About some current issues (2)
I didn’t expect there will be a second issue, and no new readers will just discard the article when they see the titles of the chapters related to the work...
The question this time is about the protagonist's identity, why do you have to be a pirate?
To be honest, before I opened a new book, I thought about many possible problems, including the original heroine being hated. I actually considered it, but later I decided to write it, but I never thought that everyone was confused about the protagonist being a pirate.
After reading everyone's comments, I found that the problem was mainly because the protagonist did not have a reason to be a pirate. In other words, the protagonist neither encountered any misfortune nor experienced any plot of being redeemed by a pirate. When he came up, he showed that he wanted to be a pirate. Can this be considered an adult's thought?
Well... to be honest, it makes sense.
In addition, everyone also mentioned that pirates represent evil, pirates are extremely sinful, etc., so I don’t know how to reply to everyone, because to be honest, I really can’t find any reason...
Because I think that the One Piece fan, whether you are a pirate or a navy, or a unique character writing about the Dragon Man - this kind of start seems to be quite popular recently, and it is actually very normal. Only the Revolutionary Army, because there are not many descriptions of it in the original work and it is too mysterious, has only recently described the four legion commanders, and there is no detailed description of the combat. Therefore, if you write about the Revolutionary Army route, it requires a lot of original creation and it is not convenient to interfere in the plot, so the revolutionary army should be the least.
As a result, many people raised objections, why do you want to be a pirate? As an adult, you should always have a reason to do things, right?
I can put some opinions on it, but I think this kind of comments should be solved again and again.
Then the solution is nothing more than the following: First, modify the beginning and fill Odo with a tragic enough experience, making him hate the government, the navy, or let Odo be redeemed by the pirates like Sanji; Second, use the verbal skills to convince everyone; Third, continue to ignore it.
But then I thought, I am writing a novel. When I travel to the world of fairy tales, I will practice immortality, when I travel to the world of popular virtual online games, I will play games, and when I travel to the second dimension, I will open the harem (heavy fog). Isn’t this a basic operation?
So the second question arises, why don’t you be a navy?
First of all, being a navy does not require any reason and can stand firm from the starting point. Even if you write about being a navy and then playing tricks, or even rebeling from the navy in the later stage, it is a good idea.
Secondly, being a navy will be very relaxed, with strong backers and enough resources, and you can shake people at any time if you can't beat them.
Finally, the Navy represents justice. No matter what darkness is within the government, the Navy's behavior is indeed just to eliminate some cysticides.
To be honest, I was helpless. I just wanted to write a fan of the pirate route. I couldn't take into account all the forces, unless I was a navy first and then defected and then become a pirate, but that was another plot.
So, to quote Jesus Bu’s words: The pirate flag is calling me.
One Piece fantasy, I think it’s normal for the protagonist to be a pirate? There’s no need to make a lot of hatred, right?
There was a lot of feedback, so I had to reply.
Then, it is certainly okay to discuss this issue, but don’t elevate the problem to the author’s three views. I am particularly disgusted with this.
I write about the protagonist of Pirates, so I just have a bad view of it. The protagonists of fantasy novels have killed more people, and they can flood the earth countless times. Why don’t you criticize them?
I don’t know where you got the confidence to criticize me so condescendingly.
You don’t know that I didn’t sign a contract or put it on the shelves before? You don’t know that I always like to read it or not?
Recently, I have to sign a contract with Qidian and make money by relying on royalties. There is nothing I can do about this. In fact, if I am financially free, I will definitely continue to use love to generate electricity, and I am helpless.
So in the end, the question of why the protagonist is a pirate may not be solved, but I think it's okay to be casual. Since we are all here to see the One Piece fan, why care about the reason why the protagonist is a pirate? If you are always obsessed with this, you might as well put aside the controversy.
If you really feel frustrated, it will be easy to get together and part with you. Everyone will meet again and see you again in the world.
