Extra 6(2/2)

Lynch coughed a few times and scratched his head awkwardly.

"Okay OK, I'm kidding," the man patted Lynch on the shoulder, "You keep resting, I'll send someone to find you tomorrow."

"Yeah, thank you, Jared." Lynch whispered.

Jared waved his hand, then walked out of the room and returned to his own room.

Lynch lay on the bed, looking at the ceiling above his head.

His heart beat faster and his cheeks became hot. Although he kept warning himself not to do anything sorry for Natalia, his mind was now in a state of turmoil, and a strange feeling surged from his chest.

He closed his eyes and tried to drive away the feeling, but the feeling became more and more intense. He finally couldn't help but stretch out his hands to grab the pillow, and then sat up suddenly.

He gasped, took his watch and put it on, looked at the time. It was 11:15, and there was still half an hour before 12 a.m. Lynch decided to wash up and wait for the passage of time.

After washing up, Lynch lay on the bed and prepared to go to bed.

"Dongdongdongdongdong..." The knock on the door sounded, accompanied by Natalia's slightly anxious voice: "Hey? Dear, open the door quickly, open the door quickly!"

Lynch immediately got up, then opened the curtains and opened the window.

"What's wrong, Natalia?" Lynch asked, "Is there anything?"

"Someone attacked us." Natalia hurried into the room and said to Lynch, "I'm arguing with Bella Black. She wants to lock me up, but fortunately I escaped."

"Bella Black?" Lynch frowned, "Is it your neighbor?"

"Yes." Natalia said.

Lynch nodded and said, "Don't panic first, I'll help you solve this problem."

He walked out of the room, then walked through the courtyard and walked downstairs.

As soon as Lynch got down the stairs, he found a group of security guards searching for something.

They surrounded a room, and Lynch noticed that there was a maid standing at the door of the room, and it seemed that she was the owner of the ancient church.

"What's wrong?" Lynch walked over and asked.

"Sir, our master is missing." The maid said in surprise.

Lynch frowned, then walked into the room and found that the room was empty and nothing.

"Are you sure your master has been to this room?" Lynch asked again.

"Yes, he disappeared in this room. He must have stayed here, otherwise he wouldn't have come here." The maid said.

Lynch frowned and carefully checked the entire room. He found that there were no traces of living people in this room except this maid, which means that the male witch had left here.

Lynch thought for a while, then turned around and said, "Since he is gone, then you can leave here as well."

"Well, I'm just about to leave, too." The man said.

"By the way, sir," the maid called Lynch and said, "this was given to you by my master. Although he may not be of any use, I hope you can accept it."

Lynch was stunned for a moment, and looked at the ring handed over by the maid. He hesitated for a moment, and finally took it.

"I will keep this ring well," Lynch said.

"Thank you." The maid bowed slightly and left.
