal practice. As long as one can pass this level, the three physical standards will be natural and can be achieved easily.

In addition to the physical and mental aspects, there are other preparations to be done during the foundation building stage. When practicing different techniques, special requirements are often required, such as the cooperation of heaven and time and geography. Some techniques require only practice at night, not during the day, and some are more accurate to a specific time of the day. In terms of the place of practice, many techniques also have different requirements, including in deep mountains, cave rooms, old forests, or places filled with fire and water, etc.

The real method of Tianhuan is in heaven and time, and there is no special requirement for geography. As long as it is a quiet place without anyone disturbing, it can be practiced at any time.

The most important thing for the Tianhuan True Method in the foundation-building stage is to refine the mind, which is higher than other exercises. Because this magic formula is based on illusions, it is easy to be confused by illusions at the beginning of practice, so the mind and nature are not up to standard, and they cannot practice at all, and they cannot even get started.
