083 Vengeful Ghost(2/2)

Jiang Bing and Jiang Xue stayed behind to continue collecting information from the scene, while Zhao Jiyou and I returned to the police station.

Originally, I planned to go back by myself, but Zhao Jiyou seemed to have something to say to me and suggested that since he couldn't help here and couldn't understand anything, he might as well go back with me as I would have a companion on the way.

I didn't reject him either. It's not peaceful recently and I really hope that Zhao Jiyou can be with me. After all, it can protect my personal safety, right?

When we went back, we drove back. Although I am a forensic examiner, I also learned to drive during my internship at the police academy. Later, I became a forensic examiner and obtained a driver's license. My skills are only passable.

I'm more cautious when driving, after all, I haven't touched a car for a long time. But this can't stop me from being curious about the case.

When the car reached the main road, I asked Zhao Jiyou about the dog that suddenly bit Zeng Erquan.

Zhao Jiyou's answer was more religious, which to put it bluntly was biased towards the Taoist theory.

I don’t have much to say about this. After all, if I were asked to explain someone’s death, I would not be able to help but pull out my forensic expertise to explain. In my eyes, Zhao Jiyou, like me, has a subconscious understanding of his profession.

Zhao Jiyou said calmly: "I have explained to you before that dogs can see things that humans can't see. I think the dog yelled at the door because he saw something unclean outside the door. Why did it happen later?

I suddenly bit Zeng Erquan. I can only use three words to describe this explanation."

"Ghosts covering their eyes?" I couldn't help but blurt out after hearing Zhao Jiyou's words.

Zhao Jiyou smiled and nodded at me, looking at me with a look that said, "You are a teachable boy."

I rolled my eyes at him, and then I analyzed it myself while driving: "When the dog bit Zeng Erquan, even if Chen Liyun hit it with a wooden stick, it would rather die than let go. Why is this?"

"Dogs generally can't help but let go when they are driven away or beaten with sticks. But the reason why Chen Liyun's dog didn't let go is because the ghost is covering its eyes. It makes the dog think that what it 'sees' is unclean.

Something, so I would rather die than let go." Zhao Jiyou explained.

I nodded my head in confusion, and then thought of another question.

"Who is the woman in red?"

In response to my straightforward question, Zhao Jiyou seemed a little weak. He spread his hands towards me and said, "How do I know this? I didn't see it. Do you think I am a god? You can calculate it with just a few fingers."

I wanted to complain and say, ‘Aren’t all you Taoist priests like this?’ but I still didn’t say it.

After Zhao Jiyou finished speaking, his expression became a little heavy: "A Cai once said that the woman in red clothes that Nan Jinghui saw had no feet and no shadow, which proves that the woman in red clothes is probably a ghost."

"Whose ghost frequently appears at the scene of revenge murders?"

I seemed to have thought of something, stepped on the brakes suddenly, and couldn't help but scream.
