Chapter 63, Embarrassment (Part 1)

There were once Buddhist masters in the Jiuzhou world who divided the countless sentient beings into three categories.

Ignorance, sentiment, evil devil.

Such creatures, such as grass and trees in the mountains, or ants and mosquitoes, only have the instinct of life and no wisdom to think. Ignorance and no knowledge, no good or evil, and even no awareness of life and death. Such creatures are called "ignorance".

Above ignorance, naturally, is "knowledge".

"Knowledge" is divided into two categories. One is able to understand its own existence, know how to seek profit and avoid harm, and can distinguish likes and hates. Such creatures are "feelings"; the other is also wisdom, but wisdom is overwhelmed by its own greed, indulged in plunder and predation, and only knows how to destroy but not create, so they are called "evil demons".

Most monsters are evil spirits. As long as they are delicious, they can get benefits as long as they eat them. Even if they know they are poisonous, they will still be unable to help eating them. When the northerners hunt monsters, they often use some obvious poison baits. The kind of thing that you can tell at a glance is very bad. There are materials that are beneficial to evil spirits. As long as they are evil spirits, they will not be able to help eating them when they see them. They will try them all.

As for the monsters that can restrain one's greedy nature, they are no longer evil demons, but sentient beings who can communicate with each other. Everyone may have conflicts, and they may even fight to the death, but as long as the conditions are right, they can completely compromise with each other and be at peace.

Those little monsters that flock to share the body of the Wushui King are evil spirits.

They really don’t know if the body of the Wushui King is poisonous? Not necessarily.

But for monsters, devouring other monsters can effectively help them become stronger. Those wise monsters can understand that this is just an illusion - they have been poisoned to death before they are powerful. But without wisdom, or wisdom cannot resist the temptation of "becoming stronger".

So they all died.

In fact, devouring poisons may not necessarily lead to death. In the monsters, there will occasionally appear individuals who eat highly toxic and mutate. Not only does they not die, but they gain toxicity.

However, at least this time, no such lucky person appeared.

The little monsters died all over the place, and no one survived.

Perhaps because the little monsters were attracted by the corpses of the Wushui King, Pan Long walked very peacefully for a long time, and he did not encounter any obstacles except for the strong wind.

He walked a long way, and saw that he was not far from half of the mountain, but suddenly stopped.

"Come out." He shouted at the empty road, "both body and smell can be hidden, but hostility cannot be hidden."

Accompanied by a sigh, two figures appeared on the road not far ahead, blocking his way.

The two people have a bit similar appearances. One is a strong man with a black hair and a strong man with a tiger back and a white-haired man with a hunchback on his back. He looks like a father and son. There is no trace of beasts on them, but when they stand there, a vague storm comes, obviously not humans.

"Transformed Demon King!" Pan Long narrowed his eyes and a look of vigilance flashed in his eyes.

For monsters, being able to change without traces of beasts is called "transformation".

Transformation is an important threshold. Monsters who can cross this threshold will have a great increase in their strength than before, and their lifespan will be greatly increased. More importantly, they can comprehend some magical powers that cannot be obtained through normal practice.

So some people say that the transformation of monsters is like the return to nature of human beings, which is an extremely important watershed.

A person who can practice and return to nature is called a real person and a master, while a monster who can transform into a shape is called a demon king and a great saint.

The two monsters in front of us look like there is no trace of beasts on the outside, and they are mostly transformed demon kings.

Pan Long has been in the industry for several years, and he has met more than one real master. Even the immortal Buddha and demon god of immortality, but this is the first time he has encountered the transformation demon king.

He didn't say a word, but he recalled some records he had read back then.

[Although people often call demon kings and real people together, this practice is actually very unrigorous. Real people must be made through hard practice. A real person may have good or bad at it, but he will never have obvious flaws. The demon king is different. Many demon kings can transform by fate. They may each have their own unique skills, but their hard skills in fighting are often inferior to those of real people.]

He was not sure whether this record was true or false, but now, he only hopes that this passage is true.

Of course, before that, he would make another attempt.

"This road is not open?" he asked in a deep voice, "I came here a few days ago and met two dragon gods. They once said that when the second day of the second month, there were some opportunities here... They are also here to compete for this opportunity?"

The two demon kings looked at each other and spoke like an old man, "What do the two dragon masters you met look like?"

Pan Long described the appearance of the two, and the strong demon king's face gradually calmed down, but the old demon king's face became more and more gloomy.

"So it was someone whom the two dragon masters in the East China Sea knew." He said coldly, "Since that's the case, please come over."

Pan Long smiled.

"If I haven't met two, I'm going to go there," he said. "But since there are two demon kings here, no matter what opportunity, it has nothing to do with others. Why should I go there for nothing?"

As he said that, he turned around and left.

The voice of the strong demon king came from behind: "This man is tactful and saves us trouble."

But then the old demon king said, "Kill him!"

"Ao?"

"That pair of men and women came from the East China Sea, causing such a big trouble. Even if they could kill Yiwu in this battle, I, the gods of Yunzhou, still don't know how many burials I have to accompany them! He knew that pair of men and women, but I was afraid that they would be the backup of the two." The old demon king's voice was cold, "I would rather kill the wrong one, but I wouldn't let it go, kill!"

"Ao!"

Along with a wolf howl, the strong wind whistled.

Pan Long turned around suddenly, and a cold light flashed on the cicada wing knife. With a wave of his hand, a sword light came towards the strong man demon king who was rushing towards him.

"I just knew you were not kind!"

He wanted to turn around and leave just now, just pretending that everyone had never met before - the Demon King is not easy to deal with, let alone two!

But since the other party refuses to let him go, there is nothing he can do. Let’s see life and death under his command.

A sword light flashed, and the figure of the strong man demon king was then roared.

Pan Long felt as if he was hit by a truck head-on, and flew out directly, hitting the rock next to him, smashing several large stones one after another before slid to the ground.

It was not until this time that the figure of the strong demon king slowly dissipated, and it turned out to be just a afterimage.

Before Pan Long could recover, he felt danger coming towards him. Without thinking, he continued to wave his knife.

The sword light is like snow.

There was another roar, and he slid out like a skateboard, rubbing the ground, and he didn't know how many trees and stones he had smashed.

But there was another angry wolf howl. The strong demon king stood where Pan Long was lying just now, with a miserable blood mark on his chest, and blood was flowing constantly.
