Chapter 7 The grades are stable at the bottom two every time

Ning Zheng had another dream at night.

The dream was dark, she was held by a pair of warm hands, and a woman's gentle voice was in her ears,

"Zheng Zheng, hide here and don't come out. Be good and be obedient."

"Don't make a sound, don't make a sound..."

In the dream, Ning Zheng was holding her doll and hiding in the closet with her eyes wide open. She could vaguely see the situation outside through the narrow gap.

A man hummed a nursery rhyme in a low voice and slowly approached,

"One or two children,

Three, four, and five children

hide and seek,"

The intermittent singing was getting closer and closer, Ning Zheng felt her breathing quicken,

The narrow closet door was grabbed by someone, and the next moment the door was about to open, revealing the man's face.

"Button, button, button, button! Second Miss, Second Miss!"

There was a rapid knock on the door, and Ning Zheng suddenly opened her eyes.

A little cold sweat broke out on his pale and cold face, and his white fingers clenched the sheets tightly.

She was almost, just almost, able to clearly see the face of the person in her dream.

Second Miss,"

The sounds outside the house kept coming, Ning Zheng got down from the bed,

I stepped on the carpet with my bare feet and opened the door.

"Second Miss," the servant handed over the hot handkerchief and said with a gentle smile, "Master is waiting for you downstairs to have breakfast."

Ning Zheng looked calm and nodded.

The servant knew that she couldn't speak, so he sighed and turned to leave.

Ning Zheng washed herself briefly and took out the clothes from her suitcase.

Simple black T-shirt.

Most of her clothes are T-shirts and loose pullovers of the same style, just for convenience.

She knew she looked good, but she really didn't bother to put any effort into her face.

She has many important things to do.

When they arrived downstairs, Mr. Huo and the others were waiting. When they saw Ning Zheng, they immediately looked happy.

"Zheng Zheng, come and sit on Grandpa's side." Mr. Huo opened the seat next to him.

Ning Zheng sat down and when she got to the dining table, she realized that there seemed to be more people than yesterday.

"Zheng Zheng, this is your second uncle," Mr. Huo pointed at a handsome middle-aged man in a casual suit opposite and said,

Ning Zheng looked over,

The man wore a pair of gold-rimmed glasses, was elegant and handsome, and smiled slightly when he saw Ning Zheng, "Zheng Zheng, you look so much like your mother."

Ning Zheng blinked and lowered her head to type,

"Second uncle, are you familiar with my mother?"

Huo Qiangnian's expression when he mentioned "your mother" was different from everyone else before.

Huo Qiangnian looked at Ning Zheng, his eyes curved, and he looked gentle, "Of course."

"Have a meal."

Mr. Huo stamped his cane, coughed, glanced at Huo Qiangnian warningly, and then quickly looked away.

But Ning Zheng still noticed.

"Dad, Zhengzheng is in her senior year of high school, right? She needs to prepare for school. I have already contacted Hanli. Zhengzheng can go over next week and be in the same class as Jiaojiao."

"Well," Mr. Huo nodded, "it's important to communicate more with them. The third year of high school is very important."

"puff,"

Huo Jiaojiao, who was eating next to her, couldn't help but laugh out loud, her tone not concealing her disdain at all.

"Grandpa, Dad, it's very difficult for Zhengzheng to go to Hanli because of her grades. You actually let her come to our class. Can she accept it all at once?"

They had checked before and found that Ning Zheng's grades were very poor. Even in her previous high school, her test scores were consistently at the second to last level for her age, making her unbeatable.

With such results, why go to Hanli?

Mr. Huo was slightly unhappy, but he felt that what Huo Jiaojiao said made sense. What if Zheng Zheng was under too much pressure?

He lowered his head and glanced at Ning Zheng,

The little girl had an indifferent attitude, lowering her head to eat the bread, as if she didn't care about it at all.

"Zheng Zheng, please tell me, do you really want to come to our class?" Huo Jiaojiao from the opposite side said without concealing her desire to gloat.

Ning Zheng raised her head, looked at her with a cold expression, and raised her phone to type.

"Are you laughing at me?"

When she was at the Ning family, she didn't want to be too pushy and deliberately controlled her grades every time she took an exam.

Huo Jiaojiao saw the words on her phone clearly, curled her lips and said aggrievedly,

"Zhengzheng, why do you think so?"

"I just want you to think carefully and recognize your own strength. Don't be too sensitive."

Ning Zheng looked at the girl in front of her, her dark eyelashes slightly drooped, her expression indifferent and calm.

"Grandpa, I'm going to the international class." Ning Zheng turned around and raised her phone.

"International class?" Mr. Huo's expression changed slightly and he subconsciously refused.

Hanli is the best high school in Beijing, but the international class in Hanli is a group of unlearned and unskilled second-generation officials and second-generation rich people, and their grades are always at the bottom.
