Chapter 70

When Tang Shi woke up the next day, he saw an expensive blanket draped over his shoulders, which was custom-made by Bo Ye and had his initials embroidered on the end.

The words B.Y burned into her vision like fire. Tang Shi threw the blanket on the ground as if she was stimulated, breathing heavily.

Tang Wei was shocked by her action. He opened his eyes and raised his head to look at her, "Mommy, what's wrong with you?"

"I'm fine..." Tang Shi put away his panic, and Bo Ye covered himself with a blanket... How is that possible?

"I actually fell asleep with you last night." Tang Shi touched Tang Wei's face, "Has the fever gone away? It's time for Mommy to go."

"No, Mommy!"

Tang Wei grabbed Tang Shi's clothes and shouted softly, "Can you stay with me for one more day?"

Seeing the longing in Tang Wei's eyes, Tang Shi couldn't bear it. She could only sigh and said, "Mommy won't stay here for the night. Can I stay with you until the afternoon?"

Tang Wei nodded with red eyes, "I don't want Mommy to leave... I don't want to be alone in such a big house."

Alone, without family affection and warmth.

Tang Shi comforted Tang Wei and then went downstairs to make breakfast for him, as if these things had happened countless times before.

Bo Ye got up early and walked downstairs and was shocked when he saw the figure in the kitchen. It seemed like he was back five years ago. Tang Shi insisted on making breakfast for him every morning, even though he never took it away once.

But now when he saw this figure again, a familiar feeling swept over him. Bo Ye stood at the top of the stairs and lost his mind.

Tang Shi came out of the kitchen with sun-cooked eggs and bacon. When she saw Bo Ye, her voice was cold, as if she was just doing it on a routine basis, "Sorry, I used ingredients from your refrigerator."

She said it so calmly, but she clearly remembered everything, including every piece of furniture in the kitchen, which had the flavor of memory...

Tang Shi's shoulders were shaking. When she met Bo Ye head-on, she told herself not to be afraid, she had nothing to lose!

Bo Ye noticed Tang Shi's subtle trembling, and stared at her with deep eyes for a long time before he said a single syllable indifferently, "Yeah."

Look, with his fearless look, Tang Shi felt that she was just being sentimental. It seemed that she was the only one who was hurt by the memories from beginning to end!

Tang Shi took the tableware and breakfast and returned to Tang Wei's room. She quickly closed the door with her foot and blocked Bo Ye from the door.

Bo Ye continued walking downstairs as if nothing had happened. However, when he saw another portion of cooked sun-cooked eggs beside the stove in the kitchen, the man's usually calm face seemed to finally have cracks.

.

Medium rare, with runny yellow...sunny eggs.

This was the breakfast he was most familiar with five years ago.

Countless memories of the past were drilled out from the cracks in the depths of his mind like flashes of light. In a flash of lightning, he felt something tremble at the tip of his heart, and a sour pain filled his heart unprepared.

A trace of astonishment flashed across Bo Ye's delicate and handsome face, his pupils narrowed slightly, and the fingers hanging by his side tightened inadvertently.

Those details of life that he once didn't even have to look at have become the objects of memory now.

Was this Tang poem... specially left for him?
