Chapter two thousand and thirty-eight

If Ah San's 1.4 million troops were useless, and he would underestimate them a little, the curry is still a bit nutritious.

After all, although Ah San did not take Batti, Batti couldn't do anything to Ah San. However, when he saw Ah San's behemoth, he couldn't do anything to such a small country. He always felt that Ah San was a "soft persimmon" and could anyone pinch it. Of course, there was no reversal here. They were indeed soft persimmons, but the core inside was very hard, and it was still very uncomfortable to bite.

How to say it, A San is an extremely unconfident country. In the past, due to insufficient cultural level and insufficient national education, the overall quality of military soldiers was not high. It is often seen that A San especially likes to create some fake military heroes.

Compared with Ah San's lack of confidence, Pakistani Tie is completely opposite. The Pakistani Tie brothers have never shown weakness in the conflict with Ah San in Kashmir.

You should know that the annual military expenditure of the Pakistani brothers is less than 10 billion US dollars, while the annual military expenditure of Ah San has reached 44.7 billion US dollars, ranking fourth in the world. Asan, who should have been quite tough, is as soft as a persimmon in front of Bahrain, which means pretending to be a big tail wolf!

A San's lack of confidence is reflected in his command of the army and his quality.

The pilot crashed in Pakistan from time to time. Originally, the crash of the fighter was caused by machine failure or improper operation of the pilot, but the media and the Air Force Command insisted on creating a flying hero. They portrayed the pilot as "heroes fighting wits and courage with Pakistani fighter jets". They even claimed that their pilot shot down a Pakistani fighter jet, but in fact this is a lie.

Afterwards, the pilot was not very good at face and admitted through social video that he was shot down. Then Ah San went crazy and caused a sensation across the country. Ah San's Air Force directly became the target of the crowd.

Similar things happen every year. If you don’t fall dozens of planes a year, you will not meet the standards this year!

In fact, this country is a bit similar to South Korea, but Koreans at least pretend to make a bunch of movies to criticize ZF, but Ah San is completely disdainful of doing such things, so he just praises them!

But no matter what, Yang Cheng doesn't care about A San's nature. If he gets a piece of the huge military spending every year, he will do anything!

But what else should I sell? Fighter? It seems that Asan is not short of it. Dassault has just delivered the first Rafale fighter to Asan, and Asan has "consecrated" it. If Yang Cheng carried the F18 up at this time, he would definitely be scolded back.

However, after delivery, there will be follow-up training and cargo delivery procedures to be carried out, so the A-San Air Force will have to wait until around May 2020 before officially installing the first batch of gusts, and wait.

Yang Cheng couldn't help but regret it. Why didn't he think of this great tycoon? What else is there for the French?

You should know that the process of Ah San obtaining the Rafale is full of twists and turns. The bidding plan for the medium-sized fighter jet was gradually taken in the late 1990s. Model research began in 2001, but the selection was not completed until 2012, and only the preliminary intention of importing the French Rafale fighter jet was reached.

It was not until last year that the official purchase order was signed, with a total of 36 complete machines imported, with a total order amount of about US$8.7 billion. After more than ten years of struggle, Ah San finally married Yufeng home.

In the early 1990s, the A-San Air Force began to realize that the number of multi-purpose fighter jets it equipped was seriously insufficient and could not provide sufficient precise strike support to the ground forces.

From the perspective of combat organization, at that time, the main air combat aircraft of the A-San Air Force were the MiG-29 and MiG-21 of the Polar Bear, and the ground attacks were mainly carried out by the Jaguar and MiG-27 attack aircraft. The only multi-purpose fighter was the French "Phantom-2000". The fleet structure was obviously unreasonable, and the multi-purpose performance of the fighter was poor.

So by the late 1990s, the A-San Air Force began to promote the bidding plan for three types of heavy, medium and light fighter aircraft, including orders for 126 medium-sized multi-purpose fighter jets, with an investment of about US$9.8 billion.

The heavy fighter in the bidding plan for the three types of fighter aircraft is the later Su-30MKI, which is the main air-controlling fighter of the current A-San Air Force.

In the following eleven years, there were six types of fighter jets bidding, including the US F-16 and F-18 improved models, the European joint research "typhoon", France "gust", Sweden "Gripen", and the polar bear MiG-35.

The US F-16 and F-18 fighter jets have outstanding comprehensive performance and have rich practical experience. However, after the nuclear test at the end of the last century, Ah San was still afraid of being subject to strong sanctions from the United States. Moreover, the US requires weapons exporters to strictly abide by the use of weapons, which also put Ah San under the control of the United States.

A San not only restricts the technical specifications of the bidding fighter jets, but also considers factors such as the degree of comprehensive technology transfer and payment flexibility. From this perspective, the possibility of purchasing F-16, F-18 and even F-35 is very small.

This will block Yang Cheng's way out for a vote.

In addition, at that time, the United States was upgrading the F-16 fighter jet for Pakistan Railway and had plans to continue exporting the F-16 to Pakistan Railway. Ah San naturally did not want to buy a weapon that his opponents were very familiar with. Moreover, Ah San had no experience in using the US-made weapon system and the cost of replacement was relatively high.

As a country that has been equipped with a large number of polar bear fighter jets since the 1960s, the MiG-35, which was improved from the MiG-29, seems to be a good choice for Asan, but at that time, the 35 was still in the early stage of R&D. If Asan wanted to buy it, he had to share a part of the R&D expenses.

When he jointly developed the T-50 with the Polar Bear, Ah San intended to let the Polar Bear transfer the key technology of the aircraft, but how could the Polar Bear agree? Rao Ah San joined the gang to make them the suckers. As a result, Ah San invested about 200 million US dollars in R&D expenses and wasted.

According to the usual routine of polar bears against Ah San, this R&D expenditure will only increase, and the quality of the final product is still unknown. In fact, it is equivalent to Ah San paying money to help the polar bear develop weapons.

Even if A San is stupid, he is unwilling to continue to be this "sucker". At the same time, due to the diversified sources of national defense equipment, A San will not buy another 35 after purchasing the Su-30s.

In addition, Sweden's Gripen light fighter was directly eliminated because it could not meet the technical specifications of Azerbaijan for medium-sized fighters; the "Typhoon" fighter was jointly developed by many European countries and was easily dragged down by complicated export restrictions, so it was abandoned.

Brazil, which also had the demand for multi-purpose fighter jets back then, finally chose the cheaper "Gripen", mainly cheaper. The 36 "Gripens" only cost 4.8 billion US dollars, and the hourly flight cost was only about one-third of the "Gulp".

Of course, lions cannot replace the role of gusts, so you still have to buy the gusts that should be bought.

However, the Rafale fighter was independently developed by France and has almost no constraints on ZZ problems. It has good multi-purpose capabilities and has taken into account the needs of ship-based products at the beginning of research and development.
