Chapter 215 Cause and Effect

What is the law of fate?

Xu Zihao's cultivation talent was not enough, so Yang Wei told him a rough idea, but he didn't understand what it meant.

Therefore, we need to give a specific example to let him understand.

Yang Wei said:

"The so-called fate is cause and effect.

A person's life and his destiny are destined from the moment he is born.

Some people do not believe in fate, and they feel that they can change their fate against the will of heaven.

Of course, it is understandable that we monks want to go against the will of heaven and change our destiny.

But the so-called "desperate heaven and change fate" is actually a kind of destiny.

Because some people must gain a sense of existence by changing their destiny against the will of heaven.

Some people don't need them, they will have a smooth life and a smooth life.

Destiny is so magical that he destined everyone's destiny and life trajectory.

For example, if a person is born into what family he is, what kind of people he meets? What will happen to him? For example, he has been burned by fire since he was a child and he has drowned since he was a child.

Or he was hit by a cow, bitten by a dog, and shit on his head by a bird, all of which are actually fate.

Some people have a wise mind to do business, some people have the ability to study, they become scholars, some people have the strength, but they practice martial arts, and some people have the pursuit of the great way, so they practice immortality.

Everyone is taking a different path because of their hobbies, interests or opportunities.

Actually, all of this,

All are arranged by fate.

Some of us monks have excellent talents, such as Su Xiaoning, and some of us have relatively ordinary talents and stupidity.

Ordinary people account for the majority, and they have to spend dozens of times of time and effort to get closer to the realm of people like Su Xiaoning. This is fate and I have to accept it.

People’s destiny is destined. Some people are born with wealth and food, while others are born with hardships and hardships, eating vegetables and food."

When Xu Zihao heard this, he looked angry.

He said harshly:

“I said God is so unfair!

Like Su Xiaoning, why did he have such outstanding cultivation talent at birth? But I didn’t?

Why was Su Xiaoning chosen by you to bring to the world of immortal cultivation?

And I have been a playboy in Linggu City, wasting my time?"

When Yang Wei heard this, he laughed and said:

"Xu Zihao, what else do you have to be angry about? You were born in a wealthy family, and your father was the president of the Linggucheng Chamber of Commerce.

You have been fed and fed since childhood. Your destiny and life are too late for many people to envy."

Xu Zihao touched his head and said:

"But I don't feel happy at all? I don't feel how happy and satisfied my life is!"

Yang Wei nodded and said:

"Yes, life is like this. When you get something, you will lose something. Because the way of heaven emphasizes balance.

You are the number one playboy in Linggucheng. You have countless wealth and rights. Do you also feel that God is unfair?

And what do those people who live below the poverty line all day long have to complain about?

You just envy Su Xiaoning for his talent in cultivation, but think about it, have you been thrown into the garbage like Su Xiaoning?

Have you ever been wandering since childhood and endured a lot of hardships?

Do you want to try it?"

"this……"

Xu Zihao had nothing to say.

He would go to sleep on the road, pick up steamed buns on the roadside to eat, pick up moldy food in the garbage picking team, and even pick up noodles from the leftovers of others to eat. He would never make it.

He can't even be beaten to death!

Xu Zihao sighed and said:

"Oh, so I have nothing to complain about. I just think this fate is amazing!

Why do some people live so comfortably? Some people just run around all day long and spend time on life?

Some people can eat a salted radish and a salted fish for a week, while others can use a hundred-dollar bill to wipe their butts?”

Yang Wei also said with emotion:

“Because it’s all causal.”

"What is cause and effect?"

Xu Zihao didn't understand the specific meaning of cause and effect. He had heard people say it, but he had always had only a few understandings.

At this time, Yang Wei was like a teacher or a monk trying to teach and solve his questions:

"I have met Buddhists over the past few thousand years, so I have a superficial understanding of cause and effect.

There are actually Buddhists in the world of immortal cultivation. They are very low-key, live in seclusion in the mountains, and do not participate in the struggles between sects, so it is difficult to see them in normal times.

As far as I know, cause and effect, cause is the cause that can produce certain consequences, and the result is the result of certain causes.

The theory of cause and effect was produced by the Buddhist theory of dependent origination. The theory of cause and effect is the basis of the Buddhist theory of liberation and liberation. With the development of Buddhism, different views on the theory of cause and effect were developed.

The law of cause and effect points out: planting melons and getting melons, and planting beans and getting beans.

Buddhism believes that anything can become a cause or a result, without an absolute cause or an absolute result.

The cause mentioned in Buddhism is sometimes used with the cause and condition, and there are some differences.

The Nili Sutra says: "If the father does not do good, the son will not receive it for him. If the son does not receive it for him, the father will not receive it for him. If the good is good, the evil will be blessed, and the evil will be misfortune."

The Cause and Effect Sutra says: "If you want to know the causes of the previous life, then what you receive in this life is. If you want to know the results of the next life, then what you do in this life is."

The Nirvana Sutra says: "Good man, know that good causes produce good results, evil causes produce evil results, and stay away from evil causes."

The most classic sentence is "There is a cause, and there must be a result." It directly and simply explains the essence of cause and effect.

"Carriage, Result" can also be understood as "cause, fate, and fruit". If a seed is buried in the soil, it may not be able to bear fruit without the "cause" illuminated by water, nutrients and sunshine.

For example, seeds are the cause, and buds are the fruit, because seeds first and then the buds develop. This is the causal relationship between mutual existence in different times.

For example, if the teacher is the main one, then the teacher is the cause and the students are the result. On the contrary, if the students are the main one, then the students are the cause and the teacher is the result.

This is a causal relationship that exists simultaneously.

This causal relationship is very complicated. From this perspective, this cause will produce this result, but from another perspective, this cause will produce another result.

In short, by showing that the front and the negative side, there is actually no absolute cause, and of course there is no absolute result."

Xu Zihao was stunned when he heard this, holding his head and shaking it desperately, trying to understand the words "cause, cause, effect" in his mind. Why is it so difficult?

He said with a bitter face:

"Zhengmaster Yang, I really admire your knowledge and talent, and your deep understanding of cause and effect.

But after listening for a long time, I just learned more about flowers, seeds, and the examples of students and teachers.

Let’s go back to the duel between Ziyang Taoist and Yu Xingtian!
