Chapter 178 Ron was robbed and dedicated himself(1/2)

"Let's go here." Harry said, pointing to a stone corridor. This is the only way to go.

They heard, besides the sound of their own footsteps, the sound of water droplets slowly dripping along the walls. The corridor went down the slope, which reminded Harry of the Gringott. His heart beat a moment ago, and he remembered the legendary dragons guarding the wizard bank vault. If they met a dragon, a fully grown dragon, Norber, would be difficult to deal with...

"Can you hear anything?" Ron asked in a low voice.

Harry listened carefully. There seemed to be a gentle rustling sound and a jingle sound coming from the front.

"Can it be a ghost?"

"I don't know...it seems to be the sound of flapping wings."

"There is a light ahead - I saw something moving."

They came to the end of the corridor, and in front of them was a brightly lit room with high vaulted ceilings. Countless little birds as dazzling as gems, flapping their wings and flying around the room. There was a thick wooden door opposite the room.

"You said, if we walked through the room, would they attack us?" Ron asked.

"It's possible," said Harry, "they don't seem to be vicious, but if they all rushed over at once, I'm afraid... no matter what, there's no other way... I ran over."

He took a deep breath, blocked his face with his arms, and rushed to the other end of the room. He thought that a sharp mouth and claw would tear him at any time, but he ended up being safe. He came to the door without any damage and pulled the handle, which was locked.

Hao Fang walked calmly at the end, and he saw Ron walking up. He pulled and pushed Harry, but the wooden door didn't move at all.

If Hermione is here, you should be able to try the "Arahoe Cave" lock-opening spell here, although this will actually be useless.

"What should I do?" Ron asked.

He asked Hao Fang, who made Hao Fang look very difficult?

As Dumbledore's guest, Hao Fang made Ron feel trustworthy.

"These birds... they cannot be used only for decoration." Hao Fang reminded.

Harry and Ron watched the birds flying around the heads, shining--shiny?

"They are not birds at all!" Harry suddenly said, "They are keys! The keys with wings - you take a closer look. Obviously this means..."

Harry looked around every corner of the room, while Ron stared at the large group of flying keys.

Hao Fang nodded secretly. It seemed that he didn't need to take action on this game. This was a level specially prepared for Harry.

He came to clear the obstacles for Harry, not to interfere with his affairs.

"Well, look! The broomstick! We must go up and catch the key to that door!" said Harry.

"But there are hundreds of keys on it!" Ron carefully checked the lock of the door.

"We're looking for a big antique key - probably silver, shaped like a door handle," Harry said.

Harry and Ron each grabbed a broom, kicked his feet, and rushed into the air, rushing into the dense array of keys. They grabbed and snatched them desperately, but the magic-made keys dodged too quickly and were simply impossible to catch them.

Hao Fang shook his head. The performance of this kind of bad broom is too poor. Even he is not sure that he can grab the key by using this broom. In terms of his ability to use a flying broom, he is not top-notch.

However, he didn't care about this, after all, this was never the point.

There is no need for Hao Fang's efforts here, because there is Harry Potter here.

Harry is not a fictional name as the youngest Quidditch player in a century. He has extraordinary skills in searching for flight targets. After walking through the vortex of colorful wings for a minute, he noticed that the wings of a large silver key drooped, as if it had been caught and rudely stuffed into the keyhole.

"It's it!" he shouted to Hao Fang and Ron, "that big key—there's no, not here, it's there—the one with sky-blue wings—the feathers all fell to the side."

Ron rushed in the direction Harry pointed, but ended up hitting his head on the ceiling and almost falling off the flying broom.

"We have to surround it!" Harry shouted, his eyes staring at the broken key of the wing. "Ron, block it from above - Mr. Hao Fang also asks you to help, stay below, don't let it fly down - I'll grab it head-on, and start now!"

Ron dived down, Hao Fang shrugged and took out his broom to cooperate. The key dodged and avoided their up and down blocks, and Harry followed closely behind.

The key flew quickly toward the wall, and Harry rushed forward, and with a harsh crunch, he pressed the key against the stone wall with one hand. Ron's cheer echoed in the high room.

Hao Fang smiled indifferently. If he didn't cooperate, he believed that Harry would succeed, which would probably be a little more time-consuming and laborious.

Harry is the object of his devil species and he will have to deal with him a lot in the future, so Hao will cooperate.

They landed quickly, and Harry ran towards the door, the key was still struggling in his hand. He stuffed it into the keyhole and twisted it hard-yes, it was it.

With a click, the door lock bounced open and the key flew away again. It was caught twice in a row and looked haggard.

"Are you ready?" Ha held the door handle with his hand and asked Hao Fang, Ron and Hao Fang. They all nodded.

So Harry pushed the door open.

The second room...

The second room was pitch black and there was nothing to see. But as soon as they stepped in, the room suddenly became brightly lit, illuminating a shocking scene.

They stood beside a huge chess board, with black chess pieces in front, all taller than them, and seemed to be carved from black stones or something. On the other end of the room, facing them were some white chess pieces. Harry and Ron were trembling all over his body - the tall white chess pieces had no facial features on their faces.

"What should I do now?" Harry whispered.

"Isn't that obvious?" Ron said, "We have to play chess to get to the other end of the room. It looks a bit like the wizard chess in the magic machine..."

They saw a door behind the white chess piece.

"In my opinion," Ron said, "we have to act as pawns."

He walked to a black knight and reached out to touch the knight's horse. Immediately, the stone came alive. The horse used its hooves to dig the soil on the ground. The knight turned his head wearing a helmet and looked at Ron.

"Do we—well—have to be with you to get through?"

The Black Knight nodded.

Ron turned to Harry and said, "It needs to be considered..."

He said: "I'm afraid we have to replace the three black pieces here..."

Harry and Hao Fang didn't say anything, watching Ron think about it.

Finally, Ron said: "That's right, don't be angry, blame me for being rude, but to be honest, you two are definitely not as good as me in playing chess-"

"We're not angry," Harry said quickly, "Tell us what to do."

Hao Fang couldn't help but shrugged. It was probably that the wizard chess was the only highlight of Ron.

Dumbledore specially arranged this pass, which took great pains to do.

"Well, Harry, you take the position of that bishop; Mr. Hao Fang, you stand beside him, take the place of that castle."

"What about you?"

"I'll be a knight," Ron said.

The chess pieces seemed to be listening to them. As soon as he finished speaking, a knight, a bishop and a castle turned around, turned his back to the white chess pieces, walked out of the chessboard, leaving three empty seats for Harry, Ron and Hao Fang.

"The rule of playing chess is to go first." Ron said, looking at the opposite side of the chessboard, "By the way...you see..."

A white pawn moved forward two blocks.

Ron began to command black chess battles.

Harry and Hao Fang silently obeyed his orders.

Harry's knee cup was shaking. What if they lost?

Hao Fang doesn't care. Even if Ron loses, the level of these chess pieces can't beat him.

Now it is nothing more than cooperating with Dumbledore's arrangement, otherwise he could penetrate the whole game alone.

Using strength to break the way is much more interesting than playing chess.

"Harry - move four grids to the front right."

They began to feel real fear when another of their knights were eaten. The White Queen fiercely knocked the knight over to the floor and dragged it out of the board. He lay there face down, motionless.

"There's no way, I have to do it," said Ron, who looked shocked, "so that you can eat that bishop. Mr. Hao Fang, go."

Every time their chess pieces were eaten, the white chess pieces were cruel and merciless. Soon, a large number of lifeless black chess pieces fell down by the wall.

There were two times, thanks to Ron's discovery that Harry and Hao Fang were in critical condition in time and found a way to save them.

Ron himself charged on the chessboard, and the chess pieces he ate were almost the same as the black pieces they had lost.

"It's coming soon," he whispered suddenly, "Let me think about it--Let me think about it--"

Queen White turned her facial features toward him.

"Yes..." Ron whispered, "this is the only way...I have to be eaten."

"No!" Harry shouted.

"This is playing chess!" Ron sternly, "It always needs to make some sacrifices! I take a step forward and she will eat me-you can kill the king, Harry!"

"But--"

"Do you want to stop Snape?"

"Ron--"

"Hurry up, if he doesn't hurry up, he'll have already obtained the Philosopher's Stone!"

Harry no longer hesitated.

"Are you ready?" Ron shouted, pale but very determined. "I'm going-be careful, act immediately after winning, don't delay here."

He took a step forward and Queen White immediately rushed over. She raised her stone arm and punched Ron hard on the head. Ron fell to the floor suddenly - Queen White dragged Ron aside. It seemed that Ron seemed to be knocked unconscious.
