Chapter 28 Innate Primordial Spirit The Way of Longevity
(I updated it in advance today, please vote)
"It turned out to be "Innate Ability"!"
After Yin Zhiping was happy, he went to carefully look at the small words and figures after the three big words "Innate Ability". After only a short paragraph, the fire note in his hand was about to burn out. There were no extra fire note or fire-burning objects on his body, so he had to throw the small fire note that was about to burn to his hand on the ground and sighed. Fortunately, since he had found the place, he could also see it tomorrow, so there was no need to worry about it at this moment.
The small piece of fire broke down on the ground, but it was not extinguished for a moment. Yin Zhiping's eyes moved away from the handwriting on the wall, looked at the stone chamber again, and found that in addition to the very secret portal he came out, there was another conspicuous portal in the stone chamber.
Yin Zhiping walked over and found the mechanism to open it. A gap was opened in the stone gate. He looked out, but saw that the sun was finally seen outside. It was already night outside, and the stars were shining in the night sky. The winter starry sky seemed to be frozen, and it looked magnificent and lasting.
I looked at the surrounding scenery again, but I felt a little familiar. After thinking carefully for a moment, I couldn't help but suddenly say to myself: "It turns out that this secret path leads directly to Chongyang Palace."
Where he is, he is one of the stone chambers that were used for retreat and recuperation in the back mountain, and at the foot of a mountain peak, he could see the lonely peak that had been there for two months.
After recognizing the place, he immediately remembered that this stone chamber was in seclusion and recuperation. It was originally used by Wang Chongyang during his lifetime. Later, when Wang Chongyang passed away, the seventh son of Quanzhen sealed the stone chamber without using it. The rest of the disciples were not allowed to enter.
When he thought of this, he was fully understood and he suddenly thought to himself: "It turns out that "Innate Kung Fu" was engraved in this stone chamber where Wang Chongyang was in seclusion before his death. It was also strange that the head teacher would seal this stone chamber after Wang Chongyang passed away, and he would not allow other disciples to enter. I only knew that "Innate Kung Fu" was always collected in the Chongyang Palace, but I didn't know where it was collected. Moreover, I originally thought that "Innate Kung Fu" was a book, but I didn't expect it to be engraved in this stone chamber. It was just like the "Jade Girl Heart Sutra" left by Lin Chaoying, this couple was also interesting. I don't know if it was the same as the "Jade Girl Heart Sutra" that I thought of at the same time. Or who learned whom?"
"Well, it should be Wang Chongyang who was learned by Lin Chaoying. Next to the stone chamber where the Jade Girl Heart Sutra was engraved in the ancient tomb, there were originally other martial arts of the Quanzhen Sect carved by Wang Chongyang. Based on this, Lin Chaoying created the Jade Girl Heart Sutra, which specializes in the martial arts of the Quanzhen Sect, and was engraved in another adjacent stone chamber. It seems that Wang Chongyang has the habit of carving words and keeping skills on the stone wall. He has left the martial arts of the Quanzhen Sect in the ancient tomb, and some of the scriptures of the "Nine Yin True Sutra" are engraved in the stone chamber at the bottom of the ancient tomb. Now, the "Innate Achievement" was engraved in the stone chamber where he was in seclusion during his lifetime. It is a good habit. If not, how could I get that part of the "Nine Yin True Sutra"? Without practicing all the nine-level mysterious skills of the "Tiangang Zhengfa", where can I get a glimpse of the full picture of the "Innate Achievement" in advance?"
This is the back mountain, and it is also a place to stay in seclusion. Usually, there are few disciples of Quanzhen Sect here. At this time, there is no trace of human figure outside. Even if there is a seclusion here, each stone chamber is separated by a distance, and the walls are very thick, so you won’t notice the movement in the stone chamber next to you.
However, after looking for a while, Yin Zhiping did not go out from here to return to Chongyang Palace. Instead, he closed the stone gate and returned the same way. He went out of the underground waterway again.
His cotton coat and outer robe were taken off in the cave at the exit of the waterway. In fact, the two clothes were not so important, and it was the same when he went to retrieve them tomorrow, but the most important thing was that he removed his clothes and untied his belt, and the Ziwei Soft Sword also stayed there with his belt. Although the cave was remote and secret, it would not be discovered easily, he also found the Ziwei Soft Sword and hid it in the rock crack; but he was still afraid of accidents, so he did not dare to stay there all night.
After returning to Chongyang Palace, he was just about to do evening classes. This was also what he had already made after he had time to rush back. He had just finished the Siguofeng today, but he did not dare to skip evening classes for no reason.
Thinking that there will be morning and evening classes every day in the future, he couldn't help but miss the days on Siguo Peak. Although the conditions are simple and quite hard, at least he doesn't have to do morning and evening classes every day, and there are few troubles, but he is quite pure. However, everything has gains and losses, and he stays on Siguo Peak, so he can't think of meeting Li Mochou every day.
It is said that I am more comfortable when I go down the mountain and walk around the world. I don’t say anything in the morning and evening classes, and do whatever I want, and don’t have to do whatever I want. I don’t have to follow the many rules and precepts of Quanzhen Sect anymore. There is no need to follow the many rules and precepts of Quanzhen Sect around me. There is nothing else around to pay attention to his every move. Therefore, it is inevitable to get out of Quanzhen Sect. It is not entirely for Li Mochou. As a modern person, he himself cannot bear this kind of life of observing the rules and precepts for a long time and everything must be restricted.
After finishing evening class, he went back to his room to rest. That night, Yin Zhiping did not practice anymore and slept beautifully on his leopard skin mattress.
When I woke up the next day, I went to do morning class first and then had breakfast.
The fourth generation disciples under Qiu Chuji's lineage have ended, but among the other six sons, there are more disciples under the sect, but they have not yet finished. They have to wait for all the four generations of disciples to complete before participating in the final big comparison.
Yin Zhiping had nothing else to do. After breakfast, he took Yang Guo out of Chongyang Palace and went to his Sword Test Peak to practice martial arts. After practicing for about two hours, he returned to Chongyang Palace.
When they returned to the palace, they all dispersed. Yin Zhiping returned to his room and hid it in his arms, and walked straight into the secluded quiet room in the back mountain. When he arrived at the secluded quiet room, he looked around and there was no trace of him.
While there was no one, Yin Zhiping opened the quiet room on the far left where Wang Chongyang was in seclusion before his death, quickly flashed in and closed the door again.
Although it was daytime, there was no window lighting in the stone chamber. Once the stone door was closed, it fell into darkness again. Yin Zhiping took out a new fire break from his arms to ignite it, took out a candle and lit it. Then he looked at the "Innate Ability" engraved on the stone wall from his head.
After Yin Zhiping carefully read it from beginning to end, he couldn't help but sigh, admiring Wang Chongyang's talent.
This "Innate Kung Fu" is no longer a pure internal energy cultivation method, but has risen to the spiritual level. The most important step is to open up the upper dantian in the human head. The essence of "Innate Kung Fu" is to communicate a little bit of innate spiritual light in the human body, and then use this innate spiritual light to communicate with the world, absorb and refine the vast vitality between the world and the true energy of one's body.
The innate spiritual light, also known as the innate true God, is actually the initial form of a human primordial spirit. After communicating this innate spiritual light, and then continues to nourish and grow with true energy, the primordial spirit will manifest and finally be perfected. At that time, the primordial spirit will leave the body and wander between heaven and earth.
After a hundred years, the human body will eventually be difficult to survive forever and slowly decay. But everything is empty and a spirit is not ignorant. This great true spirit soul will not decay with it. It can escape from the body and transcend the world. That is the way of immortality. The initial form of the soul, the innate spiritual light and the true self-centered god, are hidden in the upper dantian.
Among the Taoist terms for qi refining, there is the saying of three Dantian. The lower Dantian is located at the Guanyuan point three inches below the navel of the lower abdomen, which is the house where the essence is stored; the middle Dantian is located at the Danzhong point in the middle of the chest, which is the house where the energy is stored; the upper Dantian is located at the Yintang point on the top of the head, which is the house where the spirit is stored.
In the martial arts world, the internal skills of each school and sect basically revolves around the lower dantian. The "dantian" that people in the martial arts world often refer to the lower dantian. Some sects also take a path and use the middle dantian as the place to store internal energy and true qi. However, there is no internal skills of any sect that revolves around the upper dantian. First, the upper dantian cannot store internal energy and true qi; second, the upper dantian is located in the brain. If you are not careful, the true qi will break out, which will damage the brain.
Therefore, the method of opening up the upper dantian in "Innate Kung Fu" is very careful. In the early stage, it mainly focuses on warming and nourishing, so that the brain can adapt to the movement and changes of true qi; in the middle stage, a fixed true qi circulation route is formed in the brain, and only in the end can the breakthrough be made.
This breakthrough is neither too strong nor too weak. Too strong can easily damage the brain, and too weak will not be able to penetrate the upper dantian. This requires the quality of the true qi to be particularly condensed and improved, and it cannot be pushed hard by relying on measurement.
This is why you must first practice "Tiangang Zhengfa". After practicing "Tiangang Zhengfa", you will achieve the nine turns, and the internal energy is pure yang, and the true qi has undergone a great qualitative change. One point of true qi can exert the role of other people's internal strength of ten or twenty. Using this particularly condensed true qi, one point of one point can exert a role of ten or twenty, and only then can you open up the upper dantian without damaging the brain through quantitative gathering, find the innate spiritual light hidden in it, and communicate and refine it.
"Innate Ability" describes that the final spiritual perfection is achieved and being able to escape from the existence of ** is the way of immortality, but it is immortal and immortal. Everything is empty, and it can last forever. But this is actually just the theoretical description and expectations of "Innate Ability". In fact, the specific practice steps of "Innate Ability" are only the three steps to open up the upper dantian to find and refine the innate spiritual light. After that, there is no specific content or practice method for warming the soul and how to make the soul perfect. It can be seen that Wang Chongyang should not have practiced to that extent, the soul perfecting is immortal and transcending immortality.
Yin Zhiping sighed, and sighed that Wang Chongyang was talented, and even though he had a glimpse of the full picture of "Innate Kung Fu", he still couldn't practice it after all. Wang Chongyang did not cherish it himself and did not pass on the "Innate Kung Fu" of the seven disciples, but that they had not practiced the "Tiangang Zhengfa" and were indeed not qualified to practice the "Innate Kung Fu".
After sighing, Yin Zhiping finally took out the paper and pen and copied the "Innate Ability". Youdao means "being prepared for any trouble". If he leaves the Quanzhen Sect in the future, even if he practices all the nine-level mysterious skills of "Tiangang Zhengfa", it will be difficult to seek "Innate Ability" again.
