Weights and Measures in Asura

The world of Shura Dao has its own weights and measures.

One moment is one thought, twenty thoughts are one moment, twenty moments are one flick of the finger, twenty flicks of the finger are one stroke, twenty strokes are one moment, and one day and one night is thirty moments.

Based on this calculation, a snap of the fingers takes about a little over seven seconds.

The time unit mentioned in the book so far is hour. The "six o'clock of day and night" are morning, noon (10 am to 2 pm), sunset (the above three o'clock are day), early night, middle night (10 pm).
