Chapter 32 Confession(1/2)

The time soon came to the afternoon of the third day.

"Ayato, do you know what youth is?" Kitagawa Ryota looked at the graceful figures of the busy girls below with a deep look on his face.

Now is the time to set up the bonfire party. Previously, the class held activities such as catering. Their class will move the stalls to near the playground, and they can also take advantage of the bonfire party to make another fortune.

Generally, the consumption of cultural festival activities is the class fee of each class. If students want to participate in activities, or eat or buy things, they have to pay for them at their own expense. And the income gained after the cultural festival is over,

It will change back to class fee.

For example, take the Cowherd Shop held by Saijo Ayato's class. You need to spend money to come in for a drink, or order Cowherd services, performances, etc.

Of course, the money will not be very high, it is much less than outside shops. This is also to take care of the students' spending power. The school teacher restricts them from selling at too high a price.

This also makes it more difficult to hold activities. They must make a profit but not make too much profit. Fortunately, the activities of Saijo Ayato and his class focus on small profits but quick turnover. They use the Cowherd's sign to allow guests to consume drinks, and a cup of drinks

Of course, the money won’t be that high.

"What is it?" Saijo Aya asked absently.

He was still thinking about his plan for tonight. Ryota Kitagawa helped him find out from others that Mai Miyazaki would not go home early today, but would stay to attend the bonfire party, but he didn't know if the other party had made an appointment.

"Youth! It's a lie and it's evil!" Ryota Kitagawa said impassionedly, "People who sing the praises of youth constantly deceive themselves and their surroundings, and always face the environment around them with a positive attitude."

"Even some fatal failures will be called a symbol of youth and become a past worth remembering!"

Saijo Ayato sighed: "I was stunned by your novel, Ryota."

"Hey, Ayato actually knows that too." Ryota Kitagawa looked at him in surprise.

"I still know about this classic light novel."

Kitagawa Ryota said excitedly: "Then do you know Hakone Love Story?"

"?"

Saijo Ayato turned around with some confusion: "What is that?"

"Hey, you don't know." Kitagawa Ryota said with regret when his friend didn't understand what he was talking about.

"Haven't you heard of Haruno Sawayama?"

"No, who is that?"

"Haruno Sawayama doesn't even know that, Saijo-kun, you are out of touch with the times."

Miki Hirakawa walked over and put down the box in her hand.

"Eh? Does Hirakawa-san also know?" Saijo Ayato felt something was wrong.

"That's the famous light novelist, Mr. Haruno Sawayama." Miki Hirakawa explained.

"Where's the masterpiece?"

"Nara Love Story, you've always heard of this, right?" Ryota Kitagawa couldn't wait to tell his friend Amway.

Saijo Ayato tried hard to recall it. In his memory, he seemed to have seen a classmate read this book when he was in junior high school. It was said that it was very popular.

"I seem to have some impression. What happened to this author?" Saijo Ayato asked curiously.

"This author is a genius. Once the Nara Love Story he wrote was released, it became popular all over the country. But for some reason, he mysteriously disappeared after only two volumes were released." Ryota Kitagawa explained.

Miki Hirakawa took over the topic: "Hakone Love Story is a new work he wrote after being silent for several years. It was just released some time ago and became popular again instantly."

"So awesome." Saijo Ayato scratched his head.

He is not very interested in light novels, but he has never heard of such a famous character.

"The small talk is over. You two can help move the wood." Hirakawa Miki pointed to the huge bonfire being built not far away.

Saijo Ayato stood up obediently and walked over, but Kitagawa Ryota was still dilly-dallying. Finally, Hirakawa Miki couldn't stand it anymore and kicked him.

Kitagawa Ryota walked forward quickly with a playful smile.

"Are you ready for tonight, Ayato?"

Saijo Ayato nodded. After he returned home yesterday, he kept thinking about tonight's scene in his mind, and almost kept himself awake again.

"Come on! I'm waiting for your good news." Ryota Kitagawa patted his shoulder encouragingly.

The two of them were helping out beside the huge bonfire. The bonfire hadn't been lit yet and there was still not enough time.

Perhaps considering Saijo Ayato's confession that night, Kitagawa Ryota asked him to return to the class to help and took his place.

Seeing his good intentions, Saijo Ayato was a little embarrassed, but finally left the playground.

Taking advantage of limited time, he still had to prepare.

After returning home yesterday, he had been searching online for tips on how to confess to a girl.

While there was still some time, he returned to the classroom, took out his mobile phone and started reading Confession 100% Strategy.

This is a post that guides others on how to successfully confess. The poster’s ID is a bit strange. He is an avid fan of Haruno-sensei. Before, he didn’t understand the meaning of this ID. After some popular science from Kitagawa and Ryota, he finally understood.

I guess the owner of the post is also a fan of Haruno Sawayama.

As time passed by, the sun slowly set. Several classmates who were originally in the class had already left. Many cheers and slapstick sounds could be heard on the playground.

Saijo Ayato put down the mobile phone in his hand and breathed a long sigh of relief. He had almost memorized the entire guide. At this moment, he was full of confidence.

"Ayato." A soft call sounded in my ears.

Saijo Ayato turned around and saw Mai Miyazaki bending slightly and tilting her head to look at him.

"What are you doing?" Mai Miyazaki asked curiously.

She came in through the back door of the class, and as soon as she came in, she found Saijo Ayato sitting in his seat, looking at the phone with a pious look on his face, and mumbling something.

"?!"

Saijo Ayato was greatly embarrassed. He pretended to be calm and said: "Ah, no...it's nothing. Is Mai going to attend the bonfire party tonight too?"

"Well! After all, it's once a year. There won't be such activities in the university from now on." Miyazaki Mai was obviously in a good mood. She looked at Saijo Ayato with a smile.

Saijo Ayato took a deep breath.

‘Come on, Ayato.’ He encouraged himself silently in his heart.

"Is it time to go down?" Mai Miyazaki looked at the sky outside and said absently.

Only then did Saijo Ayato react and smiled: "Yes, yes."

Until he followed the other person out of the classroom, Saijo Ayato was still in a daze.

Mai Miyazaki walked in front of him, her high ponytail swaying with her steps, and from Saijo Ayato's point of view, she could just see her smooth and fair face.

"It's already started." Mai Miyazaki tiptoed curiously.

On the playground not far away, a bonfire tower has been lit, surrounded by various stalls, and many students are sitting directly on the grass chatting with others.

"Oh, that's normal." Saijo Ayato looked at the darkening sky, "It's already this season."

"That's right, it's already this season." Mai Miyazaki murmured.

Today's weather is far less hot than before. In fact, according to the seasonal practice in previous years, it is already the beginning of autumn, and the night falls naturally much faster.

The two walked slowly towards the class bonfire tower. Their classmates were already having fun. Saijo Ayato saw a male classmate standing in front with a guitar playing and singing.

As soon as they came over, the playing and singing ended. A sharp-eyed and good-natured classmate noticed Saijo Ayato coming over and enthusiastically invited him to come up and sing two songs.

Ever since the first day when he took the stage to show off his singing skills, everyone in the class admired his singing skills.

Seeing that it was still early, Saijo Ayato naturally responded.

He borrowed a guitar from the male classmate just now. He was very easy to talk to, so he gave the guitar to him directly.

In the circle of girls on the side, Yukino Yuki crossed her legs, supported her face with her hands, and looked at Ayato Saijo who was singing like an uncle.

"Yukio, how are you and Saijo-kun doing lately?"

Miki Hirakawa came over with two drinks and asked curiously.

The drinks in their hands were the leftovers from the Cowherd's shop that their class had opened before, and now they were brought directly to the students in the class who were still participating in the bonfire party.

Yukino Yuki took the drink and took a sip, and said absently: "What about it?"

"You guys went to play in the haunted house together yesterday," Miki Hirakawa said with a smile, "I saw it when I went downstairs to change chairs."

Yukino Yuki glared at her angrily: "It's not you who makes your own decisions."

Despite what she said, she didn't mean to complain about Miki Hirakawa.

Miki Hirakawa heard the slightly resentful tone of the other party and looked at her with some confusion: "What's wrong?"

Yukino Yuki looked around. Everyone else was concentrating on listening to the handsome young man singing in front of them. No one noticed the whispers between the two of them. Then she felt relieved and whispered:

"I went to the auditorium with him yesterday to watch the wind performance."

Upon hearing the wind performance, Miki Hirakawa immediately realized what it meant.

She said with some surprise: "Is Saijo-kun interested in Miyazaki?"

After seeing that she understood what she meant, Yukino Yuki became even more depressed, pouted her little face, put her legs up and hugged her hands tightly, and said in a low mood:
