Chapter 15 Don't remember anything

The winding railway track disappears into the night.

The honking train arrived, the door opened wide, and a mechanical female voice sounded, "We have arrived at the Medical Department Headquarters Station. Passengers who need to get off, please take your belongings with you. The next stop is the Administrative Building Station."

Tu Ran followed Xi Chunzhi into the train.

There are mixed feelings in my heart.

Although she disliked this messy world, she had to admit that she envied the relationship between her original self and Xi Chunzhi.

The administrative building and the medical department are not in the same place.

Xi Chunzhi was going to the administrative building for a meeting, but he rushed over as soon as she encountered the alien species, and argued for her with the medical department, winning her the right to free medical treatment for one year.

Such friendship...

Unfortunately, the original person is no longer there.

The red and green neon lights reflected on the car windows were colorful and quickly retreated. Like fireworks, they disappeared in an instant. As far as the eye could see, there were even more intense colors.

"We've arrived at Liming Station. Passengers who need to get off the bus, please bring your belongings. The next stop is Yongchang Station."

Where the train stops is flat land.

Tu Ran followed Xi Chunzhi into a dark neighborhood.

Different from the central location of the city where the administrative building and the medical department are filled with neon lights, which are as bright as day, the community in front of us looks much darker. There are only a few conspicuous neon signs at the entrance, which are some small private shops.

There is also a damp smell in the air, and the soil underfoot is soft, it must have just rained.

The scattered streetlights on both sides of the road gave off a weak light, barely able to illuminate the road underfoot.

The floors in this community are generally very low, nearly twenty floors. Compared with the administrative buildings and medical department skyscrapers that often have hundreds of floors, these buildings can only be regarded as old and small.

"bite"

"We've arrived at the seventeenth floor"

Fortunately, the building is not too bad, it is clean and tidy, and the bright lights illuminate the entire corridor which is very spacious.

There are only two doors facing each other on this floor.

"Your house is opposite." Xi Chunzhi lowered her head to enter the password for her door lock, and said with her back to Tu Ran. Her voice was calm. It was the first thing she said to Tu Ran after leaving the elevator of the medical department.

She said that opposite was Tu Ran's house.

Tu Ran heard the implication.

She was sure that Xi Chunzhi must have guessed it.

Looking around, there are no monitors on the surface.

There is a high probability that the monitors in this world are also very hidden. After all, the cameras in her world are invisible to the naked eye.

But since Xi Chunzhi dared to say "your room is opposite", this place must be hidden and safe enough.

She believed in Xi Chunzhi.

"I have lost my memory." Tu Ran stared at Xi Chunzhi's back and said calmly.

She would not risk saying that she was no longer the real Tu Ran.

After all, all Xi Chunzhi's goodwill towards her up to this point was based on the premise that she was still "Tu Ran".

Xi Chunzhi did not show any surprise. She opened the door and the smart sensor light immediately turned on. She walked in and left the door open for Tu Ran.

Tu Ran followed.

Xi Chunzhi went straight to the refrigerator and took a can of something similar to beer.

He raised his head and took several sips before wiping the water stains from the corners of his mouth and looking at Tu Ran.

"Don't remember anything?"

Tu Ran touched the injured area on the back of his head, and there was no pain at all. "I don't remember, it hurt my brain."

"Even I don't remember?"
