In fact, many "Village Rules and Conventions" of later generations have fixed templates.

There must be some false and empty stuff at the beginning: about obeying laws and regulations, about loving this and that.

Complying with disciplines and laws, isn't that what you should do in the first place? Why should you stress it? If you understand it the other way around, it means you haven't done it in the first place!

Notice to all members:

In order to make our lives better, and to better restrain some of the bad desires in our hearts.

In line with the basic concept of "no rules, no circle", after discussion among all members, the village rules are as follows:

1. The interests of members come first.

Each production team needs to have at least 9 member representatives. They represent the production team and conduct daily supervision of all matters at the brigade headquarters.

Member representatives have the right to question brigade cadres, and the brigade leader is not allowed to stall or delay for any reason.

2. Financial disclosure.

The village collective income and expenditure account must be published once a month. Due to the space limit of the public notice column, only major items of income and expenditure are listed.

The member representatives of each production team have the right to check the detailed accounts at any time.

If the village collective fails to make public announcements every month, the team leader will be given a warning for the first time, the performance bonus for the month will be deducted, and the notice will be completed within 3 days.

For the second time, the team leader was retained pending investigation and all bonuses for the year were deducted.

Such mistakes cannot be made more than three times, otherwise the team leader will be deemed to have failed to act, and all members have the right to remove him from office.

3. Be diligent and frugal and avoid waste.

The monthly office expenses of the brigade headquarters and production teams must not exceed the standard, and building management offices without the consent of more than 80% of the members is not allowed.

Production team members are not allowed to hold large banquets at weddings or funerals, nor are they allowed to accept gifts exceeding 5% of local wages.

Otherwise, the member will be punished by double deduction of dividends and normal wages.

4. Promote civility and courtesy and abide by public order and good customs.

If all production team cadres and members commit any behavior that violates public order and good customs but does not constitute an illegal act, it will be referred to the "Zhengxing Brigade Ethics Review Committee" for discussion.

And specific punitive measures will be taken. For specific implementation details, please see the "Outline of Moral Binding Standards".

The punitive measures include but are not limited to: publicly displaying the name of the offender on the bulletin board and a brief introduction to the mistake he made; convening a village meeting to allow the offender to come on stage to admit the mistake and make a review and guarantee; in serious cases, dismissal from the collective unit

, shall not enjoy benefits such as year-end dividends from collective enterprises.

In serious cases, they will be sent to judicial organs for punishment according to law.

But regardless of the myriad of things, the core concept is to try our best to guide the daily behavior of cadres and members.

Especially when it comes to restricting the power of brigade cadres, the rules are formulated only after they are implemented, so that’s a detail!

Not only are the regulations very detailed, but the penalties for violating the regulations are also clearly written.

These village rules and regulations were finally accepted by all the cadres and members of the Zhengxing Brigade: One look at these treaties, they are not as strict and prohibitive as other villagers' treaties, which are strictly prohibited.

There are so many regulations, basically all of them are aimed at the members.

The rules formulated by Zhengxing Brigade are completely different: most of the clauses basically restrict the power of the captains of the brigade and production teams, and try to protect the rights and interests of most members.

Because only if the brigade headquarters and production team have no selfish thoughts, they can do better work.

The members will also be more convinced and more willing to accept the daily management of the team leader and production team leader.

So the members must be happy about this!

As for the fact that members of the commune are not allowed to make any fuss over weddings and funerals, in fact, everyone is very supportive of this.

This provision also has very detailed additional conditions: Who wants to do something big? Yes.

But he is not allowed to accept heavy gifts.

Because according to the standard of gift money, it should not exceed 5% of the monthly salary of enterprises operated by village collectives.

In this way, if the host wants to hold a grand banquet, the gift he receives will generally not exceed 1 yuan and 50 cents.

If he insists on pretending to be fat, doing something big, making nine bowls or something, then let him just do it.

See if you can pay him to death!

If the owner wants to avoid losing money when doing great things, he can only raise the standard of gift money.

Or as long as he is not afraid that the village collective will confiscate his year-end dividend, he can just go ahead and do whatever he wants.
